You know you're a cute little heart breaker... . The other day, while doing some family photos for some friends we came across two red fox. Here lately I have been listening to a few podcasts and watching some other photographers videos about tracking and photographing wildlife. Well I put the two together and it worked out! . While this is no award winning photograph of a fox, it’s a big deal for me. I’ve wanted to capture one in nature for a while; just didn’t know how, where to look, when to go out. Putting everything I’ve learned together to get a workable photo is so gratifying. . Here’s the thing. Lately I’ve had some incredible compliments on my photography which I am incredibly thankful for. I’ve seen improvements Indy own work. I feel that it’s good, although there are 1,000’s of others out there better than I. But know this, I didn’t just pick up a camera and start taking decent photos. I’ve worked at my photography, professionally and as a passion, for over 10 years. I’ve learned. I’ve studied. I’ve screwed up. I’ve gotten it right a time or two. . If you want to be good at something, anything, take the time and study your subject. Immerse yourself. Take the time to learn. Never stop learning. Keep learning. It really can't get better than this 💜🤍💛💚 Lilies are my favorite flower and this just bloomed right where our little Do'Varii was buried (that's the kitten we tried to rescue but she was too far gone). It's kind of like she was reborn into this bloom. 🐈🌸 What a beautiful sight. It was in a pot but the pot fell over during a storm and we lost the blooms but here they are blooming back this year. i mapped out every state that had a "-natural" tag and this is what i learned

methodology

i did the tumblr search for [state]natural and sorted by recent.

i counted by hand how many unique users posted in the tag. this is flawed because tumblr search index sucks ass and also people might have me blocked for whatever reason

if a state ended with "N" i did two searches, ex: michiganatural vs michigannatural.

for states with two-word names i searched by name as one word, second word if it wouldn't be confusing, and state abbreviation (ex: newyorknatural, jerseynatural, wvnatural)

(i would search "jerseynatural" to find new jersey, but i wouldn't search "mexiconatural" to find new mexico. "carolinanatural" would return results for both carolinas, etc.)

this search does not use pejorative tags (ex: i have used massholenatural before. maybe you guys should learn to drive tho.)
