I know my favorite characters are Yuma, Astral, Shark, Kaito, III, IV, V, Fuya, Kotori, Rio, and Anna. I also have a big poly of ships for the guys (mainly any combination of Yuma, Shark, Kaito, Astral, III, IV, V and Fuya) and the girls the same (maily Kotori, Rio, Anna, and Cathy). Hello! Indeed I am, Zexal is one of my favorite animes ever! To answer your question, here’s a list of all the ships I like of Zexal and what I like about each one :)

Favorites:

Disqualifyshipping = IV and Shark have so much chemistry in my opinion and their dynamic is amazing to watch! They also served as means for each other’s development, which makes them even more appealing as a couple in my eyes ♡

Miseryshipping = I wish Mizael and Vector interacted more, because their interactions would’ve been so interesting to watch in my opinion! The idea of Vector teasing him and Mizael getting constantly annoyed by his behavior would’ve been so fun to watch xD Their dynamic would definitely intrigue me

Seraphshipping = Alito is literally gay for Yuma and their friendship/rivalry has been one of the best in the show, so I have loads of reasons to ship these two! ♡

Keyshipping = Yuma and Astral’s relationship has probably been the best one in Zexal: I love how they went from borderline not standing each other to sacrificing themselves for the other’s sake *^* Their bond is fantastic ♡

Galaxymastershipping = Kaito and Mizael are my favorite characters in Zexal and their rivalry has been super interesting and built up very well till their last duel, which was amazing to watch. Their interactions hyped me every single time and I love how their relationship developed through their duel on the moon ♡ A very nice and plausible ship in my opinion!

Sharkbaitshipping = Yuma and Shark are also one of the most developed relationships of the anime. The development of their relationship is exactly why I ship them: they went from being enemies/rivals to becoming good friends, up the point not even Shark turning into a Barian was able to severe their bond permanently ♡

Other ships I like are:

Skyshipping = Kotori has always been there for Yuma, and he clearly cares for her wellbeing too :) I think they’re cute together, they’d definitely work a couple :3 ♡

Dilateshipping = Love their teacher and student relationship ♡ Despite being quite similar, I think Kaito and Chris would work very well as a couple ♡

Barshipping = While I prefer their friendship, I think Alito and Gilag would also work as a couple :) I love their relationship!

Dokidokishipping = I kinda prefer them as simply rivals/friends, but since their relationship is very interesting, I wouldn’t mind Yuma and Kaito as a couple either :)

Challengeshipping = Same as above, I like their dynamic and I think they’d be a cool ship, although I prefer their friendship.

The story ends with two fire genasi sisters staring each other down across a widening gap as the crew floats away on their barship.

The devil works hard but these CR writers work harder. (By CR writers I mean, of course, the people playing at the table coz they have one hell of an eye for Rule of Cool.)

“So if we take this turn we’ll be by the- wait…” Alito stared at the zoo directory for a bit, Gilag right behind him. “Gilag, where ARE we?”

Gilag peered in, looking directly at the ‘you are here’ sticker. “I’m not sure.”

The two made their first mistake agreeing to Vector’s “surprise Barian Family Trip to the zoo”. Both Durbe and Mizael didn’t even show up, and Nasch immediately bailed to see the sharks. And only the sharks. Vector claimed he might be there all day and nobody should worry about him. Rio was either with him, or looking at penguins. No one was sure where Vector went, but Rio suggested he’s at the petting zoo. Either terrorizing the goats, or hogging the bunnies. Something about innocent rabbits calms the malicious creature inside of him.

Alito and Gilag however, went to look for the kangaroos. They heard about them watching a nature documentary, and Alito wanted to see one kick another in person. Or fight one himself. Would the zookeepers allow that? Gilag just wanted to see a joey fitted in a pouch. That was enough for him.

Firmly, Alito tapped at the sign. “The picture of the ‘roos is here.” His hand slid to the image of the entrance. “And this is where we are.” He crossed his arms. “Now what.”

Gilag looked around. “Well, there are rhinos nearby, where are they- Alito?” Gilag was cut off by Alito running past him, looking at the rhino. He gushed the only two facts he (and Gilag) knew about them, as Nasch refused to let them watch more than an hour of the Discovery Channel a day (outside of Shark Week, which the tv was not to be switched from the station)

“The rhino reminds me of you!” Alito said with a bright smile.

“Really?” Gilag asked, tilting his head. “Why?”

Alito gestured his hands around like he was creating an imaginary bubble. “They’re big and tough, but they’re really cute and sweet!” He turned to Gilag. “Like you!”

Gilag blushed. No one ever called him cute. Probably from how tall he was. “So, back to the map?”

The two headed back. “Maybe we can drag someone who actually knows how to read over to help us.”

God I could go off. Not to be all 'woke is bad' but I really do find these new renames unnecessary, and frankly, insulting. Especially when it comes to Puppyshipping.

Like if people want to use violetshipping because they feel a type of way about 'puppy', that's fine, whatever. But every post I've seen about it has been judgy and snobby about it.

Just because I prefer puppyshipping doesn't mean I see Joey/Jou any less. Or that I don't think Kaiba was wrong for his treatment of him in canon.

But holy fuck isn't fan work supposed to be a place where anything can happen? Why is 'puppy' becoming a pet name the ship suddenly the worst thing ever? Idk. If it was ANY other ship I don't think I would be as bothered but damn it this one means a gross amount to me.

I don't know why, who made it, or when but there was this HUGE list of shipping names. Like pairings that are so ridiculous I'm sure the whole thing is a joke. An example would be Barshipping (Keith x Joey x Tristan x Yugi). Like why does that exist? Lmaoo. I don't know where to find the original but here are some versions. It's a stupid fun read. A lot of hard no's tho.
