"He was a little rascal, but one I loved deeply so I let him get away with his mischief. Raising a dhampir baby is like raising a human baby, except the baby occasionally latches onto walls, starts flying, turns into a bat or puppy or just straight up disappears. While his vampiric powers did give us something to bond over, it proved a significant obstacle in his upbringing sometimes. Despite his troublemaking he had a sweet side though, he was a real mama's boy. He adored Lisa as much as I do. I've lost count of the amount of times he walked in with petals he ripped off of the Alura Unes in the courtyard, just so he could gift them to his mother. It was cute, dangerous behaviour but cute nonetheless. Very endearing in my opinion."

How do you taste the differences in blood? It all just tastes like heavily metallic water to me… I dislike it. I still drink it though, much to my disdain.

"I had one sibling. I'm not sure what became of them after all these years, but I do think about them sometimes. I don't doubt they're dead and gone now but I am still curious what their life must've been like after I became who I am now. Did they get married? Have children? Did they look after my parents? Was their life fruitful and joyous or miserable? I doubt I will ever know. But I still can't help but wonder."
