🍓 [STRAWBERRY] How do they feel about ‘cute’ things?
Blackthorn finds them endearing, certainly !! She doesn't have the time to really sit down and smell the roses so to say, but she's very enamored with cute things and the sweeter sides of life. She likes to imagine that if life had been a little different for her, she would've been a caretaker!
🥭 [MANGO] What colours best represent them and why? Does this differ from their favourites?
I think dusky oranges, reds, and browns fit Blackthorn the best personally! I associate autumn colors with her essentially, as well as very dark shades of purple. Shades of color that are still more subdued and less garish than neons or striking colors, but still warm and even emotionally evoking if used correctly. Her favorite color would probably be yellow, though ;)
🍈 [MELON] If they had to be put into a box, what box would it be and why?
She'd probably want to be put into one of those house cat boxes that have like homemade blankets and pillows stuffed in them. She likes soft things <3

🍐 [PEAR] What is their current social standing? If they could change it, would they, and to what?
Aha! Interesting question for little Foxglove :] His current social standing is much better than where it was when he was living in Openheath Hillock, but he still has a bit of an odd reputation. There's a bit of controversy around him again considering he's a descendent of the Agoseris-Hummingbird scandal and he's got a very gnarly rumor that Tormentil is his actual sire and not Goldfinch, which makes him a bit awkward around them. Thornwood Sound has a tendency to gossip, unfortunately, and even if their treatment of Foxglove is nowhere near as horrible as Openheath Hillock's was, being the subject of gossip makes him particularly anxious and uncomfortable. He's also known as the guy that used to never sleep in the dens, but considering his past, not a whole lot of cats in Thornwood Sound blamed him for that.
That being said, he's relatively well-liked in Thornwood Sound! He's much happier than when he was in Openheath Hillock, and he's found a really good set of friends in Thornwood Sound that he cares about. Ever since his showdown with Murrelet, too, he's gotten a lot more of admiration from cats (especially Weasel, Otter, and their crew). I'd say Foxglove wouldn't want to change; he's happy where he is now.
🥝 [KIWI FRUIT] How does their outside appearance differ from who they are?
Most cats take a look at Foxglove and assume he probably likes being the center of attention; he's got Openheath Hillock's telltale big ears, takes good care of his physical appearance, and, upon finding out he's once royalty, most cats think he'd be all for attention and scandal. He's much more reserved and even awkward than most cats expect when they first see him.
🍏 [GREEN APPLE] How do they differ from the norm and how are they punished for it?
:') Touched on it a little in the first question for him, but Foxglove is rumored to be the result of an affair, so Openheath Hillock in particular mocks him for it. He was also much more interested in tunnels and abandoned area exploration, which resulted in some heavily negative experiences in Openheath Hillock.
In Thornwood Sound, he doesn't really break from the norm too much, considering that Thornwood Sound is known to essentially be a mixing pot with very little standards. As mentioned before, he's a little bit interesting to everyone because of the rumors surrounding him and some of his behaviors, also the fact that he's more withdrawn than most Thornwood Sound cats are, but he's not punished for it here, thankfully.

So I've been massively obsessed with listening to FNAF songs lately I'm definitely very mentally well about it, ah. anywAYYY
Music headcanons about what the egos listen to??? 😁 Feel free to do as many as you want to, but I'm most curious about Murdock, Illinois, engineer Mark, and Wilford. (Also, I have some idea of what's in ur brain with Dark, but any more details would be welcome~) (Also also, Y a n c y)
Murdock - Industrial and Aggrotech are his shit, but also very much into Power Metal and Rock, the heavier the better. Appreciates Classical and Jazz, though prefers songs that sound more brooding and ominous in both cases.
Illinois - Definitely listens to and enjoys all sorts of cultural folk songs and the like native to the places he visits in his travels. Indie, Blues, and Jazz round out his typical tastes. People who don't know him tend to assume he'll like Country music, but he can't say he cares much for it.
Wilford - Disco is a very obvious choice here and it is true, but Wilford's been around for quite a while and has an appreciation for pretty much all types of music. He does, however, have quite a strong fondness specifically for Electroswing.
Engineer - Listens to a lot of sub-genres of Electronic and EDM. Like Wilford, a big fan of Electroswing, and also likes Chiptune a lot. Will put on heavier music like Industrial when he's angry or frustrated and trying to work something out. If he gets too strung out, though, he'll find some sort of rain or - especially after the Wormhole Incident - heartbeat ambience to put on and go decompress. Preferably with the Captain nearby.
Yancy - Musicals is really on the nose but also so very apt. Also Rock'n'Roll, Rockabilly, and Doo-wop, considering the whole 'greaser' vibes he's got. Also likes some sub-genres of Rock and Alternative. Doesn't actively dislike any genre of music, even if it's something that isn't to his tastes. Boy just loves music too much.
Damien/Dark - Classical, Oldies, and some Blues and Jazz are all very obvious and fitting picks (all moony and lovesick), but only very close friends and family know that he also adores Metal, with Symphonic Metal being his favorite of the genre. You'd be hard-pressed to catch him listening to it, though, especially after the events of the Party. It reminds him a little too much of a certain someone who used to listen to and play it with him...
Bonus (cause his music taste jumped out at me):
Bing - Vaporwave and Chiptune are his favorites, but he likes almost all kinds of Electronic and EDM. Always surprises people when they find him listening to Industrial music and its sub-genres, of which Dark Electro is his go-to.
[Partially me projecting really hard here, partially honestly striking me as making sense, but I can see pretty much all the Egos enjoying Post Rock. Some more than others, and some only when they want something to help them wind down, but still.]

His ultimate weakness is his good heart. You can kick him like a puppy, stab him in the back and he would not be mad and think it is his fault. Ysaac has literally the self worth of a bread crumb and he is too kind.

Ok I know Halloween is over but I am still very much hanging on to it lol.. Did Damien and the DA have any special Halloween traditions?? And how do they change and/or stay the same after Dark reconnects with the DA after everything??
Hmm, I mostly imagine Damien and the DA being quite busy on most holidays - considering their positions - so rarely anything that's very extensive. Typical things leading up to the day of, such as carving pumpkins and lightly decorating Damien's home - and the DA placing a few things around Damien's office, often without the mayor noticing until later, when someone else mentions the addition. They each also might wear subtle Halloween-themed accessories, like a bat-shaped tie clip, pumpkin-shaped cufflinks, or orange colored boutonniere or pocket square.
Considering the holiday's association with sweets, they will, of course, not miss the opportunity to bake plenty of sweets and pastries themed after pumpkins and ghosts and such - and eat more than just a few of them even as they go.
They're both usually too busy to really attend any parties or anything after becoming mayor and district attorney, but back at university they would dress up and occasionally go to costume parties.

As for Dark, well... most things don't really change, though neither of them have any obligations to attend to anymore. Depending on how soon after a reunion takes place, those old traditions may just settle into place as easy as if they'd never stopped. What differences there may be would mostly just be caused by whatever shenanigans Wilford and any other Egos might be getting up to - which is just bound to happen.
The sudden plethora of sweets is, of course, a surprise to all the other Egos except Will.

So the AU scenarios comment made my brain go very 👀 Do you have an AU/particular scenario that you think about the most?? If it's a different AU for each character which I'm guessing might happen, what would it be for Dark, Murdock, Author?
Well, as an overall, I don't have a singular AU that takes up all my thoughts, though I have certain types that poke and prod at the little writing neurons. Any sorts of 'non-human/monster' AUs are some absolute favorites of mine, whether the Ego or the reader/self-insert be the non-human/monster.
With Dark, I'm very partial to scenarios where he and the DA reunite, through various means and in various ways - whether the DA reincarnates, is still in the mirror when Dark returns after Damien wakes up, the DA ends up managing to climb out or get pulled out of the mirror, and a slew of other ways. Me being me, of course, such encounters can only end one way, and that is, of course, with the DA forgiving him basically immediately - because it wasn't his fault. (I really can't imagine the DA being vengeful or hating him, even for a single moment. They don't strike me as the sort, regardless of however long they spent in the mirror.)
A favorite scenario of mine for Mr. Murdock Kilbourne is general serial killer shenanigans. Unknown, highly professional killer, terrorizing the entire U.S., leaving carnage and fear in his wake. No one knows a damn thing about who it could be, what the killer's motives are, or anything else, because he may as well be a damn ghost. If he doesn't want to leave evidence behind, he won't. Usually paired with such scenarios is the reader/self-insert either stumbling upon Murdock's handiwork (with or without him still there) or actively seeking him out as either a well-intentioned 'vigilante' of sorts, or as an investigator. Regardless of other details, the media, police, and public only know him by a single name: The Butcher. (Shortened from 'The Anaheim Butcher', as that's where his killings seemed to begin.)
The Author, antagonistic and controlling like he is, always brings to mind scenarios of... well, two entirely different varieties. On the one hand, there are many thoughts of the reader/self-insert being nabbed and stuck into one of his stories as his latest Protagonist - all to varying effects, though often to the point of them wanting to stab him with his own pen. On the other hand is the scenario of the Author being presented with a kid or teenager that he then ends up looking after, becoming really quite attached along the way.
