Maestro Hiccups 3: Chaos Incarnate Ch 44

You nod your head "Alright. It's adeal. Let's go!" You say. The magical Kaylo gives a growing smile, before she takes the scissors, and cut a long line down the middle of thin air, before a small portal appeared in front of you.

"Well, Let's go!" She says, grasping your hands and tugging you into the portal, Leo and Emma following suit. "Good Luck!" You hear Keys yell from the other side as you were being taken to who knows were to find Your Kaylo. You notice, that unlike Balan's form of transport, it didn't randomly reposition your limbs, and spontaneously turned your head into a grape, this felt more like zooming through reality at the speed of light, and it felt like literal eons pass in a second.

Once you were on the other side, you see a a large, but colorful house in front of you. "Welcome to the Encanto. A small village created from a miracle...A miracle owned by a greedy and toxic old hag." She said, muttering the last part very quietly, with a disdainful look on her face. You were about to ask who this 'Old Hag' was, but suddenly, you felt rumbling, and turn around to see where it could be coming from.

To your horror, you see that it's another large tsunami of Balan's crazed magic, quickly warping and transforming anything in it's path. Almost instantly, the other Kaylo's hair starts to move and twist, before forming a perfect ball around all of you just as the magic hits. You can feel the rumbling still outside, as it shakes the world around you...and then it stops.

Leo peeks out of Kaylo's hair shield, and sees what has become of the world Around you. "Hey...nothing happened!" He exclaimed. The pink haired shield slowly unraveled, and you can see that the town looked exactly the same. Sure the plants had began to over take the town as if no one had been in its houses for years, but other than that...it looked perfectly normal. You raised an eyebrow at the strange sight, knowing that Balan's chaotic magic DID hit the town, but what could have happened?

Kaylo then flies to one of the windows "Mira? Mirabel? Are you in there?" She asked, opening the window, and stepping into the house. You hear her footsteps hitting the wood, but then you realize something...wouldn't people have come out of there homes? Or wouldn't there have been screaming and panicking? That's when it hits you. The hiccups DID affect something: the PEOPLE.

"Oh Mirabel! What happened to you?!" You hear Kaylo shout. The pink haired girl floats out of the room and is holding a small pin cushion, needle, and thread. To your surprise, the head in the pin cushion, and the needle and thread combine to form a small body. "Hey Kaylo...that wave sure did do a number on me huh..." The pin cushion said "I'll say. Hey uh...Mirabel? Did you happen to see a girl that looked like me? But with no powers?"" Kaylo asked.

The pin cushion nodded "Yeah actually, she just disappeared before you guys got here, and before that big wave of magic turned me into...this." She said. "Well, if she's not here we have to keep looking." Kaylo said, turning to you for the map again. "Mirabel? Would you like to come with us?" She asked "Well...Sure. it beats hearing my family blame me...again." she said in a sad tone.

Kaylo casts a dirty look at the colorful house before cutting open another portal "After you." she says, gesturing you to go in first. You take a deep breath before you walk inside of the portal, with Leo and Emma following, and Kaylo jumping in last (but not before she flipped off the house and screamed some...rather colorful language at it).

The 5 of you continue your search for Your Kaylo, through the other worlds, but she seems to disappear just before another wave of Balan's Magic to crash into that world, causing it to become warped and just as chaotic as Wonderworld.

One world had gigantic robots from a planet called "Cybertron" before they became toy sized by Balan's Hiccups, while another world held a foster home for Imaginary Friends, before all of them human, and the "reality" of that world was shifted to fit a child's wildest Fantasy. There was a world that seemed to hold a small and colorful neighborhood before it became a large and smoggy metropolis, while another world contained a small planet that resembled Earth...before the planet was turned inside out.

Soon you were all getting tired of chasing down Your Kaylo, knowing that she was jutting across the Multiverse too fast for you to keep up with her. "We'll never be able to catch her at this rate." Leo moaned, flopping down on the ground. The magical Kaylo seems to agree with his sentiment. "You've got a point...It looks like we'll need a little more help." She says, bringing out a small glass circle, with a moon in it. She held it between both of her hands as she seemed to talk to it "Collector? I need a favor." She said.

After she said that, a small star shaped portal appeared, and a young boy with star themed clothing appeared. "Hey Kaylo! What do you need?" He asked her. "Well...there's another me being shot across the Multiverse, and I was wondering if you could help me catch her." Kaylo replied. The collector got a thoughtful look "Sure! But what's in it for me?" He asked, causing her to sweatdrop. "Um...Well, Balan has the hiccups, and it's causing his magic to go haywire and mess up worlds around the Multiverse, and Y/N needs to find the other Kaylo before Reality tears itself apart." She says.

The collector however, doesn't seem to be satisfied with the answer "A-And maybe Y/N Might wanna play with you for a little bit!" She offered. Now the collector looked interested. "Hmm...OK!" He says, before Kaylo jumps in front of him again "T-That is...of Y/N consents. I can't just hand them off." She says.

The two of them look at you, and you look at the both of them. You know that catching Kaylo's dimension hopping form was important to make Balan's cure...but how exactly strong WAS this collector person? And if you did take the deal...what could he do

Fiscalização Preventiva Integrada: Alagoas e Bahia unidas pelo Rio São Francisco

Etapa iniciou neste domingo (20); instituições federais e estaduais atuam em conjunto em operação que será realizada no sertão

Fotos: Jonathan Lins Teve início neste domingo (20) mais uma etapa da Fiscalização Preventiva Integrada da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio São Francisco (FPI do São Francisco), desta vez nos estados de Alagoas e Bahia, com o objetivo de vistoriar e combater o desmatamento, captação irregular, abastecimento e qualidade da água, gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos, extração irregular de minérios, comércio ilegalde animais silvestres, pesca predatória, prejuízo aos patrimônios ambiental, histórico e cultural e proteção das comunidades tradicionais. Integram a FPI diversas equipes formadas por profissionais de instituições públicas e da sociedade civil. A coordenação é realizada pelos Ministérios Públicos Estadual (MP) e Federal (MPF) de Alagoas e da Bahia, com apoio do Comitê da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio São Francisco (CBHSF) e do Batalhão Ambiental da Polícia Militar (BPA).

Fotos: Jonathan Lins O promotor de Justiça Alberto Fonseca abriu os trabalhos relembrando que nos últimos dois anos a FPI precisou ser paralisada em razão da pandemia de Covid-19. “Agora, depois desses dois anos, temos uma oportunidade única de verificar como a pandemia impactou na região. A FPI é um programa que já mostrou sua relevância pelos resultados obtidos, como o fechamento dos lixões, que decorre diretamente das ações de fiscalização empreendidas pela FPI”, destacou Alberto Fonseca, um dos coordenadores da FPI. “As pessoas que trabalham na preservação do meio ambiente gostam de trabalhar em conjunto, com sinergia. Este é um momento muito especial de união para preservação do Velho Chico e dos povos da bacia”, comentou a procuradora da República Juliana Câmara, que também coordena a Fiscalização. Pelo Comitê do São Francisco, Maciel Oliveira relembrou o Dia da Consciência Negra e a importância de o início da operação se dar neste dia, uma vez que toda a atuação da FPI visa justamente a melhoria das condições de vida dos povos ribeirinhos. “A união de esforços para obter resultados vão além deste momento. É uma oportunidade de prevenção e orientação, além da fiscalização. Mas também é um programa transformador, premiado como indutor de políticas públicas”, pontuou Maciel Oliveira, que também coordena o programa. A promotora de Justiça Luciana Khoury, reforçou que o trabalho é também no sentido de promover melhores práticas. “Nossa atuação vai muito além da fiscalização. Desenvolvemos atividades de orientação e educação ambiental junto às comunidades, empresas e ao poder público local (prefeituras e secretarias). Entendemos que o exercício de preservação do rio deve ser uma questão de consciência para todos”, ressaltou Luciana Khoury, que coordena a FPI na Bahia. Audiência Pública

Ao final da operação, será realizada audiência pública para apresentar os resultados da Fiscalização Preventiva Integrada para os gestores municipais, representantes da sociedade civil e organizações sociais da região. Em Alagoas, a reunião será realizada no dia 03 de dezembro, às 9h, no município de Delmiro Gouveia. Já na Bahia, o encontro acontece no dia 2, sexta-feira, na UNIRIOS – Centro Universitário do Rio São Francisco, na cidade de Paulo Afonso. FPI Alagoas Em Alagoas, a FPI está em sua 11ª etapa e conta com a participação de 31 instituições e entidades. “I wasted away while he did nothing. His vision lacked what the school could give. It was an embarrassment, his existence. And then, then, he had the gall to create a piece better than mine. I couldn’t allow it. I won’t allow it.” 

“You would kill to protect that need?”

“You don’t understand, the way it feels. It’s an ugly feeling Mr. Sholoms that sinks and roots itself into your soul. He doesn’t deserve it. Not after all he did.” 

“Just let Irene go.” 

“I wouldn’t dare. She’s my only hold on your actions. You want her back Mr. Sholoms you deliver Mr. Sato to me. A life for a life. That’s how it goes.” 

“And when you get Mr. Sato. What will happen?”

“He’ll live, spend the rest of his days in a home but his masterpiece, a masterpiece that was rightfully mine? That will disappear into the wind.” 

“Where?”

“You’re a smart man Mr. Sholoms. 183 East Harland Street, down by the docks. Tonight at 7. I know of your affliction, how you won’t leave your home. He must be here at 7, else Irene will be smashed to pieces. It’s up to you.”

“طيران أديل” يستعرض تجربته المتميزة في (الطيران الاقتصادي) نظم طيران أديل أحدث طيران اقتصادي وثالث أكبر مشغل جوي بالمملكة، امس اليوم الخميس لقائين مفتوحين مع نخبة من الإعلاميين والمؤثرين في وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي في كل من العاصمة الرياض والدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، وذلك بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة السيد كون كورفياتيس وعدد من مسؤولي الشركة. وشرف كوكبة مميزة من الإعلامين في المنطقة الوسطى حفل الغداء الذي أقيم في فندق ماريوت المطار بالرياض، كما شهد حفل العشاء الذي أقيم في الدمام حضورًا لافتًا من إعلاميي وناشطي التواصل الإجتماعي بالمنطقة وذلك في فندق قصر الدمام.   وقد تم خلال المناسبتين استعرض تجربة طيران اديل في صناعة الطيران الاقتصادي بالملكة وهي الحاصلة على افضل شركة طيران ناشئة لعام 2018 من مركز (كابا)، والتعريف ببرامجها الحالية وخططها المستقبلية، اضافة إلى طرح عددا من الآراء والأفكار والرد على كافة الاستفسارات والأسئلة الاعلامية .   يشار الى ان تنظيم “طيران أديل” لمثل هذا اللقاء بالإعلاميين يأتي تقديرًا لهم باعتبارهم شركاء في النجاح، حيث تعتز الشركة بالعلاقة الطيبة التي تجمعها بالأسرة الإعلامية وتحرص على دعم وتوثيق عرى التواصل مع الإعلاميين، ومد جسور التعاون البنّاء إيمانًا بدورهم المهم والإيجابي في المجتمع.

🌟 When your OC loses all hope, who do they turn to first? What helps make them feel better? What calms them down and reassures them? Why?

Kana, when he’s around. Not even for crush reasons; he’s just so unflaggingly optimistic, she knows he’ll be able to cheer her up. Doing something to distract herself, especially if it’s something like baking or making the bracelets definitely helps settle her down when she gets gloomy or agitated.just for the comfort of routine.

🍂 What are their opinions on the different seasons? Which one do they hate and which one do they love and why?

She loves spring, likes summer a lot, is okay with fall and hates winter. She absolutely loathes the cold.

🏡 Describe your OCs ideal house! Give us a tour around! What’s their garden like? Their bedroom? Kitchen? Where is it and how many people live there?

She never really had an ideal house. Then she cleared out and fixed up Caed Nua and that was pretty much it. Before Eothas destroyed it. Which is why she goes back and builds the place all over again; that was home and she wants it back. The gardens are a mix of herbs and flowers, the colors complementing each other well. There’s just a skeleton staff at first, both when she starts fixing it up in Pillars 1 and then when rebuilding after Deadfire, but eventually it gets to be pretty full. And her friends are always welcome to visit. Her bedroom’s pretty spare; desk with a chair, armoire and a big bed so her pets(or at least Lottie) can sleep with her.

🌙 If your OC could have one wish come true what would it be and why? Would there be consequences to this wish or would they regret it once they get what they want? What would they give in return for this wish to come true?

I mean. She’d want her family alive. All of them, not just Khellin. For obvious reasons.Consequences… well, it depends.if her family just had never died, she wouldn’t have left Old Vailia when she did and wouldn’t have traveled with Silversteel or wound up in the Dyrwood and met all her friends(or Aloth). She would definitely regret not having any of that. IF, somehow, they were just poofed back to life after thirty years dead, at the proper ages and everything, I can’t really think of any consequence to that? There probably is something that’s just not occurring to me. What would she give to make it come true… I’m not sure, and I don’t think she is either. IF someone approached and said they could 100% give her back her family, For a Price, idk what price she’d be willing to pay.

☕ Give us one (or more if you feel like it) of your OCs deep dark secrets! Why do they keep it hidden? Spill the tea!  

She stole her brother Casius’ glasses once when she was really pissed at him for something(she doesn’t even remember what anymore). He’s extremely near-sighted, so he was effectively blind without them. They got broken, by accident(she thinks maybe some subconscious part of her did it on purpose) and Cas spent almost two weeks not able to read or attend school or anything. It drove him nuts. At the time, she wasn’t the least bit sorry.

🏞️ If your OC could travel to anywhere in their world where would they go? Why? If they could live there would they?

The Living Lands have been on her list for a while, that was her last big one. She’s done a lot of traveling as a mercenary. If she were to settle happily anywhere, it would probably be there, since life’s never boring and she needs some excitement with her stability.

❄️ What makes your OC sad, so sad that they can’t help but cry all day? How do they cheer themself up? Does their sadness upset any of their loved ones too?

💐 Does your OC like flowers? What are their favourites? Do they keep a garden of some sort? What flowers would they use in a flower crown? (and if you like, research the meanings behind those flowers!)  

She loves flowers. Her favorites are cornflowers(by coincidence, guess what shade of blue Heodan’s eyes are…?), they’re so pretty and dainty and great for flower crowns. She also likes daisies and St. Gyran’s Horn, but she doesn’t keep a garden.

👀 Describe your OC through the eyes of another person! (bonus + specify who)

Kana would say he’s never met a finer scholar, or more insatiable spirit of curiosity. She’s intelligent, clever, upbeat, determined and he hopes her new circumstances(the Watcher/Awakened stuff) doesn’t dim her joy or curiosity, because that would be a grave loss to the world in general.

Rather than do her in-game romance(Tekéhu), I’m gonna rewind to her first husband, Matiu. She was all of ten when she met him, he a year younger, and they hit it off immediately as friends. She very much liked this slightly gawky boy. Got up to all sorts of harmless mischief together, talked about everything, spent most of their free time together. (Honestly, neither of them was terribly surprised when their parents arranged for them to be married; they spent so much time in each others’ company clearly they got along and would be happy together. There weren’t really romantic/sexual feelings there, but neither had their eye on anyone else and both knew they could do far worse)

💎 Does your OC collect anything? Is there a reason? When did they start and is it beginning to turn into a little bit of a hoarding issue? What do they do with their collection?

She had a very neat collection of little figurines, very simple and basic, forged from the metal scraps after she crafted something. So little people or fish or stars or wha have you. She left it behind when fleeing the wreck of the caravan, so it’s still somewhere along the road to Gilded Vale, far as she knows. It wasn’t really for any reason; she just thought the things were pretty.

🌗 Early mornings or late nights? What do they spend their time doing during these hours?

OH, she’s definitely more of an early bird than a night owl, though she can stay up late when called for. She likes to be up early to start heating her forge, preparing for the day, and enjoying some time just her and the quiet of the world prior to the game events. During the first game, she barely sleeps at all, so she’s both an early bird AND a night owl(Sleeps for about three days straight once it’s done; is absolutely ravenous when she wakes up). Afterward, settles back to being an early bird, but doesn’t have a forge to light or physical labor to do most days, so she uses the time to just sit alone with her thought, maybe watch a sunrise. After she and Tekéhu are together she may possibly watch him sleep and play with his hair-anemones.
