Ibn Mas’ood [radiyallaahu-anhu] said:

I dislike to see a man being idle- neither [occupied] with beneficial affairs of the dunya nor deeds of the aakhira.

[Al- Fawaaid pg 213' by Imaam Ibnul Qayyim]

SAB'R

“Be patient over what befalls you”-

[Surah Luqman Verse 17]

The hardship that you have to endure in this Dunya is just momentary, you will get your share of peace and reward for all that you bore with patience in the Aakhira.

During times like this, Pray as much as you can, you are having direct conversations with Allah and He listen to you. Wake up during the late parts of the night and offer your Thahajjud Salah, Allah waits for you at that time, while the entire world is absorbed in sleep, you have a personal time with Allah, He waits to answer your prayers. And don’t lose hope if your prayers are not answered, Either Allah is waiting to give the best for you,

He is testing you or He saves it all for the life after death. Allah knows best what is needed for us.

He loves us 70 times more than our own mother, His love for us is endless, so He wont afflict us with what we cannot take. Hardships are a way to wash off your sins and bring you back to the love of Allah, and for all we know, it can be the sole reason for you to enter Jannah as well.

Dua for Success, Honor and to stay protected from the punishment of Hell-fire

أََللّٰهُمَّ أَحْسِنْ عَاقِبَتَنَا فِىْ الْاُ مُوْرِ كُلِّهَا وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ خِزْىِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْاٰخِرَةِ

Allahumma ahsin aqibatana fil umoore kulleha wa ajirna min khizyid-dunya wa azaabil aakhira (Ibn e Habaan, Hakim)

“O Allah! Make the outcomes of all our actions good for us; and save us from any disgrace in this world, and from the punishment in the Hereafter.”

I call upon You by Your Name 'Samad', Your Mighty and Glorious Name, O my Kareem Rabb, my Benevolent Sustainer, do me a Special Favor, an Ahsaan, rectify all affairs related to my children... 🤲Yaa Allah! رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَّفِي الْاٰخِرَةِ حَسَـنَةً وَّقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ Rabbanaaa Aatinaa Fiddunyaa H’asanata Wa Fil Aakhirati H’asanata Wa Qinaa A’d’aaban Naar Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the Fire! Surah Al-Baqarah - 2:201

Being satisfied with Allah's decree is to live with a certain amount of grief. Life hurts. We love friends. We lose them We love family. We lose them We love jobs and wealth and luxuries. We lose them We love dreams we work tirelessly for. We lose them, too We love, we joy, we lose, we grieve, we continue walking, we love again To expect anything else is to expect jannah. Keep your heart open despite knowing you will grieve. Continue walking despite knowing grieving never ends Toil through hardship here. We'll rest in the aakhira. Saad Yacoob

Secret Good deeds ✨ Let this be known so you can work on your inner world for aakhira.

1. Compliment someone

2. Donate for food and water. (Even if it's a $1)

3. Donate for education (eg: youtube makes good Islamic content - give them some resources so u are rewarded) (even if it's a $1. Allah loves those who do charity)

4. Make some time for dikr other than dikr after salah.

5. Tahajjud.

6. Do some internal work for Allah's pleasure. (Eg if you struggle with anger, calm yourself down and find ways to help yourself in front of allah. Or if you something or someone irritates you, reflect and know Allah is watching and he will reward your patience)

7. Nafeel prayers for yourself and your aakhira.

8. Send Anon Reminders or msgs to someone to make someone's day on here.

9. Take some time in a week to study the Quran instead of watching shows or yt videos.

10. Make peace with your internal battle.

11. Tahajjud for someone else u know who is struggling.

12. Nafeel prayer for someone else.

13. Send an uplifting message to someone.

14. Remind someone of Allah's greatness.

15. Go outside with some bread/food and feed the birds and squirrels.

16. Donate your clothes.

17. Forgive yourself. (So you can pray better, live and love better)

18. Do not, do not talk negatively when you are tempted to bring up a topic. Don't indulge in this. Breathe. Dikr. Self control. Think about the good things instead.

19. Remind yourself of how Allah got you out of tough situations and praise him, thank him by praying 2 rakah extra or give charity or both.

20. What doubts do you have relating to Allah's word? Learn about it. Educate yourself so your relationship with Allah gets better.
