Still not as iconic as Ned's school survival guide.
That's a real survival guide.

Wouldn't the train be exposed to the sun eventually? Seems like a short-sighted plan...

We finally got his real name! Peking Duck!
I'd call him that from now on if it wouldn't make me hungry.

Okay, I know that we're twenty minutes into Demon Slayer, and I already mentioned something about this, but the part of Ninja Kamui where his family changed how they looked (unless that was supposed to be a previous family or something? Nothing was explained) bothers me more than it should.
If context was fucking given that could have been an "oh shit" moment, but they gave me zero reason why I should be surprised by that and it really feels like a waste of a plot twist.

So when anime onlys (like me) saw the ending we were amazed and kind of confused as to how that was "the worst ending ever." Then I saw this video comparing what the manga did and what the anime did and oh lord the overworked animators at MAPPA really did fix this ending.
For those who don't want to watch a twenty minute video, I'll just point out the two main things that made me go "Oh. I can't really blame them for hating this."
First in the manga, Eren tells Armin that he killed about 80% of humanity during the first vision scene, when they're both "children," forcing them to move on from that pretty quickly. The animators moved that to the last part of the scene when they're adults so they didn't have to move on so quickly from it.
The other part is that Armin thanks Eren for committing mass genocide in the manga. This could have been something that was lost in translation, but that doesn't really matter. It was officially printed in the manga. This is probably where the whole "Isayama likes ethnic cleansing" thing came from. I know I watched the official sub for sure because I actually used my free trial for Crunchyroll for this instead of pirating it.
The animators also gave Gabi, Falco, Onyankapon and Levi an actual conclusion. In the manga they just kind of show them in a city not really doing anything.
I also imagine that seeing the last few pages can kind of jarring compared to seeing the tree's changes animated with time within the credits.
There's more but I think I pointed out the main reasons manga readers hated the ending where anime watchers loved it.
...Then there are people who are upset that the ending they wanted didn't happen. This includes somebody redrawing the manga so Zeke doesn't actually help them, Eren wins and he comes home to Historia where they fuck. And also Historia's baby is his. That's when I realized that I should walk out of the fandom again.

I love the transition from intimidating evil laugh to Brook's "YOHOHOHO!"
I don't have anything extra to say about it. I just thought that it was funny.

Before people start freaking out- Ymir's love is purely a form of Stockholm syndrome. It's not hard to see how it happened. Slave girl gets special treatment from her master over every other slave after gaining special powers.
She knew he was a bad man but couldn't bring herself to kill him. Mikasa was able to kill Eren despite loving him so she felt some sort of closure from somebody being able to do something she couldn't do.

So uh... My husband is a burn victim. He was caught in an electrical fire as a baby. 80% of his body had to be reconstructed after he just turned one. I forgot to warn him about Hange.
He whispered "does she burn to death?" and stared at the screen for the entire moment. He was pretty quiet the entire time.
When the scene ended he said "Well, she just went out in a blazing glory!"

I really, really wish that we had six episodes of Shoegaze instead of having it be split in half so Grunge could be made. This is interesting and I wish they could've spent more time on this plot instead.

Hey, there's this Junji Ito series that has walking sharks! I dunno how it ends because I thought that the premise was kind of dumb, but maybe it would help in this situation?
