As everyone knows, I had a blast writing my Kid!Fic, Let Our Hearts, Like Doors, Open Wide, so I absolutely had to commission a piece of Nesta, Cassian, and Mellie.

It pisses me off that miss rokii has like thousands of likes and followers but real artist get like only 100 likes. Imagine studying art for so long, excited for everyone to see your final products but Instagram won't even let your artworks come up in the tags (because Instagram just doesn't care about artists) and then you see stupid worms showing off stolen artworks and everyone loves their robot made art.

Do you perhaps know some more artists that I can give my support to? Because they deserve the world.

No I started typing this and clicked a new notification and lost it 😩. I'm sure some of my friends who do artist commissions and know artists would love to weigh in, because I won't scoop up even close to a third of the talent

Phantomrin is another with SUCH a good style

I know there are so many more. I tried to leave out all the truly big people- though I love @naariel and if you have $5 to throw around, her Patreon is SO worth it (Lucien removes the leaf) (Cassian is THE big boy if ya feel me). I hope people add to this list- there is no shortage of talent, we are not deprived of content. There is no need to rely on AI when actual artists draw the characters we love with so much care and thought and passion.

Lover - Part 2

Track 2 - Cruel Summer is PoppyAlex from People We Meet on Vacation (or You and Me on Vacation for the Brits) by Emily Henry. I think this one is pretty obvious : vacation, summer vibes and an upbeat song for a feel good friends-to-lovers contemporary romance book ! I love Emily Henry and even if this is not my favorite book of hers, these two are very cute !

Track 10 - Death By a Thousand Cuts is TellaLegend from the Caraval trilogy by Stephanie Garber. I think this song is kind of perfect for these two : not wanting to say goodbye like at the end of Legendary from both of them ! Still writing pages for a story over feels very Finale with its almost-ending and true-ending, and love cutting like it hurt them both in Finale :) (art by @/artsiidaisy on Instagram)

Track 11 - London Boy is HudsonGrace from the Crave series by Tracy Wolff. Not going to lie they are the first couple that I think of when I think about a British boy, maybe because of how many times it was mentioned 😭 This series may not be my favorite, but it’s funny and I still like it (in the way you like an old series that you read when you were a kid), and the couple is actually really cute ! Track 12 - Soon You’ll Get Better is HeronGrayStairs from the Infernal Devices trilogy by Cassandra Clare (⚠️Spoilers⚠️). This is not a romantic song, but it represent the three of them pretty well at different point in the series : when Will thought he lost Jem in CP, when Tessa and Jem lost Will in the CP epilogue (I cried so much omg 😭) and, I have a feeling, when Tessa will lose Jem at the end of his life. It’s not funny at all but well 😭 (art : @/giannyfili on Instagram)

Track 13 - False God is DanteAmara from the Darkverse series by Runyx. I feel the way this man WORSHIPS the ground Amara walks is a pretty good representation of this song ; and I’m almost sure he talks about her being his goddess at one point in the book, so. False God it is.
