Tumblr has announced that its is removing all adult content in a fortnight's time. This is going to affect me, as I use it to show off my photography, which does include nude portraiture., but it' going to affect a lot of people who have used the site as the primary place to show off their art a lot more.
I shan't lie, there is a lot of hardcore porn on Tumblr that is simply not to my taste. I'm there for the artistic nudity (along with fan art and geeky memes) and it does make me feel very uncomfortable when one of my photos is reblogged by an account which shows far more graphic content than I want to make or view - I sometimes want to say to them, "It's not for you!" But, as a consumer, I'm perfectly capable of following the blogs whose content I like, and avoiding the blogs that I don't.
And there is so much genuinely beautiful and creative content on the site which, as another commentator has put it, will be thrown out with the bathwater on the 17th December. A big part of why I got started on Tumblr in the first place was to follow @brandonmcgill whose body art is frequently stunning. And, as many commentators have already said, Tumblr also has a real issue with fascist text-based content which, for my money, if far more of a problem than the occasional body part.
At least, because I also engage with the geek and fan communities on Tumblr, I should still get some use out of the site going forward. But I would still like to be able to show off my photography, in a place where it can be valued and critiqued. Does anyone have any recommendations for sites where artistic nudity is still okay? (And, for preference, graphic sexual content isn't - I don't ask for much, do i?)

Before humans and animal folk, the world of Onver was inhabited solely by the root fae races. These races can have the shapes of humans, animals, or even dinosaurs. They can even be sentient crops like the grain fairies which break apart as they run from predators.
There are three kingdoms or courts that rule over the races: Eastern Spring, Western Fungal, and the Northern Blue Lotus. The Spring, or Passion, Court (the prince Malvin and a citizen pictured above) rule the eastern hemisphere. The kingdom is the most populous of flower fae. The court often distances themselves from humans and the royals come off as standoffish. More to come. I have a few OCs like the Fungal and Lotus queens in my head.
