Something weirdly specific for at least some of us, that we've had in mind for awhile; unfortunately this was the closest we could get with a picrew tbh.

Like, fortunately for us; while we have some things that irk us with this one, but this hits pretty close in a metaphorical sense at least for the people we're thinking of. Unfortunately for us, some of those are more obvious than others so we hesitated on weather we needed to share this or not LOL.

closing society6 & redbubble shops
heeeey. i know i'm not really active here anymore, the motivation to make art shifted to other hobbies and responsibilities. i like to cook now apparently, and bike, and spend time gaming with friends. i also got a dog!
for those that are still here, thank you, i hope you're doing awesome and having a great week ♥ i do miss drawing, and i hope my motivation for it will come back one day.
now to the important part:
i will be taking down everything from my society6 and redbubble shops, and deleting the shops afterward. this is due to the poor return margins to artists, newly introduced tier systems to shops, the account fee based on sales, and of course, the rampant art theft and AI copying everything. truly feels like artists, even casual hobbyists, cannot win.
i'll be deleting stuff over the weekend, so if you want anything from either shop, grab it now. i might go back to INPRNT if their policies seem decent, but it'll take me a while to AI-proof images and upload again. some of those pieces are sadly lost forever, as i've since deleted the original files.
hope you guys understand :')

Thinking of reviving this blog so I have somewhere to yell into the void about witchcraft stuff, bc witchy discord servers are stinky and at least here I have the block button.
I don't practice as much as I used to and my singing voice is long gone but I certainly like, still do little things on the side for utilitarian purposes.

main masterlist
This blog is intended for 18+ only! MDNI or you'll be blocked!
Oh you’re fucking kidding me. You think, pausing on Jeonghan’s newest Instagram story.
Two days. You’d only been broken up for two days and he was already soft launching another girl. Her long auburn hair whipped across her face, conveniently obscuring her identity. But you knew who she was. It was the same girl Jeonghan told you not to worry about, swearing she was only a friend. He said didn’t even know her that well anyway.
Liar.
You knew he was lying. Her Instagram was filled with pictures of Jeonghan, either him right next to her or somewhere in the background. She’d tag him on her story. And when you met her at a party a few weeks ago she smiled like she knew some secret you’d never be privy to, eyes cutting to Jeonghan beside you when he told her you were his girlfriend.
It’d been the last straw. You’d told Jeonghan the constant paranoia was too much. Too many pitying looks from his friends, or conspiratory giggles from the girls who hung around them. Whispers and suffocating tension every time he brought you around. An abundance of tears when you finally let yourself accept what you needed to do.
Jeonghan hadn’t argued. Didn’t try to persuade you with sweet words or empty promises like before. He simply scoffed, turned around, and walked out of your apartment.
Straight to the person he knew would affirm all your doubts.
He wanted a reaction out of you, that much was clear. It wasn’t a coincidence he'd so blatantly advertise what he was doing in his new free time. Or who.
Two can play that game.
Jeonghan was the first person to view your late night Instagram story; a blurry picture of a masculine hand wrapped around the curve of your thigh, the dark interior of the car obscuring the everything else.
Thank god Seungcheol felt bad enough for introducing you to Jeonghan to agree with your scheme.
INCOMING CALL: DO NOT ANSWER
One point you. Jeonghan zero.

weekly special
tags: reader works as a cashier, flirting?, kaiser is a bitch but i love him anyway
if you could make one thing clear to the world, it would be this.
you are not a fan of michael kaiser. the furthest thing from it, in fact. you think he’s nothing better than an arrogant manchild, someone who desperately needed to be told to shut up as a child but just wasn’t.
so you just can’t understand why kaiser himself can’t understand it.
the clock hits 3pm, and the doorbell jingles. you already know who it is.
he’s been coming here every day, after all.
“y/n!” kaiser’s much-too-smug voice dares to say your name, and you fight the urge to slam your head into the closest wall.
but you’re a professional. you’re on the clock right now, and you actually wouldn’t be able to take the sudden loss of income in this current economy.
“what can i get for you?” you smile at him over the counter.
he smiles back at you, and you just know he’s enjoying this way too much. “i’m not too sure. what would you recommend?”
your coworkers think its adorable; that this hotshot football player’s become ‘enamored’ with a run-of-the-mill cashier working minimum wage.
on the other hand, you think he's nothing better than a nuisance.
your nails dig into the palm of your hand as you take three deep breaths. “well, i would have to go with our monthly special. it’s a mango smoothie with another scoop of our passionfruit mix right inside, topped with as much mint leaves as you would like!”
kaiser’s smile just grows. “but thats just the weekly special, no? what would the cashier actually order?”
you could kill him; you know you could.
you also know damn well his stupid strict football diet wouldn’t ever tolerate this amount of sugar, so why does he still choose to come to a fucking smoothie store every day?
you glance towards the glass door. no one in sight. your coworker’s on their lunch break.
“look, kaiser, can’t you leave me alone for one goddamn day? don’t pull that shitty ‘ooh, i don’t know the menu’ card on me.” you lean in over the counter until the two of you are almost touching noses.
when you speak again, your voice is a harsh whisper. “i got sick of your bullshit three months ago, for god’s sake.”
he blinks. you stand back up straight with a wide smile. “oh, personally, i would go with the strawberry shake with chocolate drizzle. it pairs amazing with a cheesecake slice from next door!”
kaiser stares at you in a moment of rare silence. and then he shrugs, shooting you another one of those famous smirks of his. “okay, i’ll go with that then. a strawberry smoothie with chocolate drizzle, please. size large.”
you hate how his smirks still have an effect on you.
“that’ll be six dollars and 23 cents,” you mutter.
he hands his black card to you with a flourish, and you almost jump over the counter to throttle him. the payment processes, of course, and you turn over your shoulder into the kitchen.
you make the smoothie as violently ( and slowly ) as possible, squeezing that drizzle bottle like it’s personally attacked your family. it’s almost therapeutic, actually, how you get to slam that lid onto that cup pretending it’s his head.
“large strawberry smoothie for kaiser!” you yell out as you head back into the main storefront.
you blink. the store is dead empty, sans a small plastic box right by the register.
you slowly walk to the box. it’s a goddamn slice of cheesecake from next door, black plastic fork enclosed and everything. words are scrawled on top of it in a dark blue marker.
enjoy ;)
and of course, right beneath that sits a sequence of numbers with a simple call me.
here’s another thing you need to admit. despite all your words, all your snark- you can't ever deny that kaiser always knows just the things to do to get you blushing.

“What do you mean ‘you’re leaving?’ Where are you going?” You ask, taking a step closer to him, trying in vain to figure him out.
“We won’t see each other again. I’ve… done something horrible.”
“Care to elaborate?”
“…It’s not our main concern as of now. I’m sure my punishment will come for me soon. I don’t know how much time I have left with you.”
“Okay, what’s going on? I still have no idea what you’re talking about.”
“You’ll understand soon. I’d just like to spend one final moment with you.” Dan Feng grabs ahold of your hands, his grip almost painful as his fingers lock with yours.
“Are you… You don’t love me anymore?” A thousand thoughts rush through your head, yet none of them makes sense. “Do you want to see other people?”
“No, no, no. Of course not. That’s not what I meant. I meant that…” He pauses, concentrating. “We don’t have much time left.”
“But what does that-“
“Forget it. Would you just follow me, 心肝? Humour me. Please.” Your eyebrows furrow at the odd hypocorism. Before you can answer him, Dan Feng is leading you towards the dock. Bright yellow ginkgo leaves drift down from the sky, signalling a change in the year as they fall. There’s a scent in the early autumn air, and it reeks of… gloom; fraught with melancholy and a lingering anxiety that seems to cling to you. It whispers into your ear sweet serenades, singing a cacophony of incoming danger. The signal of change grows to a warning.
“Why are we heading towards the water?”
“Please, 亲爱的. Do not question me right now. Just… let us have a simple conversation. Would that be alright?” He sighs as the two of you exit the main area of the Alchemy Commission.
“I guess… You’re acting weird, you know that?” you sigh. “How was your day?”
“Great. And yours?” He answers a little too quickly.
“It’d be better if I knew what was happening.” Dan Feng turns his head to look back at you, a million words he wants to say are hidden behind his watery eyes.
Your shoe gets stuck in a crack in the stone walkway as you’re busy staring at him. You stop to pull it out but Dan Feng yanks on you, your shoe slipping off of your foot as he continues walking.
“Hey, wait! 枫仔! My shoe!” He doesn’t let go, his hand shaking in yours with a sense of urgency. “How am I supposed to walk without it?” You hop on a single foot, trying to keep up with his pace. In response, he picks you up into a bridal carry, cradling you like a parent would for their child.
“O-oh. Uh… okay. I guess I don’t mind…” You look up at his trembling jaw. Whatever’s going on, it must be very important to Dan Feng. If only he’d spit it out already so that you could offer your comfort. But the most you can offer right now is a small kiss. You bring your head up, pressing your lips against his cheek before resting your head back down on his forearm. The display of affection causes Dan Feng to stop in his tracks, but he quickly starts walking again.
“I...” He clears his throat, a light blush blossoming on his face. “That… means a lot to me right now. Thank you.”
“It’s the least I could offer you, 枫仔. You look so sad… Tell me what’s wrong.” He looks towards the horizon and the setting sun, a forlorn expression painting his face. The shadows of the evening light leave him looking especially somber. For a moment, he wants to tell you the whole truth. But he holds himself back to spare your feelings.
“I’m going somewhere. And… I won’t be returning. I am sorry, [name]. Truly. I do not wish to part ways but…” He looks down at you. A tear drips off of his face and onto yours. “There is nothing to be done about it. I… wouldn’t have done it if I realized the consequences sooner.”
“You’re… not joking. Would you tell me where you’re going? And when? Why are you being so vague?” You still couldn’t grasp the concept.
“亲爱的,you would hate me if I told you the whole truth. I could not leave knowing that you despised me. But… I’m sure you’ll find out soon when the news gets out.” Dan Feng looks back up towards the sky. You follow his gaze towards a few clouds that are coloured a hue of red from the sunset.
“I love you dearly. I apologize… I have forgone our future and forsaken you. Please remember me as someone you loved, and not a traitor to the Luofu.”
“Er… okay…? You’re really leaving?”
“Yes, I am afraid so…”
“…I love you too. Wherever you’re going, don’t forget that, okay? I… I really can’t believe it. I’m not gonna see you again. Ever…? Will you come visit me?”
“That is not possible, I fear. Though I wish more than anything that I could.”
The two of you reach the harbour. Dan Feng sets you down on the wooden planks and takes a seat beside you, dipping his legs into the water.
“Your pants are gonna be soaked, 笨蛋!”
“I am aware of that fact.” He pays you no mind, looking on into the horizon again. You gently hold is hand in yours.
“This… this is it? The last time I’ll see you? And we’re just… staring at nothing in complete silence?”
“You are speaking right now, [name].”
“What did you even do?” He glances at you. But as you make eye contact, he can’t seem to look away.
“…What are you doing?”
“You ask so many questions, 亲亲. I prefer it when you’re asleep. You’re much cuter in bed, too.” Dan Feng lightens up a little, a smile on his face as he teases you. “I’m just…” He shakes his head, as if to get himself out of a daze. “I’m just trying to remember your face. I need to make sure I don’t forget it…” His expression returns to how it was before, desolate and heartbroken.
“Make me a promise, 亲亲.”
“Go on.”
“We will meet in my next lifetime. And… we will live out a future that we could not have in this one.” He holds out his pinky finger and you take it.
“Sounds nice. I’ll hold you to it, Dan Feng.”

heyo! what can i, a teen in a really boring wealthy neighborhood with no queer community, do to combat fascism/make people aware of how wasteful and bigoted they are/generally fuck things up?
thanks so much!!
Before we get into the meat of your question, one thing we're hearing from this ask that you're going to want to keep an eye on is the idea that you know more than other people and need to educate people from a place of superiority over them. This is something that liberals do quite a lot, and while there's not a lot of reason to be sympathetic to reactionaries, something they are justified in responding negatively to is the patronizing idea that they just lack awareness of how wasteful or bigoted they are (in reality, they have a different set of values, and those values lead them to reasonable, but harmful, ends).
That is not the main point of your ask or this answer, but just watch in yourself the urge to view your self as better than others, speaking down to them.
OK, to the main point of your ask: A really important first step is going to be honestly evaluating the level of risk you're willing to take.
If you are a teenager in a wealthy family, this is probably the time when you are least likely to be meaningfully punished for, for example, breaking laws. However, there will may still be consequences for you that you don't like. Do you have parental support? Do you rely on them for your finances, or do you have some independent income? What is your support network like in general in case you make some of your peers or authority figures upset with you? Etc.
So that's the first thing: think about what sort of consequences you are currently prepared to deal with, with the understanding that may change later for you.
To give you one example: graffiti is great. The one that will probably get you in the most trouble but has some of the highest utility is spraypainting. Of course, if you don't already have artistic hobbies, it may be obvious if you go out and buy a bunch of spraypaint cans then tags start showing up all over your neighborhood, and this might be something you want to keep in mind. But there's also slap stickers, mop markers, wheatpasting. Actually, @crimethinc has a few guides on this already.
That's one example of an area that you can start doing things in with minimal resources and without needing a large group of people. It allows you to get started, which is the important thing. You are transformed by your practices much more than your plans for future practices, and you'll learn lots of things with real understanding that you only learned about from reading or hearing someone else talk about it.
But you do probably want to do things with other people, and most of them will be initially constrained by legality, so start talking to your peers if you aren't already. Don't lead with, "Hey, do you want to do illegal things together?" (and again, that may not be what you're ready for now, anyway). However, you do need to find other people who are interested in the same sorts of things that you are, and face-to-face conversations are the best way to go about this whenever possible.
You said you're a teen, so the assumption is that you're in school. If so, is there an issue on your campus that lots of your fellow students have a grievance against? Can you organize against that?
For example, is there a tardy policy that people feel is unfair? Can you work toward a collective protest by making everyone be tardy to class for a period, a whole day, a whole week, to overwhelm the system? Does the school have rules that are queerphobic? Is there a perhaps smaller group of people who care about that who can organize a walkout?
If you're out of school and at a job, do you have a union there? Do you have a groupchat that excludes management in order to complain about scheduling or unsafe duties or wage theft? Since it sounds like you still live at home, you're probably more willing to take risks at work than people who rely on jobs to pay rent and avoid eviction, but you likely share some concerns in common you can act on.
You're going to best know the issues local to you, but it's a place to start and get people in the practice of self-organizing and acting directly against hierarchical power.
In doing that, you're going to find other people who are perhaps willing to do illegal acts like graffiti with you. Or who have completely different skills and interests, for example cooking. Meals are a good way to bring people together and bond, and can also be extended to others who need it. By getting to know someone who knows how to cook, you can learn skills that help you later, like starting a local "Food Not Bombs" group for folks who would otherwise miss meals.
There's a lot of things that you can do, can do yourself, and can organize with others directly. It is not easy, but it's often very fun, and it will give you skills you can use later in life, as well as open the imagination of lots of other people about what can be done and how.
CrimethInc again has lots of other resources that you may want to become familiar with:
("Theory" and "praxis" aren't really in tension with one another. You read things other people have done to take advantage of their mistakes and experiences, but you still have to go out and do things yourself to really understand it for your situations and yourself.)

Sweet on You, Chapter 5

How does Italian sound for tomorrow night? I was thinking Casa Italia over on 51st.
You couldn't help but smile as you noticed the text notification from Matt on your phone.
He had apparently texted you several hours prior but you had been busy taking notes for Mr. DiStefano during a meeting with an important client most of the morning and had just gotten a second to breathe before having to go pick up lunch for the partners (because God forbid they be willing to pay a few extra bucks for delivery and tip instead of sending you to go fetch it).
That sounds great, you replied. What time and where did you want to meet?
You put your phone back into your pants pocket and gathered your purse, then stopped by your boss's office. “Excuse me, Mr. DiStefano, I'm heading out to go pick up your lunch.”
Mr. DiStefano nodded. “As soon as you get back I need you to input the payments that came in this morning and bring the checks to the bank since you didn't do it earlier.”
Your eye twitched. The reason you hadn't done the deposit yet was because right after you had signed for the incoming checks and the courier had left you had been called into that 3-hour meeting. As it was, you'd barely had time to lock the envelopes in your top desk drawer and forward the main phone line to voicemail before Mr. DiStefano was exaggeratedly sighing while looking at his watch.
You plastered a fake smile on your face. On top of still needing to do the day's deposit you also had to transcribe the notes you had taken during the meeting while they were still semi-fresh in your mind, return phone calls, forward voicemails, schedule more meetings, and prepare and send the day’s invoices. “Of course, sir.”
You continued down the hall towards Mr. Williams’s office, passing the doorway without stopping when you heard him and Mr. Abbott laughing together in Mr. Abbott’s office.
“...So then she goes -- she goes, ‘oh, okay’ and drinks it anyway!” Mr. Abbott was saying. “Dumb as a box of rocks, but at least she had a nice rack.”
You rolled your eyes before stopping in front of his office. What a tool.
You knocked on the doorframe. “Excuse me, Mr. Abbott?”
Mr. Abbott paused and looked past Mr. Williams to you. “Yes?”
You fought to keep your smile. “I'm sorry to interrupt, but I'm just letting you both know that I'm going to go pick up your lunches now.”
Mr. Williams, who had also turned towards you once he realized you were in the doorway, nodded.
Mr. Abbott dug his wallet out of his pocket and handed you a laundry pickup ticket. “While you're out, pick up my dry cleaning for me. Thanks, dollface.”
What you wanted to say was ‘fuck you and your fucking dry cleaning’ but instead you forced yourself to remain calm. “Sure thing, Mr. Abbott. Mr. Williams, do you need anything else while I'm out?”
Mr. Williams glanced at Mr. Abbott briefly before looking back at you and shaking his head. “Not at the moment, no.”
You nodded. “Okay then, I'll be back soon.”
Your smile dropped as soon as you turned away from the doorway. There goes any chance of me having a lunch break. At least by some miracle all three of the partners had ordered from the same restaurant today so you (probably) wouldn't be late getting back.
You took a deep breath. It'll be fine. You got this.
You made sure that the phone was still forwarding to voicemail then headed out.
You waited until you had gotten down the block a ways before you took your phone out of your pocket, pulled up your contacts, and pressed the dial button.
You put your phone up to your ear as it began to ring.
“Sky’s the Limit Tech Consulting, this is Roxanne,” said the voice on the other end.
You smiled at the sound of Roxy’s voice. She was the little sister you had never had -- despite your 11-year age difference the two of you had grown close over the three and a half years she had worked at DiStefano and Associates. “Hi, Rox.”
Roxy said your name. “Oh my gosh, hi!”
“Is this a bad time?”
“For you? Never. Just give me a second.”
You heard Roxy set the phone down and close her office door.
She picked the receiver back up. “Okay, I'm back. What's up?”
“I just needed someone to vent to for a minute.”
“Still haven't replaced me and Tab yet, huh?”
You sighed deeply. “No, and it'd be one thing if they'd at least mention advertising your positions, but I haven't even heard a peep. I'm honestly starting to feel like they aren't even going to bother replacing you, because why go through the trouble of replacing the two people they lost when they can save money by just running me ragged instead?”
“I'm so sorry, I feel terrible leaving you by yourself. Maybe I should have stayed there instead of accepting my position here.”
You shook your head. “Nope. Not hearing that. You worked your ass off in order to earn your master's degree so you could get your dream job in Silicon Valley. You didn't know Tabitha was going to get fired 2 days after you left New York or that DiStefano was going to decide that 1 assistant was enough for all 3 of them.”
“Still, I feel bad leaving you to have to deal with all 3 partners by yourself.”
You rolled your eyes. Despite the fact that she had been absolutely useless, it had almost been worth having Tabitha around just to distract Abbott from hitting on and making gross, sexist comments towards you. “Ugh, yeah. Abbott just ordered me to pick up his dry cleaning while I'm out getting the partners lunch today and called me ‘dollface’.”
“Eww.”
“And DiStefano pulled me into a 3-hour meeting this morning in order to take notes then made a passive-aggressive comment about me not having done the daily bank deposit yet.” You sighed. “At least Williams hasn't sexually harassed or made me feel incompetent yet today, but since the day’s only half over there's still a chance!”
Roxy groaned. “Girl, fuck them. Why don't you just quit?”
You shook your head. “You know I can't, not if I want to eat and keep a roof over my head while trying to help my mom with her hospital bills.”
Roxy hummed. “Speaking of that, how's your other job going? Found you a hot, rich ‘companion’ yet?”
You grinned as you thought about Matt. “Actually, yeah, I have.”
Roxy gasped. “Hey, that's great! So what's his name?”
You bit your lip. Roxy was the only person who knew about your S&S profile -- after all, she was the one who had gotten you to join -- but your contract made it clear that you wouldn't reveal the nature of your relationship with Matt to anyone. “I can't tell you. He wants to be discreet so he had me sign a contract saying that I won't tell anyone about him and me.”
“Ooh, is he a celebrity?”
You huffed out a laugh. “No, he's an attorney.”
“Married?”
“Nope. Or at least, he told me he was totally single.”
“And you believe him?”
You thought about how honest and genuine Matt seemed to be so far. “Yeah. Yeah, I actually do. He doesn't seem to be trying to hide me in particular, just how we really met and what our arrangement consists of.” You paused. “Anyway, it's really new. We met up for coffee on Saturday and had dinner together Monday night. He took me to Okinawa.”
Roxy whistled. “Okinawa? Wow, he must be loaded. When are you seeing him again?”
“Tomorrow night after work, actually. We're going to Casa Italia.” Which was again a very nice restaurant but thankfully wasn't nearl y as expensive as Okinawa.
“Ooh, nice. Fingers crossed that everything works out for you and that he doesn't turn out to be a creep.”
“Thanks. He seems really sweet so far.”
You slowed as you reached the restaurant from which you were picking up lunch. “I gotta run, but thanks for listening.”
“Hey, any time. Let's FaceTime soon, okay?”
“Okay. Bye, Rox.”
“Bye.”
You hung up and repocketed your phone, slightly disappointed when you didn't have another text from Matt waiting for you.
Even though your arrangement was strictly business, he made you feel like you mattered -- which was way more than you could say for DiStefano, Williams, and Abbott.

“Hey, how did the emergency hearing go?” Foggy asked as Matt walked into the office.
“The judge granted the retrial,” Matt replied with a relieved sigh. “Now we just have to finish reviewing the rest of the evidence to find everything else we need to get Conrad's conviction overturned.”
He’d had to go to court first thing that morning for an emergency hearing -- a new client of theirs who had been wrongfully convicted of first-degree murder in the double shooting of his former fianceé and her then-husband (who had happened to be a U.S. senator) had been scheduled to be transferred from Rikers to a federal penitentiary in three days, but luckily while reviewing the case Matt had discovered a major discrepancy in what the responding officer had testified to on the stand versus what the police report had stated and managed to convince the judge not only to a retrial, but also to delay the transfer so Matt could have access to his client.
Foggy sighed. “You’d have thought that Sanders would've caught that, especially since his trial notes included what Officer Stanton had stated in his initial report.”
Matt shrugged. He had found in his and Foggy's years of law practice that most of the wrongful conviction cases they had taken on (and won) was because some harried public defender had botched their clients’ cases because of overlooked details (or in more than a few cases, just not caring since they weren't getting paid extra for it). “It happens. Either way I'm sure we'll be able to find what we need.”
“Yeah.” Foggy paused. “So hey, how was your date on Monday? Things were so crazy yesterday that I didn't even get to ask you about it.”
Matt smiled. Even though it hadn't actually been a date he had genuinely had a good time with you and was looking forward to your next evening out. “It was good.”
“And? I want details, man!”
“There really aren't many details to share -- she met me over here, we walked to the restaurant, had a nice dinner, then said goodbye and went our separate ways.”
“That’s it?” Foggy sounded disappointed. “Guess that means no second date then.”
Matt grinned and shook his head. “Actually, we made plans for tomorrow night before we left the restaurant.”
He took his phone out of his pocket and turned it back on. “Which reminds me…”
He waited for it to boot up and smiled when his phone announced that you had replied to his earlier text confirming your plans for dinner.
He tapped at his screen and waited as it read off your reply. “ That sounds great. What time and where would you like to meet?”
He tapped the ‘reply’ button. “ Is 7 PM at the restaurant okay with you?” With the retrial being granted, Matt knew that he would be staying late at the office since he needed to prepare.
“That sounds fine,” his phone dictated when you replied a few seconds later. “I'll see you then.”
“At least tell me about her if you're not going to give me specifics about your date,” Foggy said. “What does she do and is she hot?”
Matt chuckled. “She's an office assistant at an architectural firm not far from here and I really wouldn't know if she was hot, but what I do know is that she's nice and that we have a lot in common.”
“So when can we meet her?”
Matt shrugged. He wanted to make sure you were completely comfortable with his and your arrangement before he introduced you to his friends. “I don't know yet. Maybe in a few weeks? Depends on how things progress.”
He shook his head. “Anyway, let's get busy. We've got a trial to prepare for.”
