(Tadabbur Surah Al-’Ashr)

“Demi masa!” Di sini Allah menggunakan huruf qasam, atau huruf yang digunakan untuk bersumpah. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perkaran ini urgen.

Beberapa ulama menafsirkan “’ashr” di sini berarti waktu asar (sore hari sampai terbenam matahari). Tetapi, yang kebanyakan ulama –termasuk Buya Hamka dalam kitab al-Azharnya-- menafsirkan “’ashrr” ini sebagai waktu atau zaman di mana manusia menghabiskan hidupnya.

Berbicara tentang waktu atau masa, saya pun harus memukul diri sendiri. Sebagai generasi muda yang hidup di masa perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, waktu saya sering dihabiskan di depan gadget *hiks* Padahal dalam surat ini disebutkan manusia itu RUGI kecuali mereka yang hatinya betul-betul beriman sehingga terwujud dalam  amal-amal sholih yang Allah ridhai, mereka yang saling memberi nasihat agar menataati kebenaran (saling memotivasi sehingga meraih itu bersama-sama, dan kalau ada kesalahan bisa menjauhi bersama-sama), dan mereka yang saling memberi nasihat agar terus bersabar

Kita sudah dilenakan oleh setan. Setan yang sudah bertekad membelokkan manusia sejak di Surga, terus membuat kita focus pad ahal-hal yang sebetulnya tak berguna. Sering kali ketika saya mau membuka hp dengan niat hanya menjawab satu pesa yang penting, malah berakhir dengan scrolling instagram yang tanpa terasa sudah memakan waktu berpuluh-puluh menit *duh sebel kenapa terbuai ya* Setan selalu mencari cara agar kita lalai. Terkadang ketika kita punya tugas atau amanah, kita akan dibisiki setan “santai dulu lah, itu kan masih lama, lagian gampang lah tugasnya” Nah ketika kita menuruti bisikan mereka, paaaassstiiii ujung-ujungnya kita kalang kabut dna menyesal “duh kenapa gak dari kemarin ya, jadi gak maksimal.” Ya itulah!

Sama halnya dalam hidup, kalau kita tidak menyadari akan berharganya waktu SAAT INI, dan memanfaatkannya untuk beramal shalih yang bisa menambah bekal ketika mati, paaasstiii ketika tua –ketika kita sudah lemah dan terbatas untuk beramal shalih-- kita akan merasa menyesal dan ingin kembali lagi. Tapi sayang, jarum jam tidak akan berputar ke kiri lagi: waktu tidak akan bisa kembali.

Sebenarnya kita pasti sudah pernah merasakan penyesalan suatu hal  tanpa harus menunggu tua.  Coba saat ini, di usia kita sekarang, adakah hal-hal yang kita sesalkan di masa lalu dan ingin mengulang waktu lagi untuk membenahinya?? Wah kalau saya, banyaaaakk *sediiihhh*  Yep begitulah gambarannya. Itulah yang dimaksud Allah dengan kerugian yang akan kita alami. Naudzubilllaah, semoga ke depannya kita  (saya sih) bisa lebih menahan diri untuk berleha-leha, semoga Allah beri kekuatan iman yang hakiki sehingga rasa malasnya bisa terkalahkan.
