Not going to lie gaz is almosf sharing first place with price just bc I know if we were in the same squad I’d have the biggest crush on the man especially captain gaz getting bricked up just at the thought of assertive and mature gaz leading me and the rest of the soldiers around and he’s so kind to everyone he doesn’t notice how half the soldiers are crushing on him including you and you really go out your way to be seen by him you go to all then hangs out with 141 you offer to clean up after practicing sessions so you can spend time with him and you get all huffy and puffy when you don’t get to be his right hand on some mission and for a chunk of a while you think gaz didn’t notice you and you couldn’t blame him
he was much older than you you were probably just a kid in his eyes and he was nice to everyone and maybe he had someone waiting for him back home
And slowly but surely you back off you don’t come as often to hang outs you don’t volunteer to help clean after training and at first gaz doesn’t really react however slowly but surely he starts to miss your presence and it’s more than just missing a friend because he starts missing your smile whenever he tells you you’ve done a good job he starts to miss your laughs that he hears every time hr tells a bad joke and the sweet look you always give him when he talks

The (former) Star Hotel is a gorgeous old corner building at 81 Myers Street, Geelong, Victoria, Australia. ○ Typical of Geelong's 1850s round cornered hotels, this is stuccoed and two-storey, with six-pane sashes in most windows. Judging by the depth of sills and minor string moulds, the stucco may have been added, although the stop-chamfered opening edges suggest if it was done that it was done early.
