this blog is a shoebox in which i collect mementos and buttons and disjecta membra and seaglass and bus tickets and loose screws and cookie fortunes and doll shoes and
Peak engineering right here the warped frame of the cover, and borken locking mechanism allows for it to move back and forth creating some airflow for the door closer machinery.
for those unaware because they don't similarly comb through frog96's scrapbox (which, i highly, highly recommend if you're a fan of their music) lost delusion was explicitly inspired by this specific cut of pentatonix's lucky charms video!
here's an excerpt of the page crudely google translated:
This song has a pretty clear homage (copy) source, and it starts at 1:06 in the video below, where Pentatonix sings the commercial for the famous American cereal "Lucky Charms." If you listen to it, you'll notice that it's very similar (especially the texture at the end).
The original version of this video has disappeared, so I don't really know what the song itself is (I wonder if it's an a cappella cover of a commercial), but I really love the 15 seconds starting at 1:06, and I'll keep this section forever. There was a time when I had to go back and play it again and again, but it was so short that I felt like, ``I just want to listen to this part for about 3 minutes…'' and that became the motivation for creating this song. I am. So the rhythm, chords, melody, and most of the ideas are based on the 15 seconds above.
other inspirations for this song include inabakumori (just in general) & hitorinbo envy, which is more than evident, but it's so cool seeing that confirmation!
here's the link to the making-of entry they have for lost delusion in particular, but def check out their entire page; they have entire pages worth of inspirations, music theory, song breakdowns, vsts, and even after effects tutorials for how they edit their videos. and this is in addition to making the song stems + midi files publicly available and free to download!
The new Gretchin Pirates need their own scratch built Cutta to raid the sands of distant lost worlds. I started this Cutta last year with bits and bobs from my scrapbox, some wheels that I found on etsy, some plastic card, bamboo skewers, and architectural model square plastic tubing.
sorry if this is a dumb question but how do you deal with limited weight of stuff you can have in 76? it seems like my stash is constantly full no matter how much I take out...
oh Evil Wizard Shit. personally. i have a full set of unyielding/weapon weight deep-pocket armor, and two cursed apparels granting +2 strength and two more ww stacks. so i keep a lot of my valuables on me because they're lighter that way
I also use most of the weight management perks most of the time. 15 str. chemist's backpack mod frees up the 3 str points you would probably be using on Traveling Pharmacy...at the cost of the deep packpack mod's 60 lbs of equipment. but the deep backpack also makes you vulnerable to energy damage
anyway. im constantly over encumbered. one time a shop glitch gave me like 400 scrap kits so i use those liberally to keep moving
(you will also probably never be able to sprint in power armor unless you engineer it to manage weight as well)
sorry for the bleak answer. the truth is most players struggle with the weight limit and this discontent is built into the monetization through the scrapbox
This chore chart is from when I was probably five years old, found while cleaning out a scrapbox in mom’s attic. Apparently I was a real pill on Thursday that week.
Hey what’s up! So my sister is super into Fallout76 and she’s thinking about getting Fallout 1st. I was wonder if u have it and I’d u do, do u like it?
Hey! I hope you're doing well 😁 I do have Fallout 1st! I really like having the popup tent thing it's super convenient. And the scrapbox! You also get a pretty decent pile of atoms with it once a month which is nice - if you buy atoms more than once a month anyway it almost pays for itself that way. They also give you a cool free thing for your C.A.M.P. once a month - the one this month is a really dope flaming skull floor lamp thing so that alone was absolutley worth my ~$14. You also get a boost now on the scoreboard and extra rewards if you have Fallout 1st which is nice! I usually have to buy my way through the last quarter or so of it and I won't have to this time. Oh! And you get your own private world which feels like cheating sometimes but it's not like there's Professional Fallout 76 Competitive Mode so ig its fine lol. It's easier to do some of the things like the treasure hunter mole miner farming when a bunch of randos haven't killed everything before you get there or taking and holding a bunch of workshops.
