⭕⭕Today i am going to share a recipe of ginger tea which will not only help to boost your immunity, but will also help you, if you are suffering from constipation, flu, sneezing, cough or having difficulty in digestion or stomach pains.

➰First of all increase the use of ginger and garlic in your diet.
Ginger has anti-viral properties, it removes those pathogens from our gut which effects our immune system
❎The benefits of ginger are almost finish in cooking

🏳️‍🌈PROPER WAY OF CONSUMPTION
Take one slice of ginger and cut it into small pieces, leave it for 4 to 5 mins, it will become microbial peptide which is best for removing virus or bacteria.

One slice is enough in a day
Consuming it daily for 20 to 25 days will lead to smell of ginger coming from your mouth, it is the time to drop its use, as now your body has achieved its target.
