Most of the turn out for them is almost the same and I do feel that a lot more could have been done had the series not been canceled so early. We could have learned so much more about the characters and why they were the way they are and what truly motivated them from point A to point B. I know the show did well though to give them all a basic standing at least and they were honestly the best part of the show, an outstanding cast of villains that truly shine through every time they are on screen!
I'm just sad that so much was cut short for cancelation and whatever other lore is out there you have to really scrap up and dig deep for, which still barely gives much to go on. And the comics...eh.... They ruined what was good about most of them.
Long story short, I feel if the series had continued it would have been great to see it end on third season with each season making the stakes higher and giving more story to everyone that was introduced in show! A story part story arch, if you may! Like the one we put together xD

Here I am, with a new fanfic! For some reason I remembered School for Vampires, thus Dr Ironfang, thus Batofang. Long ago, I had planned a fanfic for their meeting. But I had given up after one paragraph. Weeeeell now, fresh with new headcanons and a new story : how that crackship of mine came to be !
