1、Open the door
Press the stop button to open the door cover (you can use the side mechanical lock puller to open the door cover in the power outage state).
2、Rotor installation
Wipe the drive shaft and rotor body hole inside the centrifuge chamber with a clean soft cloth, hold the rotor horizontally with both hands, align the slot with the shaft pin, put it vertically, make sure the rotor slot is set on the drive shaft pin, install the washer with a screwdriver and gently bring it tight.
Note: When using plastic rotor, please do not screw too tight, so as not to cause damage to the rotor!
3、Put in the test tube
Put the centrifugal tubes with equal amount of test solution into the rotor test tube hole symmetrically to ensure the rotor balance operation.
4、Close the door
Close the door lid and check whether it has been locked (close the door and gently lift the lid, the lid can not be lifted), if the door lid is not closed, press the start button after the time window will display E3 alarm.
5、Parameter setting
a) Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch.
b) Speed setting: According to Table 1 and the required separation speed of the solution, press the "+" and "-" keys under the speed window to set the required centrifugal speed.
Note: The set speed should not exceed the ***high speed of the rotor.
c) Time setting: Under the time window, press "+" or "-" to set the required time according to the required centrifugation time.
6、Start operation
a) Check whether the "speed setting" and "centrifugal time" are accurate.
b) Press the "start button", the start indicator light will be on, the speed will start to rise until it reaches the pre-selected speed and then run at constant speed; the time will be counted down.
c) When you need to change the separation parameters (speed and time) during operation, press the "+" and "-" keys below the speed window to change the speed parameters; the "+" and "-" keys below the time window to change the time parameters, and the instrument will automatically turn to the changed parameters for operation.
d) When the time display is "0", the centrifuge will automatically cut off the power supply of the drive motor and the rotational speed will drop. When the rotational speed display is "0", the start indicator will go out and the stop indicator will light up, and the instrument will automatically sound a beep to notify the operator.
e) When you need to stop in the middle, press the stop button, the centrifuge automatically cut off the power of the drive motor.
7、After running, when not in use, please turn off the power switch and unplug it.
