I find it kinda weird when a british person is like 'Omg Americans have to stand for the national anthem in school, that's so creepy and cultish', as if we don't indoctrinate our kids into Christianity in Primary School

#I'm not sure how widespread this is #But everyone I know who's gone to primary school (including relatives who are still in primary school) has experienced the same things #You are literaly taught that God is a fact. There's no clarification of belief #We had to pray in assemblies everyday and at the end of the day before going home #I've heard stories from pretty much every non-Christian religious person about them getting in trouble for not praying #We sang songs about how God is great pretty much every day #We got handed a small bible to take home once. I think i still have mine somewhere #But yeah very weird how some of y'all will complain about the national anthm thing but are silent about all that #Which I do agree with. It is weird. But we aren't really much better #This post is not anti-christianity #It's anti-indoctrination

- Gus just knowing luz is there for his library card to see amity. precious

-The twins teasing luz only to realize that amity and luz do like each other and running away to give them space— A++ I LOVE THEM!

-LUZ SPEAKING SPANISH PLEASE! amity standing besides here like “what :)” i love!

-Amity immediately getting back up after been told she could visit the human realm, AH! (i have a theory that she really did it bc she knows about dark luz slipping past but we’re not getting into that lmao)

-ANGST BETWEEN LUZ AND AMITY; You know luz took amity’s word as an insult even if she didn’t mean it right? She’s a book nerd who was used to let people down back on earth make them feel odd hearing someone say that genuinely killed her on the inside. YALL REALIZE THIS RIGHT?!

-Luz telling herself that to make things better you have to take a step. I cant remember the exact words but this was her basically been like “I know you didn’t mean that, I'm going to make it better” SOMEONE HUG THIS CHILD PLEASE!

- Amity coming to Em and Ed for advice. followed up by;

-EMIRA TELLING HER SISTER THAT FEELING WEIRD IS OKAY BECAUSE SHE’S BEEN HER HAPPY SELF ! God, tell me that isn't the epidemy of coming out and the proper response. Just the whole moment of her in her room with her siblings made me soft.

-Luz speaking quickly and apologizing to amity; we love nervous wrecks.

-Her hair. I don't like the cut but I love the meaning behind changing it. I just love amity as a character omg—

-The twins just listening in and running away when they’re notices, I love them so much I hope we get an episode with them.

-Luz just making friends with a mouse.

- “Don’t worry, You always have a way of sneaking into people’s hearts” AHH!

In conclusion. I did disturb my brother for an hour screaming to myself in my living room. I love the owl house so much for giving us a lesbian mess and a bi disaster. I loved the angst and i will ask for ed and em’s hand in marriage lmao! i love those suckers!
