When you look at Utsuho Reiuji's and Keiki Haniyasushin's spellcard backgrounds there doesn't seem to be anything in common.
But one of Keiki's background textures can be found on Utsuho's.
In Keiki's case, the texture is so distorted in-game that's impossible to notice it with the naked eye. It's noticeable if you look into the game files.

Parsee Mizuhashi's spellcard background contains a green texture and a red one. In Subterranean Animism, the green texture is more visible, while in Double Spoiler the red one is instead.
In Subterranean Animism, after the "Caution!!" message appears on Utsuho's last spellcard (and you start being pulled by the gravitational force of the sun), your options will switch positions instantly when you focus or unfocus. This applies to Reimu A, B, C and Marisa C.
In case of Marisa A, the dolls will stop coming towards her when switching between focus and unfocus.
Orin appears twice during stage 4 of Subterranean Animism. The first time, she only has a healthbar which is very hard to deplete and no timer, but the second time she appears, she has both a depletable healthbar and a timer.
In Subterranean Animism, the midboss names do not appear in a consistent manner. For example, Kisume has her name in top left corner during both her nonspells and spellcard, but Parsee and Yuugi only have their name during the spellcard. On the other end, Orin doesn’t have her name during either the nonspell or the spell.
