The way "13 Students Remain" has made me appreciate DRV3 so much more than I already did, it's insane--it's like experiencing it for the first time all over again. The characterization, the exploration of relationships that were originally glossed over in-game, the deep-dive of character flaws and strengths that the OG didn't have time to cover.... I've reread it too many times and still giggle and kick my feet the whole time

Honestly one of my favourite parts of writing 13 students is being able to explore relationships that didn't get the chance to shine in the game.

DRV3 means a lot to me. I care a lot about its characters and I must admit that playing the game wasn't enough for me ahaha. I wanted to write something that let me explore things the game never got the chance to cover :3

I think the only time I had to write a real letter was in the third grade when we had to send them to war soldiers or something. So I’m not really sure how this is supposed to work, but I heard about this guy who sent a love letter to this girl and they fell in love and got married because she liked it so much. And yeah, I know we’re already in love, but maybe I can make you fall DOUBLE in love with me. So, here goes… I love you. I mean I really, REALLY love you. For my whole life, I don’t think I knew what love actually was. You think you know what it’s like to like someone until the one you love comes around. You’re like… like a hurricane. Or a super twister, like a sharknado, sweeping me up into the sky and there’s houses flying around and killer sharks but they’re the killer sharks of LOVE. You know what I mean? Nobody gets me like you do. Nobody’s ever even tried. And when things are crazy complicated, I got you, and you got me. So we’re never lonely again, right? Thank you, for loving me too. I know I can be a lot, but I’m YOUR… a lot. And I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.
