While he seems disinterested, he's quite worried about the smaller children here. Why ere they brought up into the manor's devious affairs? It hardly sat well in his stomach, given he too once looked for a 'safe haven' for guidance when he was young.

the note reads:

Focused on her work, the woman barely even noticed the child at first. When she finally did however, she let out a small “Oh!” glancing over at the note. She quickly read it before placing her controller down with a nod, a friendly smile now on her face. She grabbed the candy bar and placed it in her jacket pocket for future use.
“Well, Hi there! Can’t say we usually get kids coming up around here, especially them being alone. Where’s your parents? ..Ah, well, that might be rude of me to ask.” She let out a small hum, quickly changing the topic. “You’re trying to make friends? I see! Well, I could be your friend if you like. My name’s Lockheart, it’s nice to meet’cha!”

Phineas looked down at the kid who approached him with no fear in her eyes, such a brave child~
The name tho kinda sounded familiar to him, he hums and think where he heard it and then snaped his fingers together when he remembers. There was a note on his room desk (gods know who managed to get in his room despite it being locked tho) saying this:
Phineas kneel down to look at the child face to face with a curiosity and started to talk with kind yet energetic and joyful voice.
“Why hello there, Little V~ I am The showman around here and you may call me Phineas Smith!!… say~ are you the one who placed a note in my room saying you want to make as much Friends as you can around here?? “
Phineas claps his hands together and tilting his head to the side, laying on his hands “What a coincidence, I also have this mission to make almost everyone here my friends!!!”

2: well I think I see this one as like identity v update Jane that she can pick v up, while running and when she is injured or she get rescue and put her down gently but puts her down a bit fast when the hunter is around/chasing them
3: well it looks same thing! But as a emote I see it as Jane picks up V and kiss her cheek

The optometrist turns her head to the sound of an object landing. She picks it up and reads the note.
"Who..." She turns around to the child's direction and they make eye contact. Both was taken aback by surprise.
Rue approaches the child gently and bends down to her height. "Dear child, you are the one that did this I assume? Thank you. I most definitely appreciate the candy bar and the compliment that came with it."
She offers her a smile.
"What are you doing just peeking at me behind this wall? Were you perhaps too scared to approach me in person? Worry not, I won't do any bad thing to you."

Akihiko was just trying to take pictures at Laurence talking to a certain group of survivors,,, they’re some of the seniors the Reporter recently met.
The Japanese man then notices V, a bit shocked by the sudden appearance but nods with a tiny smile afterwards. He can’t help but chuckle silently by the big eyes the child is making.
Akihiko// Yes,,, camera.
The Cameraman then calmly approaches to take off the holder of the camera, before letting V take a closer look at his equipment.
