Painted Mountains Skin - finished commission
This skin! Fought me so hard at the beginning, but at one point it just ~clicked~ and then all the skin elements started tying together in a beautiful flowy knot. I love the warm colors and completing it felt like a long overdue hug. I feel so happy seeing it in action!

snow on the beach (wip)
another day, another wip. this time its the ethereal snow on the beach, by taylor swift. its very comforting, on days when real life hits a little too hard and getting up from bed takes more energy than usual.
i really like how it turned out though, i think the color scheme helped capture the wispy-ness of the song. this has a lot more patterns than i usually use, but i like how it all seems to meld well together in a sort of... scrapbook type charm. it probably would suit a more modern, maybe small town aesthetic? i think.
i also loved how i now know (after ten million years haha) how to code a simple side-by-side forum with forums that stretch if they're the lone ones in their row.

when i'm feeling stressed, i code. this song has been on repeat ever since i heard it, i truly can't believe its a movie ost without a music video ;~; it's so excellent, i needed to pay tribute to it via a code. i'm definitely continuing this skin, but give me a heads up if you want to commission it exclusively for your own site! :)

Words can’t express how much I love this skin idea. I really like the old parchment style of it, and it looks so clean. I’ll try to build it bit by bit over the next few weeks, let’s see how far I can go.

I wanna pat the roses on this background, it was just so so elegant. I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the time to complete this but I love it so much. Also, that little diamond with the image at the top rolls over on hover!!! So cute.

hey, i’m rose! i’m in my thirties and i live in the philippines. i’ve been in the rp world for ... quite a while, both writing and coding skins. however, i’ve only really coded for jcink starting last year. it’s been a blast so far and i’ve loved being able to put out my creations into the world, as tiny as they are.
