I've lost it my once prefect body is no more i gained more than 100 lbs from 130 to 260.
Not getting the same attention and motivation as i once conquer.
My advice after pregnancy still work.
-Keep a dairy and food content under 500-1000
-body mechanics stretches found in sports
-10,000 steps or 3,500cal /1lbs
-body wraps and saunas to keep integumentary regulated
-lots of positivity
-pulling my body everyday as a streak(more weight more reps)
You find your body in diff position when sleeping add more miscle for protection.
Keeping control and assertiveness about your weight is key moaintaining.

The quagmire of yumminess:
In the beginning, I liked food. We were great friends; you, me, that hamburger medium rare with mayo and gruyere cheese sliding down the that sexy brioche bun and touching my over salted waffle fries. I remember “us” food.
But lately, I’m just not hungry. Went to the Dr., he said I’m in groovey health. Hearts strong, bones solid, no issues. Just TOO SKINNY. Seriously? Who the fuck is too skinny in AMERICA? Well apparently I am.
I was ordered hobos, yes ordered by this rather short medium build 77 year old French-Canadian Dr. of mine to immediately gain 20 pounds of muscle as a matter of life and fragility. Onward! To the fridge! ……. I mean Walmart.
…..today marks day 7 of, what I am frankly calling: “From Scrawny 2 Brawny” and I am still, not hungry. Oh there’s progress: Gym w/ a trainer Day 7, (love the gym part of this) and I’ve gained about .7 pounds (woo-hoo) and am working out in hyper beast mode BUT. I’m still, not that hungry.
Today I’ve eaten a total of:2 291 outta 3K…. obscene isn’t it? It’s 8:33pm and the thought of eating one more morsel has me reeling in a gentle but hilariously absurd panic. NO! Anything but food!… said no one EVER. Except I did; just now. Typing the word FOOD is nauseating. Yet I must. … maybe tomorrow?

What medium/media would you most like to write your characters in? Like novels, comics, concept albums, plays, etc.?

I started writing fiction novels first, so that’s where I have the most works going (3-4 stories on the go at the moment….as usual). I usually find it the hardest to write though because the commitment to focus is so long. The longest project I’m currently working on I started in the 8th grade.
Poetry has been my most successful form so far, as i’ve been paid for it multiple times hahaha. It’s easiest but it comes in spurts, and I generally dont write about characters in my poetry, it’s mainly my own experiences.
Comics is something me and Sid play with, I cant draw for shit, but we have a whole world mapped out and if we ever stop being Busy Gay Academics then I’m making sure this shit is happening.
I used to RP on here all the time so i have some beautiful miscl characters (mainly Cheshire, Gabe, and Finn) from an old RP but theyre too close to my heart to drop.
And I’m actually working on a character based concept album at the moment! Hahahahaha but music is harddddddd
