For every 🌟 I receive, I’ll share one fun fact about the muse.
1 - Mordecai’s voice closely resembles that of the deeper range of Paul St Peter, the grandfatherly range that kids just seem really comforted by and it really adds to why kids love him. (Think along the lines of Leomon from Digimon)
2 - Being quite renowned after the wars for his dietary feats, he was chosen as the Gallian ambassador not only for his mediating abilities, but also for his ‘golden stomach’, meaning he doesn’t succumb to ill effects from normally-poisonous foods (notably, Begnionese chocolate), and can withstand eating much larger portions of food than a normal person should ever consume (it was said his stomach got blessed by Yune instead of his claws).
His eating records (as of 650) is 50 lbs of a deer in beorc form and a whole 70 lb buck in tiger form, with his stomach distended out an impressive 28 inches, even with laguz metabolism going for him. He currently holds the Gallian record for stomach distension at a 138 inch girth (he’s normally got a 50 inch waist), though Skrimir holds the record for amount. (Higher metabolism but less capacity vs vice versa for Mordecai.) As to be expected, he was given honorary leave for a fortnight to digest all that.
3 - While it’s known Mordecai makes fermented foods as a hobby, this also extends to food preservation in general as well, passed down in and across his family, who are well known for making their own cheese, yogurt, alcoholic beverages, Gallian sauerkraut, Gallian kimchi, miso, soy sauce, pickles, pickled ginger, vinegar, anchovies, branfisk (think lutefisk but aged in rice bran) and dry-aged steaks. If there is any food whatsoever that you want to preserve, Mordecai will probably know a way to do it.
It would later come to pass that his descendants would form what is effectively the Tellius equivalent of German-Korean fusion cuisine.

Oooh, oooh yes. I love these one too. (Also send everything and anything you want! I love seeing people's ideas and concepts! I'm honestly pretty nice. Lol)
I think once again my favorite thing about these is you can so easily see these as a local nickname for the dragons. Akin to Walkers/lurkers/whatever in The Walking Dead. The idea of each region having different names/nicknames for the different dragon types is so good!
(it also means I don't have to choose favorites lol.)

♥ - family headcanon
To Keaton, as with all of the other wolfskins, the pack is their family. All members of the pack might as well be siblings for how close they are, and they treat each other the same way one would treat their siblings: with endless mockery and quarreling. They love each other, of course, but they also love wrestling with each other all the time. It’s completely normal in their eyes, and there’s nothing wrong with a little tussle every so often.
☼ - appearance headcanon
Despite what he might imply, Keaton actually caress quite a lot about his appearance. He deliberately grooms himself to look, in his own words, “rugged”, allowing pieces of debris to remain stuck in his fur and allowing his hair to stick up, wild and untamed. His fur is never matted or unclean, even despite all the things stuck in it, because of all the care he gives it. He just doesn’t give it quite the same level of care, say, Kaden gives his fur.

✘ That he isn’t weak. I understand that a good deal of blame for this one lies on Intelligent Systems themselves, after how much of Soren’s character development they centered entirely around Ike in Radiant Dawn, but the Fire Emblem fandom at large has the most inexplicable tendency to see and portray Soren as a fragile tsundere waif who would just fall apart without his beefy bara bestie.
While it’s true that he thinks the world of Ike and relies on him for support, Soren to me is the absolute farthest thing from weak. Soren survived Branded life on his own for goddesses only know how long, he’s made it through two continental wars, he’s probably the most powerful spellcaster on Tellius this side of Sephiran, and his sass is as sharp as his spells.
The guy is absolutely capable on his own. Ike just makes things easier, physically and psychologically.
☯ As most FE fans know, Soren is a pretty beloved fixture in the franchise, and with good reason. Amusingly enough, I actually hated him the first time I played through Path of Radiance (note: teen me was an asshole who couldn’t comprehend moral grays for fear of his head exploding), but in time I came to love him for all the same reasons as everyone else: his ruthlessness, his complexity, his sass, his wonderful hair. Where Lucia I loved from the moment I recruited her, Soren grew on me slowly, like the world’s most critical vine.
For the most part, I don’t think Soren’s reputation effects much of how I portray him; I just write him as I read his character and develop headcanons around him. That being said, there’s always going to be a little pressure, because the writer in me (or rather, the writer that is all of me) will never be able to shake the drive to write a Soren that the fans will love just as much as his portrayal in canon.

What are you talented at?: Um... I’d like to think I make decent if somewhat overdone on concept art, and I’m actually pretty good at music composition. Just don’t ask me to do physical work because I have terrible stamina.
(Diametric to Skrimir.) Though apparently my cooking is really good when I put my mind to it. (I got two mock-proposals from my bbq, if that’s any consolation.)
What is a big goal you are working toward (or have already achieved)?: I’d like to get into a game company, and get my tabletop rpg done. Maybe transfer my rpg over to the video game realm if I do get into a game company.
What’s your aesthetic?: Pastel colors are very common for me. Sometimes a bit too much. (笑) Mainly because saturated colors hurt my eyes.
Do you collect anything?: dust Do reaction images count? I have a ton of those (though sadly lacking in character-relevant ones...). Though I also collect job classes for my rpg.
What’s a topic you always talk about?: my $25 fee tabletop rpg, languages, and various sciences. (If I wasn’t going for game design, my next picks were culinary arts and biochem engineering.)
What’s a pet peeve of yours?: Bad expectation management. (i.e. don’t fault me for not doing something well when I’m not good at it, and don’t be surprised if I attempt something else if I think it fits better.)
Also, incredibly badly formed arguments. If you claim something, be prepared to back it up.

Ohhh my gosh, oh my gosh, what--?! WhAT??? We actually made it?! Oh my goodness, guys, thank you thank you thank you so much!!
Truth be told, I was a little apprehensive about returning to the fandom. It had been a few months, I was suffering from a particularly bad bout of depression, I’d dropped off the face of the earth without saying a word, and I had no idea whether people I spoke to before were still kicking. I expected my thought to remake would be met with crickets chirping, but boy was I wrong--! Everyone here has been so lovely and kind, I felt right at home the second I stepped back into the community!
Thank you, thank you, thank you all for being a light in my life I’ve so desperately needed as of late. I’ve felt so much more at ease and relaxed than I have in months ever since coming back in April, and I’m honoured that you guys have opened your arms to me again. I love each and every one of you, and I hope we can become better friends in the future!

At this point I’d probably say like… A Link Between Worlds ? I feel like people thought it was great when it came out but they forgot about it so quickly, whereas it’s still one of my top favorites, possibly better than even Ocarina of Time or Wind Waker. I honestly don’t understand why it’s never listed up there with other ‘greater’ Zelda titles
T: Best game memory?
I���d say anytime when I was a kid and got to watch my brother play OoT is very nostalgic to me, but let’s see… more specifically, during spring break in fifth grade I spent the week at my grandma’s with my two cousins. Honestly the three of us really got along back then and we had fun no matter what, but that specific time we had the GameCube and Twilight Princess and we played it non-stop. We each had a file and we could play half an hour each before passing the controller to someone else (unless we were in the middle of a dungeon in which case we were allowed to finish it). We pretty much just played through the whole game together and watched each other play through the game again. Also, my younger cousin didn’t actually play, she was too scared of monsters to play through the story, but she wanted her own file so she could run around with Epona at the end during her 30 minutes, so she had me and her brother play through the story to get her there. I don’t even remember what made it so special honestly, we just had an amazing time playing through it over and over all together

I’m really not one for multiplayer games so this one is easy haha, definitely Smash 4

IT……WAS actually japan (haha weeb) but I got to go there last summer along with s. korea. but I’d love to go back again though to tour around more!!! there’s … so much to see there honestly??? ugh.

it took me a long time to meet with leanne bc Serenes forest hell chapter in por haha. that and my units were way under leveled. but –– I thought she was a sweat pea? i remember getting mildly spoiled bc i looked up Reyson then >> leanne bc a friend of mine is a big por/rd fan before I got a chance to play haha and i wanted to meet her.
initially I was like??? wow ?? she’s so cute? i feel bad tho because i missed her brief cg in por’s opening the first time when i played.
📝 How did the mun react when he or she realized they wanted to write the muse?
When actually getting to control Leanne and see her growth, in-game I just, felt compelled to rp her?? The subtle growth she gets between PoR and RD always amuses me how she became less like a Heron and more like a Hawk?? Haha. Additionally, I was elated because it was awhile since I rp’d anyone from FE (the last long lasting character being Olivia!Morgan from Awakening haha). And felt really stoked?? I was nervous because of the influx of Awakening/Fates blogs but I was happily surprised to see a community for the older games too ;u;)/
