I wanted to watch the newest episode of Yashahime last night but the only full version I could find was Spanish subbed. I was a little hesitant to watch it at first because, although I studied the language for 9 years from middle school through undergrad, minored in it, and was fully immersed in it when I traveled to Costa Rica a few years ago, I haven’t gotten to practice recently. But I decided to challenge myself and understood the entire episode!! I didn’t even have to pause it to re-read any subtitles. I’m so proud of myself. This mama’s still got it!!🙌🏼

Not really watching anything in particular to be honest. At the moment i watch RWBY and Yashahime on Saturdays. Though the latest show i´ve finished was The Queens Gambit on Netflix

How’s it going

Right now, its not so bad tbh, though i felt pretty damn lonely the last few weeks/months. I think that´s partially due to covid. Other than that im astonished how well this years reception of my art was, which was a really big confidence boost :D So all things considered, its a mixed bag
