WTW PLANET PROMPTS - DAY 1 // MECURY: LOCATIONS

welcome to the kingdom of elysia , the larger kingdom on the planet of kielya.

The Kingdom of Elysia was formed as a result of many towns and farms uniting under a single banner — the Orleauxes’ — and was named after the root word “elysian”, which means “relating to or characteristic of heaven or paradise”. The Kingdom aimed to provide a safe haven for all who were loyal, and has held to this promise — or, well, and idea of it, at least — for the past few centuries. Along with the technological advances of the Kingdom as well as that of other dimensions, it has evolved into a place of worship and science, old and new, all melded together into one piece of intricate clockwork.

Interviewer: So, Your Highnesses, what is your opinion on this Kingdom?

Andre: Well, I definitely love the Delphinus Range. Beautiful mountains, excellent for skiing. I don’t suppose you’ve tried it? One must go during the Salidon Moon, the snow is perfect. Oh, and Mirsage Harbour is absolutely breathtaking, the sea view is just nice, and the ships! So many of them, I must say—

Verena: —yes, Andre, lovely ships. Now, for me, I just enjoy the thought of the Forests. They’re just so calming in a way? Not to mention the draw I have towards forests in general, all those trees... Oh, and the Talin Islands. Beautiful and untouched, literal paradise! We’re going to see if we can open one up to the public.

elysia, as described in the official texts

The Kingdom of Elysia ( also referred to as Elysia ) is the oldest in the dimension. It is split across two landmasses, Solias and Helisan. The Delphinus Range in Helisan is a popular tourist destination for those seeking colder weather, and the three of the four Forests of the Fae can be found in Elysia. Helisan is mostly unpopulated, save for Mirsage Harbour and the tip of the continent where a bridge connects it to the rest of Elysia. Average travel time by car in the capital is relatively quick, with smooth traffic operations.

WTW PLANET PROMPTS - DAY 2 // VENUS: RELATIONSHIPS

love is secondary; what matters most is that we accept each other. always.

ANDRE ORLEAUX, shy, caring, will do anything for those he loves. When he falls in love with CAELAN HUFORT, dangerous rebel, he’s faced with two choices. Give up all hope for Elysia, or put aside his own emotions to save his kingdom.

CAELAN HUFORT did not expect to like anyone, and most certainly not one of the royal children. Really, really wasn’t supposed to happen. So when ANDRE ORLEAUX falls into their life, they have to decide: carry on only fighting for themselves and all the other rebels, or learn to accept the other side of the coin?

“Lysan? Lysan, are you there?” Astra’s voice floats through the living room, panicked and scared. “Lysan, please tell me you’re here.”

Lysan pauses for too long, because Astra begins to shout for him.

“I- I’m here, Astra. I’m always here. I promise.” He steps in through the door that leads to the backyard, and pull her close. “I’m here, and I love you, Astra.”

Astra leans into the hug, but she still wonders. Do you really?

I’m sorry I have to go. We may not be in love, but love isn’t the only relationship that matters. What I’ve taught you... and what you’ve taught me; I think that’s the most important thing of all. Not love, just acceptance. Me, as a faerie. Hated. You, as a Princess. Loved. That’s all there is to it. And I know us faeries are supposed to be spiteful and all, but...

WIP Intro

↳ Elysian Falls

Summary.

ONE REBELLION TO TOPPLE A KINGDOM. ONE CONQUEST TO RULE THE WORLD. ONE GROUP TO SAVE THEM ALL.

Verena and Andre Orleaux are the children of the King and Queen of Elysia. The only problem? They don't agree with the way the kingdom is run, which immediately counts them as rebels. But are they?

Caelan Hufort is a rebel, leader of one of the factions. The Kingdom of Elysia has taken away their parents from them. It will not take away their sister too. They will do anything, anything at all to protect her and get their vengeance.

Insensia is part of the fae, banished from Faine, the planet of the fae. They want to return to their homeland and go back to the way things were. Easier said than done. They travel the Kingdom of Elysia, looking for a way back in.

Astra Bellerun and Lysan Charr have been a happy pair for years. When Astra and Lysan are exiled to Kielya due to her being an Untalented, she suspects foul play, and the ever-distant Lysan appears to be hiding something of epic proportions.

A Quick Introduction

Andre is a softie and won’t hurt anyone without valid reason, but is also rather good at a sword. ( You might argue that he’s better, but then you watch him spar with Verena, and you realise maybe not. ) He is very gay, he opposes the ruling of Elysia, he is also very tall for some reason, ( totally not bc I like my characters to be tall ahahahhha ) also did I mention he gets a lil doggo.

A Quick Introduction

Verena is the suspected child of a faerie and inherited the ability to manipulate plants, also known as a Greenmother. Strangely, her ears do not have the trademark point of the fae, a reassuring development for her mother, Queen of Elysia. Fiercely protective of her brother, Andre, Verena would go to the ends of her dimension and beyond to protect him at all costs.

A Quick Introduction

The Kingdom of Elysia was formed after a group of nobles discussed who would lead the fledging nation. A large debate ensued and the Orleauxes, who won, have been in charge ever since. The other noble houses were then given roles to help with the smooth running of the kingdom.
