Chapter 2
Last chapter we discussed preparation in a half-hazardous way including aftercare, basic psychology, and some common sense. Here we will highlight one of these topics, and it will be common sense.
Common sense includes the various spectrum of knowledge allowed to everyone or known to a great many people, but can we really call this kind of knowledge common?
Firstly I'll discuss the obvious; employment for us can be spotty or spacey, this is to be expected. To find a job and stick with it can be the most draining thing, but is important to keeping your victim, especially if they are too disabled to keep a job or if you want them to stay at home.
I've heard of some companies using an AI to hire their employees and that there's a way around it (according to reddit, take this with a pinch of salt) by putting that they went to a big university of college (Harvard, Yale, whatever) but then made those words transparent so people can't see it, but the AI can.
Or the old method that companies use as well; lying. (Immediate termination is often the consequence as well as sometimes being blacklisted.)
Or just get a regular job. Your victim will likely not be working (unless you've already had communications with your victim and they have employment, then income won't be too much of an issue.) Even a minimum wage job would be better than nothing.
Make sure they live alone. If they live with their family/significant other then assume people are on alert, even when asleep. Assume every house has a self defense bat, mine does, so I assume every home has one or an equivalent. BE AWARE THAT PEOPLE DO CARRY BLADES/GUNS.
Transportation; a car or motor vehicle is often used. A quiet car would be best, if you don't have one then park your car some distance away before approaching the residence. Make sure you have a plan for getting your victim onto/into your vehicle without too much fussing about.

How to keep your location a secret? In this day and age your location can be tracked just about anywhere, I have no cure all but I think turning off your phone's location at home is a good bet (because then your last recorded location was at your residence), learning the parts of the phone so you can just pop it out, or just leave it at home. Seriously, just leave it at home or get a burner, I don't know how this works or else I'd give better advise. (Sorry to those who think I'm a guru on this)
If you're stalking then do yourself a favor and look vague; hoodie, sunglasses, a hat, keep your distance. If you must listen in on the target's conversations then get one of those apps for amplifying noise. If you can insert yourself somewhere in your target's life, then do so, it will be easier to gain their trust this way (clubs or online communities are a good way, even if you aren't good at what's being done its better to try than to have never even had the possibility at all)}

Check for a security sign in front of the home, the sign will give you the company name, the company has a website, the website will give you information on how they rig the house (or a phone number to call and ask questions as a "potential buyer") granted, some areas (or countries) just don't have these. Use your common sense.
If no security sign is present, then assume these people will sleep lightly, tread with caution and make sure to take your shoes off to avoid excessive noises.
Distribute your weight evenly if they have genuine wood floors as that might create less noise.

what are your tips for getting a corporate job
Most corporate jobs require serous technical or industry experience (such as finance or marketing). However, a big exception to this is corporate sales. All you really need to be good as a corporate sales person is to not be weird and be able to talk to people. Lock that down and you’re left with a pretty straightforward corporate job and a career path that could eventually pay you six figures a year (if you make the right decisions).
“But Chad, how can I get a corporate sales job?” I’m glad you asked, Anon!
Stage 1
Before approaching a corporate job you need relevant experience - stuff to fill a resume. Doesn’t have to be *corporate* sales experience, but has to be enough to give you a good foundation in an interview to both (a) speak to your capability as a potential sales person and (b) give the interviewer enough confidence to take a chance in hiring you.
You can get experience by getting a retail sales job, a job at a call center, or a GOOD internship at a company.
Just stay away from MLMs and scams, check the reviews of every company you’re applying for and remember no reputable company is going to make you buy the product before selling it.
Stage 2
Now that you have some experience, you have three options on how to break into Corporate America. These aren’t going to be super high paying jobs, but they should set you up for possible six figure remote roles later on in your career.
Option 1 - Get a job at a “challenger” corporation. “Challenger” is an industry term from Gartner that’s basically a nice way of saying b-tier. Some corporations are better than others. Some are legacy companies whose best days are behind them, others are just considered average to below average in their industry. A lot of these “challenger” corporations will take a chance on people who lack corporate sales experience for their bottom-tier sales jobs. These includes selling products to mom and pop shops or super small businesses. While the work is hard, the trade off is that you’ll get a corporate sales title, your foot in the door, and a foundation to apply for better jobs at other companies later on.
Option 2 - There’s a company called “Vendition” that takes accepted applicants, trains them for free in a corporate sales course, and places you as an employee in one of the partner companies they work with. This is very good for people with not a lot of experience and is a fast track to getting in the corporate space. Just remember that there are also a lot of scammers who try to take advantage of people through this same model - requiring you to pay them to teach you corporate sales training without guaranteeing you a job at the end. However, if you choose a good place like Vendition, you’ll probably get to where you want to go.
Option 3 - [REQUIRES COLLEGE] Apply to a “straight out of college” program with a big time corporation. These are everywhere nowadays and will be the fastest way towards securing a corporate role. These programs usually come with training and great promotion paths as well.

Congress appears to be on track to trigger a government shutdown on October 1, 2023, because it is not expected to pass the 12 appropriations bills that fund government operations before the start of the new fiscal year.
Why do government shutdowns happen?
Under the Antideficiency Act (initially passed in 1884 and amended in 1950), federal agencies cannot spend or obligate any money without an appropriation (or other approval) from Congress. When Congress fails to enact the 12 annual appropriation bills, federal agencies must cease all non-essential functions until Congress acts. This is known as a government shutdown.
What happens when that occurs?
During shutdowns, many federal employees are told not to report for work. Government employees who provide what are deemed essential services, such as air traffic control and law enforcement, continue to work, but don’t get paid until Congress takes action to end the shutdown. All this applies only to the roughly 25% of federal spending subject to annual appropriation by Congress.
Benefits such as Social Security and Medicare continue to flow because they are authorized by Congress in laws that do not need annual approval (although the services offered by Social Security benefit offices may be limited during a shutdown). In addition, the Treasury can continue to pay interest on U.S. Treasury debt on time.
Shutdowns can be disruptive, leading to delays in processing applications for passports, small business loans, or government benefits; shuttered visitor centers and bathrooms at national parks; fewer food-safety inspections; and various inconveniences. Shutdowns are sufficiently likely that the White House Office of Management & Budget posts detailed contingency plans that government agencies maintain for shutdowns.
Why does a shutdown look likely in the fall of 2023?
In June 2023, with the backing of Republican leaders in the House and Senate, Congress passed and President Biden signed the Fiscal Responsibility Act, which lifted the ceiling on the federal debt and set limits on annual appropriated spending—one for defense, one for non-defense—for the fiscal years 2024 (which begins October 1, 2023) and 2024. At the same, the expectations were that this settled the overall size of the appropriations bills, and Congress would pass 12 bills that added up to the agreed-upon levels. The Senate Appropriations Committee has followed that path and has passed all 12 appropriations bills with bipartisan support. But House Republicans, unhappy with the agreement Speaker Kevin McCarthy struck with the White House, want to spend less than the levels specified in the Fiscal Responsibility Act—much to the consternation of Democrats and the White House, which says President Biden would veto the appropriations bills that are pending in the House. The House bills also include provisions on abortion, contraception, regulation of tobacco, and healthcare for trans persons that aren’t likely to pass the Senate.
When the House and Senate pass different bills, the next step is a conference committee at which the two chambers are supposed to forge a compromise, which goes to a vote in each chamber before going to the president. That is likely to be very contentious this year—and there is not much time.
The Senate is scheduled to return from its August break on September 5, giving it four weeks to make progress on passing fiscal 2024 appropriations. The House, however, isn’t scheduled to return until September 12, which means it will be in session only three weeks before the fiscal year ends on September 30.
What is a continuing resolution?
When Congress hasn’t passed appropriations bills for an entire fiscal year, it sometimes passes temporary spending bills—continuing resolutions—that fund government operations until a specified date. Continuing resolutions often, although not always, continue the level of funding at the prior year’s appropriations level. According to the Government Accountability Office, there were 47 continuing resolutions (often known as “CRs” inside the Beltway) between fiscal years 2010 and 2022. They ranged from one day to just under six months. Although they keep the government operating, the GAO said they can be difficult for government agencies to manage, because they often have to plan for a government shutdown because they can’t be sure a CR will pass, they can disrupt agency hiring plans, and they make planning difficult. A continuing resolution this Fall could avoid a shutdown—if the House can approve one.
The Fiscal Responsibility Act has an unusual feature meant to discourage Congress from funding the government with a continuing resolution beyond end of December 2023. If a CR is in effect on January 1, 2024, then the spending limits would be automatically revised with a particularly significant cut in defense spending.
How common are government shutdowns?
There have been four shutdowns where operations were affected for more than one business day. In 1995-1996, President Clinton and the Republican Congress were unable to agree on spending levels; the government shut down twice, for a total of 26 days. In 2013, a standoff over funding for the Affordable Care Act resulted in a 16-day shutdown. And in December 2018 and January 2019, a dispute over border wall funding led to a shutdown that lasted 35 days; it was a partial shutdown because Congress had previously passed five of the 12 appropriation bills.
