As a kid, I used to hate it even more and would make excuses everytime to skip it during the meals. But a smart mom is all that a troublemaker kid needs! So.. ma came up with this recipe one day and I just kept asking for more, without even realising that the awesomeness was made of fish. This dish has been one of my favourites ever since. Quite an easy recipe, where lightly fried fish is deboned, deskinned, mashed/flaked, seasoned with spices of choice, shaped into balls and finally fried with a bread-crumb-coating, is sure to steal the show for you! Well, to be honest, I don't eat mutton and rarely get my hands on cooking it as I am a bit uncomfortable and this is the only dish that my husband enjoys cooking (actually knows cooking only one dish too 😛)! But, yesterday was different. It was his birthday and due to this social distancing thing, nothing big could be planned for this year. The only option left for making it up was treating him with his favourite homecooked meal.
