i slept for 14 hours straight

head full of thoughts about ii drumeo video. so cool how the same linear patterns manage to sound so different within the context of a song. utterly incredible that the parts are written around vocals. dude's so fuckin humble he reiterates so many times that he's like anyone else... it's really awesome to see the thought that goes into the writing in at least one aspect. i may be a ii fanboy but by god does this video is good. (i have not slept properly in anticipation of this video) also it's really nice to hear a voice even with the modifier on. i kind of forgot it was there after a while lmao. he talks with a really specific sort of emphasis on some of the phrases he uses that makes his meaning really clear which i appreciate. the explanations he intersperses through everything were very teacher vibes which i appreciate. i felt like i was coming away with more knowledge of the kit itself and not just how the sleep token style is created:):) im having fun. im having fun. i will come back later with more thoughts.
