I finally ordered physical copies of Romantic Killer, and they came in the first day of Aro Week! I’m so excited to relive this series since I had canceled my Netflix subscription. 😆

Intro and Stitch-A-Long Day 1!
Hi! For those of  you who don’t know me, I’m Nessa, aka PepperVL, aka the Angst Avenger from the GOBB. I first discovered Good Omens…. gosh, a REALLY long time ago. Probably close to when it came out as I’ve been a long-time fan of Terry Pratchett. It was definitely while I was still in high school, so pre-1998. I’ve loved the book since I first read it, and it’s consistently been one of my favorites ever since then.
I discovered the Good Omens fandom when the series came out and it hit me in all the right spots to finally be the new fandom I’d been searching for since I lost interest in the SPN/CWRPF fandom 8 or 9 years ago. Until I discovered the GO fandom, I hadn’t had a fandom home since then, so I’m very happy to be a part of this fandom.
I’m a writer, and you can find my AO3 profile here. I love happy endings and won’t write a fic without them. I’m aroace and I headcanon Aziraphale and Crowley as ace too. You won’t find sex in my fics (sorry?), as I’ve realized I just don’t like writing it. You will find good hurt/comfort, lots of softness, and a bit of snarky humor in my fics. And footnotes. I love footnotes. (Though I promise I code them so they’re easy to tap on a phone and I have hover text for people reading on their computers.)
The other big thing I do in the Good Omens fandom is make cross stitch patterns! I run a Stitch-A-Long Discord server, where I’m giving people free GO-themed cross stitch patterns and we’re teaching people to cross stitch! The patterns I’ve put out there so far are all very beginner-friendly, and there’s lots of experienced stitchers to show you how to stitch too.
For the Good Omens celebration, I’ve decided to release an actual Stitch-A-Long, where I’ll release the pattern for one section a day, based on the themes at @goodomenscelebration. You can find the bookshelf borders as well as Day 1 on my Gumroad, available for free! Gumroad is pay what you want/can and if you choose to pay for the pattern, I’ll be donating the profits to a literacy charity. If you want/need to just get the patterns for free, you can put 0 in the amount box. I’ll just be thrilled that you like it enough to download! Additional parts will be added and emailed to everyone who gets the pattern each day. And you can also come join the Discord server and get the patterns there too!
