As Ace Week come to a close I put together a lil something something for Techpunk.

Here's Ansi and Hobie's ace rings

Ansi proposed the idea

Hobie constructed the rings

Ansi helped with anything that required a butane torch.

Ansi's ring is the one to the left and Hobie's is the one on the right

Ansi recited the entirety of the marriage speech from the Princess Bride as soon as the rings were done.

Hobie was dying the whole time through

Ansi keeps it on a chain most of the time because her hands swell

Hobie always wears his when he's not doing Spider Punk things

He doesn't wanna risk losing it so it stays at home. Ansi just keeps his under his shirt when out as Tech Tarantula.

Ansi told Hobie about dragons being related to Asexuality which prompted the pattern

They came up with the pattern together tho.

I keep doing the thing where I forget I have this blog so I just think my thoughts in my head rather than put them out into the world. Whoops. AnYWAY here's some orientation headcanons for because I love both lists and gay people <3 maybe I'll do more if this interests someone out there. Also catch me procrastinating this so hard that I forget to do it in pride month.

Tori Rivas:

You look at this woman and tell me she isn't bisexual. Bisexual and I would say probably greyace/greyro, because she really doesn't have a lot of interest in folks in canon text. I think she's just not focused on it so it doesn't exist, but I believe at some point she just sort of "oh. oh." I think she's ambivalent on gender too btw. No real strong attachments either way. Boymode as Hephaestus l, girlmode as Tori, literally whatever's more comfortable or useful. She's efficient like that.

Beverly (a last name I beg of you drew PLEASE):

Also bisexual (leaning more towards men) but Absolutely knows it as opposed to Tori who's like "I'm not sure if I even like boys let alone girls". Beverly knows she's hot shit, and absolutely is into her weird reclusive roommate and that buff dork down the hall. I unironically think her and Austin would be cute but wouldn't work long-term.

Chloe Henson:

This ain't headcanon, it's canon: Chloe is pansexual and has a preference "for people more her size" but other than that doesn't have one. Queen. Love you girlie. Stay winning short king

Lance (last name pls....):

Gay. Homosexual. Fruity. MLM (lovingly). Supportive dumbass. He's just a bro who loves other bros! And grumpy wizards. Especially grumpy wizards.

Warren:

Aforementioned grumpy wizard. MLM. Transed Gender. You're telling me the reclusive bitchy wizard with a techpunk outfit who has a whole background arc about unlearning taught bias with an oppressive mentor figure isn't trans? Bro c'mon work with me here! Gay (derogatory).

Assorted stuff, I think Ivan and Wade had some Experiences in the past but now of course Ivan is Lodestar-sexual and Wade is... Wade. He's an eccentric rich guy he's done everything and he's into whatever I the most interesting. Xelas is yes gender, yes sexuality. She's everything to me. Johnny and Thuggernaut have been married for ten years and are really casual about it but everyone knows. Morgana is a lesbian. Stasis is also a lesbian (but she's bisexual because immortality is boring sometimes). I think there should be more lesbians. Arachnobro is fruity but is really shy about dating because of the whole Bug Thing tm. It's hard to kiss with mandibles.

For no particular reason: An unorganized collection of thoughts and incidents today March 27th from a stoned ADHD person.

Decided to make a Tumblr post while overthinking listening to jazz on Pandora, And ended up deleting the post by accident cause I forgot tags.

Techpunk on Spotify is wild.

Somehow managed to be more productive today while struggling to think straight, than had been in the last three months.

Realized Ive been like this since I caught COVID in January and my doc said things post COVID return to "normal" around 2-3 months.

It's over three months now and I've been feeling better the last few days.

Quality of life things are really worth investing time into. Cook your food instead of microwaving it if you can. On a related note, Country fried steak with country vegetables and gravy, Is stupid easy to make. Even for ADHD. You can literally get distracted during every part of the process and overcorrect every time and it still turns out fine.

How I abused the poor country fried steak meal:

Put too much water in vegetables and forgot to cover them.

Over thought about how I was making the gravy. Added more water than was necessary before it thickened cause I didn't think there would be enough.

Added more gravy mix but not more water.

Steaks had already been finished cooking by the point i was starting the sides.

Cooked the now 4 bags of gravy, with only a little more than what's recommended for 2-3 bags, for around 30 minutes on low.

When I say I overwatered the veggies? I put three times the suggested water to boil with the bag of FROZEN veggies.

Ended up forgetting about everything multiple times because I was also making sweet tea. Vanilla sugar cookie with cinnamon. A desert tea.

Gravy is like. Ultra thick and unseasoned cause, high still one of the best things I've ever tasted.

Update: Things I'm hyper focusing on or overthinking about this week:

Terraria's progression system is underrated. Confusing but underrated. I'm having a lot of fun going through blind in 2024

Cookie clicker.

Loose leaf tea.

Cooking.

Whether or not I have a predisposition to addiction due to a familiar connection.

Whether or not me feeling good and productive today was from finally feeling back to normal after COVID, because I took my ADHD meds, being high, Or some combination of the two.

Terraria has a drunk worldgen seed that Is literally everything I've ever wanted from terraria worldgen wise. All the ores, both corruption and crimson, And a laundry list of other things.

Rythian 10 Years of Content Creation Stream Blackrock Moments

I finally finished compiling all the Blackrock specific moments from the stream, Enjoy! TL:DW under the cut. (I totally didn’t accidentally delete the first version of this post, I have no idea what you are talking about).

New/Less Well-known Information:

-The Rail Bros were originally supposed to be with Rythian in season 2, and that falling through is what led to Angsty Loner Rythian instead

-Rythian shows a complete list of tracks used for the series

-Prequal episodes were both planned and filmed after the Sipsco episodes

-Tee was originally supposed to be a running background Easter egg before accidentally killing Zoey

-Romance was originally not planned for the series, but was added after seeing fan reactions

-Zoey made almost all of the sets for the series

-Rythian and Zoey wanted season 3 to be less effort/more back to basics

-Amount of work put into sets was a significant factor in the series being unfinished
