Speaking of Sticky I am not loving the whole sticky likes his friends at the boatwright more and he’s growing away from his friends dynamic. I get that people grow and change, but it does seem a little insensitive in front of the rest of the society to just be gallavanting on with new friends.
Maybe that’s just me being overprotective of Reynie. Its seems this season Reynie and sticky’s relationship will be a theme- since it was woven into both episodes how Reynie was upset at Sticky for not answering his letters and sticky’s all distance is healthy and it’s just kinda heartbreaking to see Reynie kinda being rejected by Sticky through the episodes. Reynies look of heartbreak when sticky abandoned him on the shortcut was just so sad. "here's to (never) growing up" by @mollyhats/@binnudacademy - centers on the four kids during TPJ. Really captures the feeling of being a child alone in the big world for the first time. One of my absolute favorite mbs fics

"Constance Discovers Capitalism" by @acollectionofcuriousreblogs - ft. Constance venturing out into the big wide world (the convenience store to buy candy). Curtain ruins her day, as he is wont to do.

For the fic ask game 3,6, and 9. Super behind on my fic reading too, but I always love new recommendations!
3: Headcanon you've adopted from a writer:
Not sure if this has ever actually appeared in a fic, but it’s now canon to me that curtain and dr. Garrison had a very messy, very public platonic divorce between season 1 and 2 (garrison got SQ and sent him to an art school. he’s fine.)
6: Interesting AU:
I'll include two for this one! One is a fic, one is just an AU that I love.
For the fic: Safe Harbor by arr0wsafe
I first read this one pretty recently, and it was kind of like getting to experience the beginning of the first book for the first time again. It's a fantasy AU, and it has some really fun world building. The pacing is great, and the writing is both very very TLS and fits perfectly into the fantasy style. It's a lot of fun realizing how all of the elements and events fit into the book storyline and where the characters are placed/introduced, etc. It just has one chapter, and I'm not sure if it'll be updated, but it's a great read.
The other one is @sqenthusiast's superhero AU, and I'm obsessed with everything about it. I don't know if there are any fics, but here are some posts and art. It's so well thought out and creative, and everything fits the characters so perfectly. Perfect combination of fun and hurting my heart.

Gert is the king of titles, and it was really hard to choose just one, but everything about this one is perfect. The title lets you know exactly what you’re in for, and the fic totally delivers.
