ahhh hello n happy openin day 2 us all!! im gemma ( s/h, 21+ ) n i write for jaehyun and sumi!! i've got their individual intros linked bc it's too long to put in one post xo what's new i cannot shut up : )) below r some event plot ideas that i came up w like 2 seconds ago so they're kinda questionable but anw if u r keen to plot pls LIKE this post n i'll come runnin!! and ofc if u have discord pls lmk bc tumblr ims and i have some longstanding beef...
on the night of the event, JAEHYUN is...
not attending the charity gala thx!! jaehyun is very anti together for daehan so he will not give any money 2 support them ( also he is the charity tq curious currenter 4 pointin that out )!! that said, jaehyun will b helpin get the blue hall ready 4 the afterparty so!! any evo members wna help direct him n get him 2 put his superstrength 2 good use!!! boss him around 🥴
ok i will alw push this agenda but any fans of gangcheori!! imagine u see the new capt there n u think this is the PERFECT time 2 share my strategies !! jaehyun's a pretty approachable dude so i feel like he'd take in on board ( tho he is also p proud so ease it on the pushiness mayb.... )
as per the event description im sure there's gna b an accident or two... who better to call 4 help than the dude w superstrength!! imagine u have a friend passed out somewhere questionable n u need help gettin them outta there n back 2 safety!! perhaps that dude breaking things when he walks past can help u out he looks strong...
alternatively a fight breaks out between u n someone else n jaehyun comes n puts a stop 2 it bc he dc ab fights but !! not @ the blue hall party!! this is evo's moment don't turn it into a crime scene!! OR jaehyun is also v trigger happy n easy 2 anger so if someone from together from daehan / other sporting rally houses annoys him n ur muse is tryna step in between... watch out for those hands tho he packs a mean punch!!!
he's probably taken over as the student bouncer at some point during the night ( for like j a short moment tho cause he wna party too!! ) so what if ur muse rocks up late from the charity gala.... how r u gna convince mr t4d suxx

“You done with my phone?” you asked Haruchiyo with your eyebrows raised, he just grinned at you and handed you your phone, you just went away for a while to buy more tokens and have no clue as to what your friends and husband are talking about, “What did you tell them now- what the fuck.”
“What? She was asking.” he answered nonchalantly and intertwined your fingers together, “Where do you want to go next?”
“You know I still have classes later and you dragged me here.” You said, “If I fail that subject, it’s your fault.”
He just shrugged his shoulders and smiled at you, “Okay, blame it all on me, baby.”
You shook your head and followed him anyway. There's no single doubt that you’re feeling all sorts of guilt—however, holding Haruchiyo’s hand, him telling you how much he loves you—it’s a different feeling, isn’t it? It’s wondrous, you feel like you’re on top of the world.
It seems like yesterday, you were bawling your eyes out but now you have a huge smile on your face.
You got what you always wanted, just like what Kakucho said earlier. There's no serious harm done, you're supposed to be with him even before Naomi came in the picture.
Naomi’s just a little bump in the road but why do you still feel like you’re the second option in this? Why do you feel like you took Haru away from someone else?
“Haru.” you called his name, you flashed him a smile as soon as he turned his head to your direction, “Let’s play that one.”
“Alright!” he cheered a bit loud causing other people to look your way, but Haruchiyo didn't care. Why would he care, he doesn't even know these people and probably won't see them again, he thought.
“Can you calm down?” you said, Haru just stuck his tongue out at you and placed his arm around your shoulder.
“Whatever. Can you even shoot a gun? Can you aim?” he cockily said with an arrogant grin on his lips. You don’t even know if you want to smack him in the head or kiss him on the lips so that he can shut up, you know how flustered he gets when you kiss him—that would totally shut him up.
“That’s not a real gun, Haruchiyo. What the fuck are you saying? And, can I aim? Can you? You can’t even pee right. Look at our toilet seat, there's pee everywhere. I swear I will-”
Once again he covered your mouth. He frowned when he felt your tongue on his palm, “Are you licking my hand? Did you know I scratched my ass with this hand.”
“Fuck you!”

“I got more kills than you, can you aim?” you raised your eyebrow at Haru with a proud smile on your lips. The pink-haired idiot turned to you with a pout and placed his arm around your shoulder, “So? What do you have to say for yourself?”
“I just…” he pursed his lips, “I let you win. Because I love you, okay?”
You snickered and pinched his nose, “If you say so. Loser.”
“I’m not!”
“Loser.”
“I see, the married couple are bickering. We can come back.” you both turned to the person who just spoke.
Right, Hina and Takemichi are also at the arcade. “We’re not. He just can’t accept that he’s a loser. So, anyway. What are you two up to?”
“We’re about to ride the ferris wheel outside. You want to go with us?”
You turned to Haru and he nodded at you with a warm smile on his face, he reached for your hand—intertwining your fingers together as you both walked behind the other couple. “Remind me that I have something to give you when we’re on the ferris wheel.”
“Okay?” you responded, wondering what surprise he got up his sleeves now.
You reached the line for the ferris wheel, Sanzu wrapped his arms around your waist while waiting in line—Hina has a big smile on her face as she watched the both of you—of course, Hina knows how happy you are right now, you always tell her how much you wished for this, and now you have what you always wanted.
She’s happy for you, the look on your face while you laugh and look at Sanzu was so refreshing to see.
She was there when you were down and now you’re so mirthful that she wishes you’d stay that way—that you’d never feel that broken again.
What more can happen anyway? You love each other, it’s in your eyes. No one can get in the way, right?
“Excuse me.” she called for the two of you, bursting your own little world, “I hate to burst your bubble but it’s our turn if you still want to ride.”
You rolled your eyes jokingly which Hina mimicked, you rode the pod behind them. Once you got on, you immediately turned to Haru with a questioning look on your face.
“What?”
“What are you going to give me?”
He laughed, pinching your cheeks lightly. You rolled your eyes, scenes like this are a total cliché for you, but you can't help but feel giddy—it’s true what they say, you’ll never know the feeling unless you’re the one experiencing it.
Well, you never thought you will experience dumb romantic shits but here you are.
“Can you wait? When we’re on the top or something.”
“Fine.”
Haru just smiled at you while you’re still wondering what he wanted to give you, not until you reached the top, the astonishing view of the city greeted you—the busy streets and the pretty lights from the tall buildings were certainly a treat for your eyes.
“Okay.” you turned to your husband once you heard his voice, “Remember this?”
You didn't think you could smile as wide as you did before, “Haru… you kept it?”
He nodded, grinning at you—if your heart could explode there’d be bits of it everywhere. “Of course, baby.”
“Hey.”
“What?” he sniffed, wiping his tears with his arms as he turned his back on you, “Go away.”
You giggled, disregarding what he just told you and squatted in front of him, “What’s the matter, Haru? Did Omi tease you again? You want me to fight him?”
“Yeah.” he snorted, causing you to frown, “Like you could take him.”
You raised your eyebrow, did he just tell you that you’re weak? But then again, you’re not there to fight your best friend, you’re there to console him in whatever made him cry. “Excuse me?! Then can you tell me why you are crying?”
The ten-year-old boy looked at you with tears brimming at the corner of his eyes, “Because you have such an ugly face it makes me want to cry.”
“Really?” you smacked his arm, “Okay, then. Don't talk to me.”
“I’m just kidding!” he laughed, you can't help but smile—he’s always the brightest when he’s laughing, you know? But what you don't know is he beams the most when he’s with you.
It’s as if he didn't cry earlier—which you still don't know why, “It’s nothing.”
“If it’s nothing then why are you all snotty at the corner?”
“It’s because I’m always left alone. I won the contest earlier, right?” you nodded, you can't forget how proud you are at him while watching him on stage at your school earlier, “Then… Omi just had to do something great too. It’s petty-”
“You're ridiculous.” you laughed, “You're not left alone. You have me.”
Before he could even speak, you removed the charm bracelet that you’re wearing with your initials on it and reached for his arm, “Don't you ever think that you're left alone, okay? If you ever feel like that just look at this bracelet then you’ll remember that I’m always with you. Stupid.”
“So, you’re giving it back?”
“No!” he immediately denied, “This is mine.”
He reached for a box in his pocket, “This is yours. I was supposed to give you this on our anniversary with the necklace but it wasn't ready then.”
“C’mere.” he softly said, you carefully stood up from your seat since the pod will move, he reached for your wrist as soon as you sat beside him, “I had this custom made, they don't sell these anymore, you know?”
You chuckled, “Of course, we bought that years ago.”
“There. Now we’re matching.”
You bite your lip, trying to contain the big smile plastered on your face as you look at the charm bracelet—with his initials on it this time.
“Haru.” you turned to him, cupping his cheeks with both your hands. His heart beats uncontrollably when you close your eyes and press your lips on his—he reciprocates your kiss, closing his eyes as he relishes this heartening feeling around the air—as banal as it seems, it felt like his whole world was in slow motion.
He can hear his and your heart beating in sync. Fuck it, he loves you intensely that he wanted you close—so close that you can never slip away from him.
That he wished that you’d never feel what you feel for him for someone else any further. That you’d only love him—because he’s the same for you.
But you know he never had to worry about it, all that you feel and all of you were always meant for him.
“I love you.” he whispered once you both pulled away.
You giggled, deciding to tease him with your answer. “Yeah, okay. Let me think about what I feel for you, okay?”
He scrunched his nose as he flicked your forehead, “Funny.”

hey lei!! how are you and what are you doing rn? i'm currently procrastinating my school work T_T but its not like i'm totally wasting my time if i'm catching up with you :3c
lemme tell you about my performance it happened two days ago and we did it at a football game honestly for me it went pretty badly it wasn't a home game and we're not just doing flag work we all have to be in specific positions so doing it on a different field messed me up and my brain just shut off too cause i made so many mistakes that i usually wouldn't OTL its not too terrible though we played at the beginning so not many people were there to see it after that i actually ended up having a nice time!! it felt like a very teen thing to sit in the bleachers of a school game and eat and joke with friends it was a nice moment especially cause wasting my youth is something i end up thinking about often also theres this cute boy 😳😳 hes in band and was reading a webtoon in the bleachers his hair is growing long its reaching the back of his neck,,, i'm excited for the days we practice on a field cause i'll be able to see him then I wouldn't call this crush more like in interest or eyecandy 👁👁

HIHIHI,,, um,,, I hope I'm not annoying you but uh,,, I wanna thank you for that post where you said kazuha might end up being xiao 2.0, in which people got depressed because they lost the 50/50!! (I myself am a huge xiao wanter but when i first joined his banner already ended, but that's irrelevant)
See, I'm f2p and planning on staying that way until I move out and start getting my own money,,, but even then I don't feel like spending for what essentially are pixels on a screen.
Or at least, that's what I tried to tell myself until I lost the 50/50 on the first day his banner came out. I had a couple of friends get him and changed their pfp to him, ans i've been feeling like the biggest asshole because I personally have the worst cases of jealousy known to man—i had to turn off co-op because one of them likes to join in my world but their pfp is him. I've lost it too in Venti’s banner but i wasn't upset because I guess Venti wasn't a comfort character??
Long story short, I've been so, so sad non-stop for the past few days, opting to stay away from all social media because i see kazuha everywhere, and there are not few people in my feed who have shared how they were super lucky to get him,,,
I guess your post was just a slap to the face that I needed, if that makes any sense xjjejznwsjzj I accidentally logged into tumblr again today and ofc i see people saying they got him but after reading some fics (and your post!) i'm feeling a bit better. Haven't recovered completely but ’m getting there.

i feel u on the your friends getting a character u want bit;; i have this one friend that has immense luck and won all of his 50/50 except once. and yknow good for him but its a little bit disappointing considering ive lost all except two. jealousy is a normal human emotion, you just gotta keep track of when it becomes toxic
okay but its good that you know that you should take a break! its hard but its definitely a good step and not a lot of people are able to do it

WARNING : MASSIVE TOKOYAMI HC DUMP AHEAD ! part one of ..... many sldkfjds i gotta transfer a lot from old blogs
triggers: body talk, religions mentions, mentions of binding, self hatred and transitioning.
BELIEFS / MOTIVATION:
tokoyami looks at becoming a hero the “wrong” way — or rather, in a way that cripples his success.he doesn’t want to become a hero in and of itself, but to help as many people as he can.
this is usually a good thing, but it is motivated by his extreme guilt and self doubt rather than pure desire, believing that that is the only way to pay for his “sins.” (i.e., the destruction or potential destruction his quirk as/could cause(d).)
he holds himself up to an extremely high standard, (it is impossible to have a totally “pure” motivation,) one of being perfect and disciplined in every way, but he consistently fails to reach that (as any human being would), making it so that he falls deeper into a circle of self-doubt and pity.
he also tends to idealize his friends for their faults, and when those difficult traits show up he gets extremely bothered, then angry at himself for his idealization, then angry for bothering them, & it escalates until he’s simply angry at himself for being what he believes to be a burden.
this is an extremely deeply rooted process, one that even daily actions contribute to, & while the source isn’t completely his parents, it is certainly reinforced by his mother’s abuse & his guilt relating to his father’s death.
PHYSICAL:
he’s not particularly muscled — well, compared to his more muscular classmates. most of his muscle is in his legs & stomach. he does not have a particular training regimen, typically unmotivated unless prompted.
unlike the majority of his classmates, because a lot of his fighting is done with dark shadow moving him (so that it’s harder to predict movements, as well as going from a large range), the majority of the time he’s not challenged physically.
against close attacks, both attacking which he uses his sword for (seen in his dorm room), when allowed. he inherited that sword from his father after his death. he also feels fatigue easily, not so much due to muscles but because of his exhaustion that is his “normal” state, given that dark shadow is nocturnal. (this & his low work ethic. he works a lot harder when training with friends.)
he doesn’t feel the need to bind more than not, given his skinny physique, with his hips being only a little bit wider than the average cis man’s.most of his scars are on his arms, self inflicted from his talons cutting into his skin. parts of his skin are covered in a gel like skin, clear to see the feathers that poke out from them, going much like arm hair down his sides. these are mostly around his shoulders.
most of the feather is underneath skin (though the skin & the feather both have no nerves), visible with the skin being mostly clear (no muscles adding color, only the natural dark pigment) with the rest of the feaher poking out at a low angle to his arm.
HABITS:
he has a diary that he writes in religiously. it’s kept in a hat box under his bed when he returns to the dorm, along with a collection he’s had since he had been able to write.
at times, in nostalgia, he’ll read through his earlier books. he also tends to doodle his classmates in them ! he’s an incredibly private person — especially because his mother ignored his privacy, refusing to let him keep secrets of any kind in ‘fear that he was hiding something’ — but also enjoys putting his thoughts into words.
PAST:
tokoyami was bullied due to his appearance / personality. for someone who was already uncomfortable with his body (not knowing what being trans was at that point) this became the root of deep insecurity regarding his appearance, whether it was as simple as hesitation.
he is autistic !! he stims a lot with his hands, though usually it’s in his hoodie / under his cloak, because he’s very self conscious about it. he also has adhd: inattentive type, bpd, depression & anxiety!
fantasy verse: he’s a witch & i will fight you on this fact. my boy loves the occult. he’s also. in generally he tends to be superstitious, & more than that enjoys different rituals! it probably won’t show up in my rp cause i honestly don’t know much about that type of thing but ! he absolutely adores things like that, not necessarily because he fully believes them but because they’re interesting & he believes that they probably stem if only in part from fact.
now im gonna add some notes here. while he is obviously pretty strong, he has problems with control, considering that not only does he have to react, he has to communicate those thoughts with dark shadow. speed / offense / defense obviously are enhanced w dark shadow, as well as his own abilities (he would still be able to hold his own if he couldn’t use his quirk).
as well, a lot of his stats are basically his stats + dark shadow, which obv makes them higher than they otherwise would be. he also has really high stamina and working out for a long time doesn’t really. make him tired, nor dark shadow, because dark shadow doesn’t get tired & he’s not the one doing a lot of the actual physical stuff. he’s not good w weapons tho in general. note that these are basically during the daytime w/o a huge light source so things change when it’s darker/lighter.
parents: tokoyami’s mother had the ability to call spirits of the dead to her and talk to them, & his father’s was to house things, as in objects, so he cld like. store things inside of his body. it’s real wild.
a quirk that combined with another in tokoyami’s lineage, so one of his ancestors had the ability to shapeshift, specifically with birds & banged w someone who has a quirk similar to aizawa’s, where it basically ‘stills’ the action of .someone’s quirk, if that makes sense? so down the line people wld inherit a birds’ features, but it would switch. in his dad’s case, he got a raptors ‘arms’ & eyes.
i am here to inform you that not only is he really short, he’s also chubby! espcially as a child. while he now has muscle! :tm: ive made earlier posts about how he doesn’t have a good. regimen & shit so. yeah. just like deku, while he may be muscled, (though he’s less muscled than. most of his classmates) he still is v chubby on other parts of his body.
also ! he’s trans & he has. a large bust, which he does not bind most of the time due to fear of asphyxiation. being demiboy, he is bothered at it at times, but dislikes tight clothes as a whole (like binders). this is because he is easily overstimulated by excessive contact with his body, causing sensory overload.the exception is his neck, which his choker is a source of comfort. (though, warning, there are scars underneath that the large choker hides!)
tokoyami. will say/do something & then become embarrassed by it, after the act has already been done. he’ll fuckin melt on the spot.
tokoyami is absolutely someone to leave ppl on read. or respond w several paragraphs w ‘K.’ like. that’s just how it is. he’s lowkey an asshole in that way but he just. he has to think a lot before having a response but he gets distracted & just leaves it.
he has dark fucking brown skin !!!!! people who draw tokoyami w light skin cause he’s a ‘pale goth uwu !!!!’ are weak & will be weeded out by natural selection.
people he trains with most are ,,, mostly kirishima, kaminari, aoyama and momo when they’re available
he’s mix of japanese, native american, and indian!
self knowledge questions: neediness, independence, shyness.
NEEDINESS: being affirmed & nurtured by others is a central requirement for you to feel safe. this means you can be slow to warm up to other people, which is difficult because what you most need from them is their warmth. yet you know how to be vulnerable: to let down your defenses and accept that you need another person. this lack of pretense is a valuable trait, and ultimately more endearing than the macho efforts others make to deny their childlike sides.
INDEPENDENCE: you don’t set out to be different for its own sake; you are more easily guided by what interests & moves you. you are more concerned about what is right for you than about the pressure to fit in. you know the value of selective irresponsibility, of forgetting occasionally about being ‘good’.
SHYNESS: part of you is gripped by the fear that you’ll launch into something and completely mess it up. the upside of this is wise caution: people are indeed often too rash, whereas you know, by instinct, that holding back can save you. probably, you feel shame and self-disgust a bit too much. but when you do feel in your element, you act with a wisdom and sensitivity never found in people with thicker skins.

more ramblings cause i lov him so anw. i figure that like. if he had to have a motivator it would be an outside force but basically he’s riding on the fact that he has more physical ability because he doesn’t perform very well in studies. ( bird brain …… )
getting 14th place out of the class on midterms, he’s aware that he’s not motivated & as well as his migraines & other mental illnesses ( adhd, executive dysfunction, etc. ) this means that he doesn’t really reach his “full potential.”
he’s aware of this, though, which causes him to train physically. physically training also allows him to ( a ) feel proud of himself, something that he struggles with ( b ) help him generally, esp with dysphoria ( c ) get his mind off of other things / points of stress.
i still don’t think he’s like. as buff as shouji for example, though part of that is that he’s naturally lean ! & he has trouble motivating himself sometimes but when he stays up late ( due to dark shadow ) it basically wrecks his sleeping patterns, so this gives him something beneficial to do while also exhausting himself, which he hopes will help him fall asleep.
like i know that i said that . . he was skinny / not v muscled ( when compared to his buffer classmates, rather ) but i guess i’ve been proven wrong because it took both Buff McFuck mina and hagakure 2 push him out of the way ( not tht it took that long but that was w them straining / time skips )
so @ this point i Just Don’t Know. he got 9 in the practical which means he’s obv like ?? p good but that was the entrance exam. ( he got 10 rescue my baby !!!! im so proud of him ) & then w aizawa’s exams he started off at 5 & im tryna find the other thing what it ended up as but @ this point i’m just , pretty divided cause i’m not seeing much reason for him to learn to train w/o proper training ( & we kno that he’s not someone who was trained specially like todoroki / momo tho tht doesnt mean it’s not possible & at this point im just ) ya. he’s gotta be able but from what we know he’s not v motivated ? ausdjkfdsfjk we’ll see ig.
tokoyami is a mix of shinto (where his hero epithet comes from), taoist (due to the values), & hindu (again, values). i think for now it’s going to be some mix of that, though i’m going to do some research on shinto values since i don’t know much about it !!!!!
generally, he’s pretty superstitious, just because he knows many myths are based on facts, & the idea of ‘it doesn’t hurt to watch out for them.’ he prefers to avoid possible things that would make him have bad luck.
