I have a request! I'm not sure if you're familiar with the game Among Us, but could you do a headcanon of the GoM + Kuroko and Momoi playing as both impostors and crewmates? Like who'd die first? Who'd be the sneakiest of killers? Who'd be the best at manipulating? etc.
(Of course just if you feel like it! I just think it'd be fun. xd)
I've never played the game, because the graphics are unappealing to me. From what I've heard, it's a bit like the game Russian game Mafia or the French variant known in English by the name of The Werewolves of Millers Hollow, right? The Dutch title is Weerwolven van Wakkerdam and we used to play that game in secondary school. Like, there are villagers and werewolves. Every night the werewolves get to kill someone, and every morning when the players wake up, they get to eliminate the most suspicious player to be burnt at the stake. The game goes on until the werewolves have either killed everyone, or all the werewolves have been found. You get assigned roles based on the card you draw, and you also have special roles like Cupid who can make two players fall in love and if one of them is a werewolf they have the secret agenda of keeping their human lover alive until the end of the game, or the Hunter who can take down someone with them upon death as either he can pick someone to die alongside him if they are elected to be burnt and if they are killed by the werewolf they get to kill a werewolf when the players wake up, etc, etc. If you're interested, I could write a one-shot of everyone playing The Werewolves of Millers Hollow instead!

The greatest part of learning sign language at uni was the insane games of The Werewolves of Millers Hollow we did after. The werewolves's debates during the nights were both lengthy and chaotic and grammatically uncertain; it was glorious

We played the most dramatic game of Werewolves last night and I felt the need to turn my favourite scene of the night into a story. Explanation of the game mechanics involved at the end.
His first clue should have been how exhausted he felt after what should have been a full night's sleep - and then some, he noted as he saw the length of the shadows in his room, much shorter than they would have been had he woken up at his usual time. The sun shining in through his bedroom window was much closer to its zenith than it should have been.
He groggily got up, getting ready for the day in a bit of a hurry, worried about being late to the meeting at noon in the town hall. He felt lethargic, his brain clouded by fog, his body moving like he was dragging each limb through an entire bog, but he would not let that stop him. He prided himself too much on his discipline.
Had he had more time, had he been in less of a rush to get to the town hall, had he not been so godsdamned tired, then he may have put the pieces together earlier. As it was, he assumed he must have slept fitfully due to the horrors of the last days, plagued by nightmares perhaps. He might have found it strange that he could not remember any dreams, that he could not recall having had any trouble falling asleep or having woken at any point during the night, if his thoughts had been clear enough to wonder about such things.
He made it to the town hall in time. A crowd had already gathered, the air abuzz with the agitated murmur of a few dozen voices. People were anxiously whispering to each other and pointing at something on the bulletin board at the front of the hall. Curiosity piqued, he pushed his way through the crowd to see what had his neighbours all riled up.
Even in his exhausted state it would have been hard to miss the large "G" scrawled onto the board in what appeared to be blood. By the time the new mayor called the meeting to order, the consensus was clear: the former mayor had returned as a ghost to impart a hint about the identity of the monsters to the town.
"G". Glasses? Perhaps not - too many townsfolk wore those. Grey? Green?
Green. He eyed his direct neighbour, the one who lived to his left. She tended to wear green. He considered the one who lived two houses over to his right as well, but discarded the thought soon after. She did own a green jacket, but it was a very light colour. Perhaps closer to mint. Surely the ghost would have found a better hint to point to if it were her.
He brought this up, nominating his neighbour for execution and explaining his reasoning. He kept his voice steady and measured. If he spoke a little slower than usual, enunciated a little more clearly, it would surely be attributed to the need to be understood over the sounds of the gathered crowd, not the need to keep from slurring his words, to make his sluggish mind stay on task and give himself time to choose his words. It would not do for the townsfolk to know that their hunter was compromised - and for the monsters in their midst even less so. He would not show weakness. He prided himself too much on his discipline.
As the discussion continued around him, another villager was nominated on the basis that the "G" could stand for "grey". The possibility of his neighbour with the possibly-mint coloured coat having been meant was brought up again, but quickly dismissed, same with the Indian man who lived across the village from him.
As the nominees were given the chance to deliver their defenses, he realized he felt cold. How strange, it was a beautiful sunny day. He surreptitiously raised a hand to his head. Was he running a temperature? But his forehead felt not fever-hot but cold and clammy.
As he lowered his arm, his sleeve brushed against a tender spot on the side of his neck. He froze.
With trembling fingers he traced the two puncture wounds above his carotid artery.
All sound around him seemed to be fading. He did not have much time. He could have screamed, could have called for help, could have raged at the unfairness of it all, but he didn't. He prided himself too much on his discipline.
With numb fingers, he pulled his hunting rifle from where he had slung it over his back. He chambered a cartridge and lifted the firearm to his shoulder, index finger outside the trigger guard until he had taken aim. The action seemed to take much more energy than usual, his arms wanting to tremble under the weapon's weight, but he forced them still. He could not miss. He prided himself too much on his discipline.
He pulled the trigger and crumpled dead to the floor.
Across the hall, his neighbour, the one in green, stumbled back, shot straight through the heart. She, too, collapsed, her body convulsing in her dying moments and expanding, ripping through the green fabric that had marked her for death and replacing it with dark fur as she transformed into her monstrous form for the last time.
A hush fell over the town hall.
Suddenly the shocked silence was split by an ear-splitting shriek. A figure darted forward from a corner of the room with inhuman speed, the hood of her mint-green coat falling back with the sudden movement. She sank to her knees beside the dead werewolf, wailing in despair. She did not react as the sunlight streaming in through the tall windows began to sizzle upon her pale skin. Bowed over the body of her beloved, weeping, the vampire let the sunlight claim her, slowly smoldering and finally fading to dust.
---
So, what happened here re: game mechanics? Let’s start by introducing the relevant roles:
The Hunter can choose a player to take down with them if they get killed.
Amor (or Cupid) chooses two people at the start of the game who fall in love. If one of them dies, the other will die of a broken heart right after.
The Vampire picks a victim at night who dies the next day, after the people nominated for execution have made their defenses but before the execution itself.
The Ghost is the player who died first (unless, as was the case in this game actually, the first player to die is a werewolf. That was a weird series of coincidences.) - to make up for being eliminated from the game so early, they get to stay involved in the gameplay by leaving hints for the villagers. Each day, they get to write down one letter and tell the town whether it’s a new hint or if it goes with the previous letter(s). There are limits to what the letters are allowed to hint at, e.g. no names, ethnicities or things written on somebody’s clothes.
And the Werewolves of course kill one player each night.
In last night’s game, the Hunter was chosen by the Vampire at night (the Werewolves’ victim didn’t really add to the drama so I kinda left that part out) and the Ghost gave the hint “G” the next day. As a group, we tend to go for colour clues (and also the Ghost gave it away by asking the Storyteller to confirm she got the colour right, as she’s colourblind), so we quickly landed on the hint being either “green” or “grey”. The Hunter suspected the girl with the green sweater sitting next to him, so when he died of the vampire bite, he chose to take her down with him. Her and the vampire in the mint-ish coloured coat had been chosen by Amor at the start of the game, so the vampire died as well that day.
And that’s how you end up with a very dramatic Triple Death in Werewolves.

Had a fun weekend with the Collective a couple weeks back. We played Betrayal of House on the Hill and I recorded the things I collected and my character via art. Then we played Werewolves of Miller’s Hollow. If you haven’t played before, it’s like mafia or Among Us, but with more options besides one-that-tries-to-kill and ones-that-try-not-to-get-killed. It’s fun to come up with different stories. Since we were in a cabin, I did a summer camp themed one, narrating as camp counselors. Then my friend narrated and made it a witch camp and we all got a lil too attached to our witches. It was fun.

I am here to preach for Guill werewolf skin interpretation!!! Guill often play "UHC loup garou" which is a type of UHC inspired by the game "The werewolves of Millers Hollow"
Which is why in my interpretation of the skin I gave him wolf claws, ears and tail ! And he loved the idea ! So if you plan to do Fanart of his skin you should totally add the werewolf attributes :]]]] also it looks absolutely sick with his Gaz mask
Tumblr media
Trans:
Guill: are those big ass werewolf ears you gave me ?
Me: yup
Guill: Sick, I love the reference thanks !

Raging Loop
Tumblr media
Hungry Wolf
Take The Werewolves of Millers Hollow, sprinkle it with Japanese mythology, blend everything with a time-loop system, and serve it up at the macabre feast of Yasumizu village. This psychological horror visual novel is sure to delight your palate, but will you even dare to taste the experience…?
❤ Let's start with the main dish: the game's storyline. The story is intriguing and very rich in folklore, and I really enjoyed unraveling its mysteries as the revelations unfolded. In fact, I was surprised in many ways by the course of events, I couldn't anticipate many of the twists, and some of the secrets were well kept until the very end. ❤ As side dishes to the meal, the game offers us some very…particular characters. Their personalities are quite atypical, and we can glimpse both their sensitivity and their utter madness… but that's why we end up loving them all. The game also takes the time to develop them over the loops, making them all memorable and endearing individuals. Between our main protagonist who's as intelligent as Light in Death Note but with a nonchalant personality, a flirtatious but lunatic young woman, a teenage boy in a dress with super-powered instincts, a loving but depressive mum, and the list goes on….you can guess that the interactions in this group will never be boring and will provide you with scenes that are both delirious and uncomfortable. ❤ The game's overall design perfectly seasons the plot, with varied chara-design and beautiful (and creepy) illustrations. ❤ To round off the meal, you can wander through a flowchart whose chapters are unlocked by keys obtained each time your character dies. It's more than just an accessory for the player though, and plays an integral part in the story, just as it does in Zero Escape saga - a little icing on the cake.
However, I think that some of the food would benefit from a better balance of flavors. +/- All dialogue is dubbed in Japanese (and although the seiyuus are largely unknown, their acting is excellent). The soundscape is also really well done, despite being a little cheap…but some of the musical loops are a little too apparent and, above all, the heartbeat track… seriously, you can find much better in free sound banks. +/- The game takes its time to develop the story and characters while keeping a steady pace, so you don't feel the hours fly by…but there's an overload of explanations condensed into the last few chapters, a little indigestible. +/- Also, the ending could chill people's appetite, and I think this story direction will have an effect on the atmosphere of the game; replaying it won't have the same flavor knowing this outcome. +/- The don juan attitude of the main character towards almost all the girls in the game wasn't always necessary and a bit clunky in my opinion, although yes, these relationships will have an interesting impact. +/- In the end, the game is very linear, so it doesn't offer much replayability…but the bonus content does add some nice elements to the plot.
While I was well satisfied with this meal, a few elements left me with a slightly bitter taste. ✖ The sound balance is poor; if I put everything at the same level, some dialogues are eaten up by the music, but if I turn the voices up a little, they take up too much space. ✖ I wish we'd had more choice during the feasts; that we'd been much more involved in unmasking the culprits. ✖ The "hints corner" don't add much and break the creepy effect of the bad endings.
Raging Loop is a very savory VN, and despite the lack of interaction, it's a treat thanks to a convincing scenario set in a well-managed anxious atmosphere, and will easily keep you on the edge of your seat for several hours. Enjoy your meal.

Yesterday I went to a LGBT centre for teens and young adults (up to 27) for the first time and here’s how it went.
A friend of mine goes there from time to time and asked me if I wanted to come along. So I did. At your first visit there, you’re greeted by a social worker who asks for your name and pronouns and explains everything to you. My friend told me that a person from Ukraine would be there and that they had similar vibes to me. And they sure have, we’re both ace and non-binary. Also, if I had one dollar for every time I got along well with an Eastern European person I’d have three dollars. That’s not much but it’s weird that it happened thrice. My friend also brought a binder for them and they were really happy when they tried it on.
Later we played “Werwölfe von Düsterwald” (apparently the English titles is Werewolves of Millers Hollow, it’s like Mafia or Among Us but with werewolves) and the Ukrainian person and me were the werewolves. And it was a bit chaotic, but in a good way, because people couldn’t decide on who to kill.
Later the Ukrainian person wanted to go to IKEA to buy a shelf and asked me and another person if we wanted to go with them. I’ve never been to IKEA in my life and wanted to buy BLÅHAJ, the 1 metre long shark plushie, so I went with them. So we went to IKEA, bought the shelf and then grabbed something to eat. Actually we all wanted to get veggie hotdogs but they were out so we ate something else instead. We got our food and sat down on the other person’s longboard. I learned the difference between male and female spiders (the other person studies biology) but forgot it again after like two seconds. After we finished eating, there were only six minutes left until IKEA closed so me and the Ukrainian person ran upstairs to buy BLÅHAJ, but they wouldn’t let anyone in anymore *sad trombone*. I tend to make questionable financial decisions when I’m with other people. One time I bought a plastic hawaiian flower necklace at the 1€-Store because it was only 50 cents. Then we got on the tram because we all had to change trains at the same place. The two of them offered to wait for my tram with me, so we all waited together (accompanied by weird noises from a nearby dance school). Then my tram came and we hugged and said goodbye to each other. Both of them plan to go to pride on Saturday, so maybe we’ll run into each other there.
10/10 points, will go there again. (Good thing Germany introduced the 9-Euro-Ticket for the summer months)

When Teiko Discovers the Werewolves of Millers Hollow part 1
A/N: I got this idea after talking with @reiimii so here you go! I ended up writing such a long one-shot, it has to be split up in two so enjoy the first half! part 2
The Teiko six, Nijimura and Momoi were seated in the meeting room, for a different reason then usual. Today they would be playing a French game Akashi played at a fancy party, the only European rich kid present had introduced the kids of the Japanese elite to the Werewolves of Millers Hollow. It had been a fun game, but Akashi rather wanted to play it with his actual friends. With permission of the 1st string coach, they were allowed a day off of practise to play a game under the condition the coach would be the game master. Akashi thought the man was looking forward the event as much as he did, considering Aomine seemed to be a bit lost in thought lately and could use the bonding experience. Akashi had bought a cardset of his own, and had translated anything necessary for the game. "Alright, does everybody understand the rules?" Akashi asked. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Our card decides our roles, only specific roles and the werewolves are allowed to know who is who and during the day we can hold an election for mayor who can cast two votes. We get it Akashi." Aomine's voice rang through the room, and everyone else nodded along. The coach smiled, having already shuffled the cards. "Alright, let the games begin!" "Remember, try to keep your reaction to the card as minimal as possible. You do not want to give yourself away." Akashi warned as he was handed his card. Looking at it, he internally smirked. Everyone tried to be as poker faced as possible, though Kise seemed to pout a little. "Today seemed perfect, but it looks like dark forces are threatening from the woods. The town's people are scared and the old mayor has fled. Who will be the hero that leads the people?" The coach's voice boomed dramatically, and Kise immediately pointed to Kuroko. "Kurokochi can be the mayor!" Momoi nodded in agreement and Aomine shrugged. "Fine with me." Akashi thought for a while, knowing Murasakibara would chose him easily and he felt prety assured about Midorima and Nijimura's votes, so that would mean a total equal of votes. So Akashi decided to give this one to Kuroko. "I accept Kuroko being our leader for this instance." "And so, did the people decide to elect the reliant Kuroko Tetsuya to be their mayor," the coach continued on his story. "He has ordered all the citizens to stay indoors tonight, but as the night falls, it is clear that the evil already spread amongst you. Let the horrors of the night commence!" The group all covered their eyes with their hands, as the coach's voice rang. "It seems someone amongst you has the prophetic gift. Seer, you may open your eyes!" Akashi lowered his hands, looking intently at the group. He pointed to Midorima, and the coach walked to his seat to flip his card for Akashi to see the peeking little girl card. He nodded in response, crossing Midorima off of his list. Then he covered his face once more. "Now, it is time for the werewolves to wake up! Who will be the first victim to perish?" Kuroko, Momoi and Nijimura all lowered their hands, first taking in who was part of their pack. Momoi couldn't help but omit a small smile knowing she and Kuroko were on the same team. Nijimura immediately pointed to Akashi, knowing his genius alone would make him a threat and the other two nodded in agreement. The coach placed a few of everyone's card theaterically down once more, to distract everyone from who was the victim and who were the werewolves before turning Akashi's card around, revealing him to everyone. Nijimura felt the tiniest ego boost having eliminated one of the most dangerous players in the game. "The following morning, everyone woke up to see the sight of Akashi's torn up body! The sight and lurking darkness have revealed itself, there are werewolves amongst the village! Now, to purge the evil, Kuroko has decided there is no other way but to burn the culprit alive on a stake! Now, the surviving townsfolk gather, to find the culprit! Who shall be burnt at the stake?"
