"The future only belongs to the future itself, and the future is Electric Youth".
Okay so, Time Traveler (The Crane Legacy) wasn’t a story in the beginning, it started as just gameplay about a young guy from the future, Robin Crane, a plumbot builder, who travels to the past and meets the woman of his dreams. Robin had a concern, though, in the Oasis Landing population files, no descendants of his were listed, so he became obsessed that he should start having kids right away, so much so, that he got into all the trouble that gave rise to the story.
Then, you know me, I started planning and writing a plot, taking posed photos for the characters, using special saves in both Aurora Skies and Oasis Landing to stage scenes, etc. And, since I had to follow a script, my characters’ lives were kind of on pause. But… in the original Aurora Skies save, where everything started, time and life continued to pass for the Cranes and the Shens (Juliette’s family), something that doesn’t happen in my story saves, where, due to technical reasons, life takes much longer to pass.
I've tried to keep secret what happens in the original Aurora Skies' save, so as not to spoil the story, but since Time Traveler is about, well, time traveling, lol, I thought we could do a little six-year time jump from 2017 to 2023 in order to introduce the next generation (3rd actually) of the Crane dynasty. So, without further ado, I present to you the third generation of Cranes.
From left to right: Carrie, Wanda, Rowan, Jessica, and Collin.
Rowan and Jessica are the oldest with 8 (real life) years; and Collin, Carrie and Wanda are 6 (real life) years old. (Yes, they're all the same height cause I don't use height sliders in order not to mess my game).
As we already know, these five kids are all Robin's children, from three different moms, which are Juliette Shen (Rowan's mom) Kaleigh Chandelace (Collin's mom) and Ann Conners (Jessi, Carrie and Wanda's mom). Despite this, they love each other as if they were full siblings, cause they all have something in common: they have the same father, and some of them, (I am not telling which ones), also share Robin's alien genes. They are currently living their lives at the fullest, learning about their alien powers and preparing to compete among themselves to be Robin's successor. Who of them will make it? I still don't know so I can't tell, and if I knew I wouldn't tell. 😉
Sorry if this post was too long, or if it seemed like a spoiler, it's just I'm so happy with how this generation turned out that I couldn't resist, and I just can't wait for them to grow so I can tell their stories. 😋
I take this opportunity to say that Time Traveler (the actual story) is not over, it will be back, though maybe not too soon. I'm currently writing the episodes of Part Three: To the Moon and Back, where we will go to Robin's rescue after his abduction by an alien ship, and where, contrary to this post, we'll go back one generation to meet Robin's long-lost parents. It's a long way to go, but eventually we'll get there, then we'll let Robin take a rest as we move on to this brand new third generation.

With Brandon and Sandra came their daughter, Cindy, a rather precocious teenager, with a taste for getting into trouble, just like her father.
The Langeraks are just arriving in Lucky Palms and the restless Cindy is already giving her parents and high school teachers some headaches.
Surely, she gets her rebelliousness from Brandon, the only Langerak with a questionable behavior, and a fickle character, which, in turn, he inherited from his mother, the rebel of rebels, Becky Lack.
Not so with little Cain, Brandon and Sandra's youngest son, who despite his name, is an adorable well-behaved little guy. Cain loves to go for walks with Sandra, who also enjoys hiking - when/if the sun isn't too hot of course, after all Lucky Palms is a desert.

Okay, the big moment has arrived. Here we go. And…
Davy is now a toddler! Cute, isn't he? The way he looks at everyone, like 'what am I doing here'? Yes, Davy, they are your family, believe it or not.
(i immediately changed Davy's hair and clothes, because - really EA? But I didn't change anything else. Plus, look at his face, you can tell he's a Cho all around! Of course, he's also a Vanderburg, but I think the paternal genes prevailed here). More about Davy tomorrow. 😉

Allan: No idea. Maybe he was afraid you'd say no and wanted to tell me first, so I'd give you a heads up.
Anika: ¿Seriously?
Anika: Well, that's the most absurd thing I've ever heard.
Allan: *To himself*. Yeah, the Goths are quite absurd sometimes.
Zoe has heard everything from the dining room. Anika and Alexander is not news for her, it's obvious that they have always liked each other. It's not a surprise but a little bit of worry, how to forget that Allan had an affair with Bella? Bad memories… Anyway, this is another generation, let's hope the kids get along well and be faithful to each other.

The other reason of Tyron and Candice's marriage falling apart is Ty's obsession with this young fan of him, Katie O'Dourke. Tyron's brothers have advised or rather begged him to stay away from Katie until he's divorced in order to avoid problems with Katie's father, university professor Liam O'Dourke, who doesn't sim to like Tyron at all. It doesn't help that Katie is also bewitched with Ty.
All that remains is to pray Candice grants Ty the divorce quick, cause, for Katie's parents, if Tyron is really interested in Katie, he'll have to propose to her and marry her before starting any kind of relationship. I don't think getting a divorce is the problem, since Candice is more urgent about it than Tyron is, the real issue is going to be the fight over Brandi's legal custody.
Disclaimer: Katie's pic posted above is from when she and Tyron first met as he delivered a sing-a-gram from her parents. Katie was a teen then, but shortly after she became a young adult, so nothing illegal here.
Note and possible spoiler: The Katie affair is not even the tip of the iceberg of problems that await Tyron, clearly not the wisest of the Cho Brothers. 🙄
So, these are the most relevant events occurred in Hidden Springs since Dale and Kelly left for college for their last term. I thought I should update you on what's happened to Tyron, the older of The Cho Brothers and the other people in his life. Talking about side stories 😉

The party has begun! Deanne, the babysitter, never does her job, but today she decided to monopolize Davy and take him herself to blow out the candle on the cake. Cynthia didn't seem to mind much, but Terence wasn't too happy.
(This is one of the things that annoys me about the babysitters in this game, sometimes the parents can't get close, this time not even on their own child's birthday). 🙄
Anyway, the Chos celebrated and cheered Davy on, accompanied by Brandon. We don't know why his wife Sandra and daughter Cindy didn't come. My sims' birthdays never turn out as expected, lol.
The animation picked up when Jaycen arrived. Too bad he didn't bring little Stephan, the son he had with Lina Lancaster, and of whom he is in charge. Yes, Jaycen is a single father.
The time is near! Davy was already put down, you know, as it should be done with every little birthday boy. 😆

A new problem emerged with Deanne, the Cho-Vanderburg's star nanny, it turns out that she wants to do her job so well, that she spends the whole night next to Davy's crib. A very commendable attitude, except that Davy's crib is inside Terence and Cynthia's bedroom.
Which leaves them without any privacy, causing more problems for the couple in their already shaky marriage. The lack of intimacy has got Terry riled up and Cynthia can't sleep thinking about her husband's anger. She loves him and wants to please him, but how with the nanny in their bedroom 24/7?
The solution of course is to get Davy out of the master bedroom, it's about time anyway, because in a few more days it will be his birthday, he won't be a little baby anymore, he needs to get used to sleeping in his own room, right?
Cynthia got down to action and worked for several days to set up a nursery for Davy. The result was wonderful, now he has a nice, comfortable space according to his age.
Terence and Cynthia rescued and restarted their intimacy, now they're the ones sleeping like babies 😉.
Note: I'm lazy about decorating, so when my sims' babies are born, I just put a crib and maybe a changing table in the parents' rooms. But babysitters, never knock before they come in, you know? Lol. So I always end up having to build functional nurseries, which is kind of fun after all. 😄

While Dale is at school, Kelly fills her time poking around in Sarah's PC games. They are fun, but also quite tricky.
Kelly: Oh, no, I already killed myself with that car again!
When she got tired of Sarah's video games, which was fairly quickly, she took a shower, got dressed, finished picking up the dishes and left for her ballet class.
As she entered the Skylight Studio, she discovered Eddy Mullis standing outside, looking at her.
Kelly: There's that Mullis guy again, is he stalking me? He looks rather innocent, but you never know.

The show at the Cinema Plumbob is over. It wasn't the happiest group outing, but at least things are now clear, especially for Lauri. (Or so Dale hopes).
On their way back home, no one spoke to each other. So much for group bonding. 🙄
Another day ended at the Uni dorm. Soon the term will also be over, fortunately for all of them.

I'll choose Cynthia Vanderburg for this one! Not that she's the only one of my sims who has obscure things hidden in her closet, but it was the first one that came to mind.
I don't know if this can be considered as something incredibly obscure, but it's a secret Cynthia has kept for quite some time. Shortly before she married Terence Cho, she found out she was pregnant, but as soon as she found out she panicked and ran to the hospital to terminate her pregnancy.
She didn't say anything to Terry before or after, out of fear that he would be angry with her, plus, she didn't know at the time who the baby's father was. Now she does, but I'm not going to tell you in order not to spoil it for you any more than I probably already did with this post. 😉

For this one I chose Anika, she was born in game, but she's the daughter of Allan Wilson, my most important Sims 4 OC, (if not the only one, lol), so I consider her an OC as well.

What uncommon/common fear do they have?
Anika's greatest fear is losing her parents, especially Allan, with whom she's very close.
Do they have any pet peeves?
She hates school, mostly doing homework, lol.
What are 3 items you can find in their bedroom?
Her phone, her computer, and her diary (all three indispensable to her).
What do they notice first in a person?
The way they look, and whether they're kind or not.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how high is their pain tolerance?
If it is physical pain, maybe a 5, if it is emotional, due to her difficult childhood and her parents' problems, she has developed some tolerance, so it would probably be an 8.
Do they go into fight or flight mode when under pressure?
It depends on the situation, if there are many people around, it is almost always flight mode.
Do they come from a big family/are they a family person?
Anika's family (The Wilsons) is rather large, six in total. She's definitely a family person and loves her own.
What animal represents them best?
Probably a cat, because she is a bit spoiled, requires a lot of attention, and sometimes isn't very sociable.
What is a smell that they dislike?
She hates the smell of alcoholic drinks, as they bring back very bad memories.
Have they broken any bones?
No, and let's hope it never happens to her.
How would a stranger likely describe them?
Daddy's girl, a little spoiled, shy, cute and smart.
Are they a night owl or a morning bird?
A morning bird, mostly.
What is a flavor they hate and a flavor they love?
She loves everything sweet and dislikes bitter flavors.
Do they have any hobbies?
Yes, she likes to read, write and paint.
Boom, surprise birthday party! How do they react to surprises?
Anika is rather shy and not very sociable, so she doesn't enjoy parties much, let alone surprises. She hates awkward or embarrassing situations, so she prefers to know what is going to happen at every moment.
Do they like to wear jewelry?
Not really, just her earrings and occasionally a watch, but Anika focuses more on clothing than accessories.
Do they have neat or messy handwriting?
More like messy. Although she loves to write and, as a child, her greatest dream was to become a writer.
What are two emotions they feel the most?
Energized and Flirty. (In game emotions)
Do they have a favorite fabric?
None in particular, but she likes fabrics that are pretty and comfortable.
What kind of accent do they have?
Wow, I really don't know, but I imagine living in Del Sol Valley must be something like living in Hollywood, California, so a California accent, maybe? 🤔
And that would be all, note that some of my answers came more out of how I imagine my character, rather than what you can actually see in game.

Anika was not as fortunate as her siblings, since due to her poor school performance she was not able to graduate early. 😔
Poor thing, she hates school the most and she's the one who has to stay. Good thing Lukas and Kennedy promised to wait for her to enroll at the University.
By the way, the picture of her and Alexander she has on the dresser says it all about their relationship, lol.

Kennedy and Lukas are doing so well in school that they were given the opportunity to graduate early, which means they could both enroll in University, even as teenagers. They both agreed to graduate to take a much-needed break from school. About going to college, they don't think so, as they decided to wait for Anika to graduate. They're not going anywhere without their sister! (And Lucas, and Orange, and Alexander). 😉
