It has come to my attention that Akira is taller than Yashiki and it's breaking my brain. Please send help, I don't know if I'll ever recover.

I am just like OK, but HOW????
You are still a teenager and will most likely continue to grow taller.
(Maybe Yashiki shrunk in his old age)
Boy prodigy is taller, slimmer and has more spiritual energy/power. You're beat Ojiisan. OTL

Aoki Shuen (Blue Demise) route is stated as an alternate universe to Death Mark's true canon route, although I think there are several elements in it that could still be relevant in later installments of the franchise. Namely: - The Golden Gun: This is a gun crafted by Rose, as stated by herself in Aoki Shuen, given to Mashita, which can kill both humans and spirits. There isn't any mention of this weapon in canon route yet, but we know Rose does exist, so high chance is, the golden gun does exist too. - White Mary: As of fundraiser's exclusive DLC of Death Mark 2, we know the white dress has made its existence in canon route. Whether this will lead to Master of the Mark's appearance or not is undecided. - Hyakki Yakyo (Night of Hundred Demons' Parade) phenomenon: Mentioned in Red Riding Hood DLC and explained a bit in Aoki Shuen as a record of supernatural phenomenon involving grotesque dolls, now explained in Mary's New Color DLC further, concluding that all the events in the three games (Death Mark 1, NG and Death Mark 2) are all Hyakki Yakyo. This would eventually bring up the question as to where or whom the dolls originated from. - The ability to create doll with soul: Practically, this would be a combination of Yashiki's and Akira's abilities. Maybe they will work together soon.

Yashiki Kazuo and his two delinquent sons/nephews is such a happy thought to me. One terrified of spirits but will punch on sight, the other annoyed by spirits and will drop kick on sight. Meanwhile both caring a lot about this weird, wet old man who's too naive for his own good.

shout out to spirit hunter NG for justifying akira being unable to follow basic logic without player input by making him canonically stupid as fuck

well now that the third game is finally out, I'm going down the Spirit Hunter rabbit hole once again. If you like horror games and can handle body horror and Gore then you need to go play them! They're really good! Theyre some of my favorite games, the new one is good so far too

i realised that Yashiki's birthday is March 3rd and Akira's birthday is April 4th
experience literally gave their protagonists' birthday as 3/3 and 4/4
