what information have you read/referenced for intuitive eating? i’ve started to develop a lot of problems with food/have struggled with body issues for a long time and it seems like something i would be willing to try

I’d also suggest talking to a nutritionist that specializes in disordered eating. I haven’t gone to one yet, but I’m going to talk to my doctor about getting a referral soon.
I also follow ariellesays on instagram and her journey has been one that is so similar to mine. She did this podcast  and it helped me so much

trying really hard to make this a summer of self-love ✨ . . been following amazing women like @jenbretty, @ariellesays, @kenziebrenna, and @bodyposipanda, and trying to find my own peace. trying to be kinder to this body of mine because she’s all i’ve got. my relationship with body positivity is one that is changing and evolving, and i’ve been thinking a lot about how i fit into the movement without marginalizing others, or disregarding the privilege i have as a white woman. self-love is a fucking uphill battle!!! but i know deep down i owe it to myself to be the happiest i can be, and if that means working to love every curve and roll and dimple and stretch mark and hip dip then i’m willing to climb that damn mountain. i mean hey, you’ve got a body you can take to the beach? boom 💥 beach body 🏖 (at Quincy, Massachusetts)

Super Bowl ad for Mexican avocados escapes politics despite Trump’s tax threat

As Donald Trump’s recommended Mexican import tax pokes avocados into the center of a fiery political debate, the very first commercial-grade to air during this Sunday’s Super Bowl will realise the event for buying them from suppliers south of the border.

The brand has appeared over the past two Super Bowls as well, and each ad was met with such resounding thunders in marketings that the incident has already become the centerpiece of its marketing strategy.
“[ The Super Bowl] is actually one of the only spaces in media particularly with this type of mass audience in in which you can guarantee any suggestions is jolly because people actually want to see the ad content, ” Hamilton said.
This year, the group’s goofy, John Lovitz-helmed ad focuses on the nutritional benefits of avocados , now that it eventually has the Food and Drug Administration’s boon to advertise them as “healthy.”
We’ll see whether that’s all the game’s tens of millions of onlookers will be discussing afterwards.

“We’re just focused on what we need to do as an organization,” says the group’s director of brand marketing, Kevin Hamiltion. “We’re focused on our message this nutritional message, being available [year-round], tasting good and good times.”
