I know you’re going through a lot right now and I feel so ashamed for asking for prayers, but I desperately need it. I live in Canada and the prices are insane. It is impossible to live of one income. Also, getting a job is so hard right now. Can you please pray that I can move out and live alone. I find it so hard to leave my bed and get a job, but I want to leave the abusive house I live in. 24/7 they torment me and then call me ungrateful. I hate it here. Please pray for a miracle, I can’t do this anymore. I need to leave, but I feel so numb and have no support system anywhere.
Please, don't ever feel ashamed to ask for prayers or any kind of help. There is nothing shameful about asking for help or prayers, even if you feel like the person you're asking prayers or help from is going through a lot. Of course, I will keep you in my prayers.
Some prayers you might find comforting are under the Read More. I would recommend picking one (or as many as you think you can handle) and praying it morning and night, and whenever else you need it.
A Prayer in Time of Need
Almighty God, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, come to my help and deliver me from this difficulty that besets me. I believe Lord, that all trials of life are under Your care and that all things work for the good of those who love You. Take away from me fear, anxiety and distress. Help me to face and endure my difficulty with faith, courage and wisdom.
Grant that this trial may bring me closer to You for You are my rock and refuge, my comfort and hope, my delight and joy. I trust in Your love and compassion. In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.
Prayer of Saint Bishop Nikolaj (Velimirovic) to the Most-Holy Theotokos
Waves of passion disturb my spirit, great sadness and anguish have overwhelmed my soul. Embalm my soul with Thy Son's peace, O Most Holy One, and by His Grace drive away every doubt and despair. Calm the storm of my sins that, like a fiery worm, burn me, and quench its flame. Fill my heart with joy, O Most Pure One, and disperse the fog of my iniquities before me, for it confuses me. Illumine me with the light of Thy Son. Helpless is my soul, and everything is cumbersome, even prayer. Here I am, cold as a stone, my lips whispering prayers, while my heart remains immovable, for it is smothered in anguish. Melt the ice which envelops my soul and warm my heart with Thy love.
I rely not on human protection, but fall down before Thee, O Most Pure Sovereign Mother of God; reject me not, but hearken unto the prayer of Thy servant. Sadness has overcome me; I can endure the demonic attack no more. I have no protection; there is no shelter for me, and in this battle I am ever being wounded. I have no consolation, but in Thee, O Holy Sovereign. O Hope and Protection of all who believe, reject not my prayer.
O Most Holy Mother of Christ, Most Pure, Most Blessed Theotokos, Satan is pounding at me like the waves of the sea against a ship, pursuing me by day and tormenting me at night. I have no peace; turbulent is my soul, my spirit trembles. Hearken, O Most Holy One and help me. Intercede before the dear Lord that He may have mercy on me and forgive the sins I have committed. O Most Holy Mother of Jesus, Thy grace is great, and the mightiest opponent to the powers of Hades. Thou art able to save even the greatest of sinners who, having been cast into the depths of hell by unclean powers, should call upon Thee. So too, save me, for lo, Satan will have me stumble and will destroy my faith, but I trust in the Lord. I magnify Thee, Who art more holy than the Cherubim and the Seraphim.
Amen.
By Father Arseny, an Orthodox priest held prisoner in a Soviet Gulag
O my beloved Queen, my hope, O Mother of God, protector of orphans and protector of those who are hurt, the savior of those who perish and the consolation of all those who are in distress, thou seest my misery, thou seest my sorrow and my loneliness. Help me—I am powerless; give me strength. Thou knowest what I suffer, thou knowest my grief: Lend me thy hand, for who else can be my hope but thee, my protector and my intercessor before God? I have sinned before thee and before all people. Be my Mother, my consoler, my helper. Protect me and save me, chase grief away from me, chase my lowness of heart and my despondency. Help me, O Mother of my God!
Prayer for Mental Health
O Master, Lord my God, in Whose hands is my destiny: Help me according to Thy mercy, and leave me not to perish in my transgressions, nor allow me to follow them who place desires of the flesh over those of the spirit. I am Thy creation; disdain not the work of Thy hands. Turn not away; be compassionate and humiliate me not, neither scorn me, O Lord, as I am weak. I have fled unto Thee as my Protector and God. Heal my soul, for I have sinned against Thee. Save me for Thy mercy's sake, for I have cleaved unto Thee from my youth; let me who seeks Thee not be put to shame by being rejected by Thee for mine unclean actions, unseemly thoughts, and unprofitable remembrances. Drive away from me every filthy thing and excess of evil. For Thou alone art holy, alone mighty, and alone immortal, in all things having unexcelled might, which, through Thee, is given to all that strive against the devil and the might of his armies. For unto Thee is due all glory, honor and worship: To the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen.
Prayer to Saint Brigid of Ireland
Saint Brigid, You were a woman of peace. You brought harmony where there was conflict. You brought light to the darkness. You brought hope to the downcast. May the mantle of your peace cover those who are troubled and anxious, and may peace be firmly rooted in our hearts and in our world. Inspire us to act justly and to reverence all God has made. Brigid you were a voice for the wounded and the weary. Strengthen what is weak within us. Calm us into a quietness that heals and listens. May we grow each day into greater wholeness in mind, body and spirit.
Prayer to Saint Dymphna
Good Saint Dymphna, great wonder-worker in every affliction of mind and body, I humbly implore your powerful intercession with Jesus through Mary, the Health of the Sick, in my present need. (Mention it.) Saint Dymphna, martyr of purity, patroness of those who suffer with nervous and mental afflictions, beloved child of Jesus and Mary, pray to Them for me and obtain my request.
(Pray one Our Father, one Hail Mary and one Glory Be.)
Saint Dymphna, Virgin and Martyr, pray for us.

John 10:10 (ESV): The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. 1. What does the devil seek to steal? He seeks to steal our identity and give us a false sense of self which we then place on the throne. We idolize and worship ourselves and others, the creature, rather than the creator. In a sense brainwashed and then being barricaded inside that identity with walls all around. How do we escape our captivity and imprisonment? The only way out is to be broken. Those walls torn down and replaced with our true identity in Christ as a child of God. What does it mean to be a child of God? It means we were selected from the beginning. It means we receive an eternal inheritance and that we are adopted. Literally, grafted into son-ship as a brother or sister of Jesus. Nothing can take that away, not even the devil. We are eternally secure. Now I ask you, is that a free pass to do whatever we want because we've been set free? Absolutely not. Once we receive salvation we seek only to do His will and when we go against that we feel convicted and we strive to do as He would want. When we slip we promptly admit it and repent. I beg you to examine your hearts. Do you feel convicted when you go against the grain? Do you seek His will? Or are you just going through the motions? Have you accepted Christ or are you waiting for a different opportunity? I urge you to accept Him into your hearts while you can because the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
Ephesians 1:3–10 (ESV): Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ 10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.
John 1:11–13 (ESV): He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. 12 But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. 2. What does the devil seek to kill? He seeks to kill our purpose. What is our purpose? Our purpose is to do the will of God. The devil kills our purpose by blinding us to our purpose. The world and the prince of this world (Satan) lays a veil over our heads (eyes to see, ears to hear, and the mouth to confess Jesus as our Lord and Savior). He lays traps to ensnare us but he doesn't force us to sin, but rather tempts us with subtle suggestion. However when we stop seeking the worlds "sense of completion" and seek after the things of God Christ pulls the veil from our eyes so that we can see these traps. What are some examples of worldly things? Drugs, alcohol, sex, money, power, fame, etc. What are the things of God? Love, peace, joy, peace, righteousness, etc. Are we chasing the desires of the flesh or are we hungry and thirsty for the things of God?
Galatians 5:16–24 (ESV): But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21 envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. 24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
2 Timothy 2:22–26 (ESV): So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 23 Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. 24 And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, 25 correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 26 and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will. 3. How does the devil seek to destroy us? He seeks to destroy our relationships with God, ourselves, and others. The devil is the accuser and he gets that title naturally. He accuses us by leading us to sin against God and once we sin he causes us to feel shame, guilt, fear, regret, anger, doubt, secrecy, and all manner of spiritual and emotional turmoil that isolates us and sends us further into sin. What is sin? Sin by definition is a separation from God. What does separation from God look like? It means that we are void of His presence. God is light and in Him is no darkness. To be separated from Him means to be in total darkness. God is the living water. To be apart from Him means we thirst. He is the bread of life. This means without Him we starve. God is the Word made flesh. To be separated from Him means we're separated from His knowledge and wisdom. God is the healer of the sick and injured. To not have this means eternity of weeping and gnashing of teeth. We take for granted the things in life that can only be explained as the presence of God. But to ignore these things we forsake what God has given us and will suffer complete absence from Him eternally.
James 1:13–15 (ESV): Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. 14 But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. 15 Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death.
1 Peter 5:6–11 (ESV): Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. 10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. 11 To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen. 4. What does it mean to have life? Furthermore, to have it abundantly? Abundant life comes from our life in Christ and of the abundance of eternal blessings supplied by Him. Satan doesn't want us to have an abundant life. He seeks to kill, steal, and destroy all our eternal blessings by leading us to a life of complacency. What does it mean to be complacent? To be complacent is to procrastinate. It also means that we consider ourselves to far gone to be saved or to think that there will be time in the future to seek salvation. There are many ways to be complacent and it's in non-action that the devil takes action. Are we taking action or are we being complacent? So how do we get an abundant life? We accept the sacrifice of God's only begotten son Jesus Christ and rest assuredly in His eternal salvation. We flee from the devil. How do we draw closer to God? We first seek His kingdom and all things will be added to it.
James 4:4–8 (ESV): You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5 Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in us”? 6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.
So in conclusion I prompt you to Seek God, seek His kingdom, and accept His sacrifice and His salvation. Flee from the devil, being firm in your faith, shun the world and it's wicked ways because friendship with the world is enmity with God. I pray that this blog reaches you where you're at and touches your heart. May God bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you and please feel free to reach out to me with questions or prayer requests.

The church lay in complete silence around them, save the sound of the sandstorm raging outside.
Lightning crackled along the planet, lighting up everything with blue and purples in intermittent bursts. Thunder rumbled quick succession, shaking the windows that lay blotted out with raging, yellowed wind.
Safe inside, though, were them. Just Vash and Wolfwood, alone, without a single disturbance in the world for one of the first times in a long while.
They'd been traveling when the storm rolled in, and Wolfwood had grabbed Vash and dragged him into the nearest building - one single, abandoned church in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the ruins of a one great town. The church sat as the final reminder of the place that once existed.
They'd locked the doors behind them, and settled in for the night. There was no way they could travel until the storm let up, leaving them trapped for several hours.
And when Vash had been thumbing through old religious texts he'd found behind the pulpit, and innocently asked, "Hey, were you ever Baptized?", he thought it to be an innocent question. He really did.
He never expected Wolfwood's hands to move to his hips, and for a pair of lips to touch his ear, and whisper, "Not officially, but... you can certainly Baptize me, if you'd like."
He'd turned to look at his partner, saw the swirling pits of shadows in his eyes, and immediately understood.
That was how they'd ended up in their current situation.
Wolfwood on his knees in front of the altar, coat thrown across the room, white shirt completely unbuttoned, peering up at Vash like he were looking at the depiction of God, reverence and worship in his gaze and expression. His hands lay in his lap, bound by the rosary he usually wore around his neck. His dick was pulled from his pants as well, standing proud inches from the large, silver cross.
Vash, standing above him, cock in hand, slowly stroking it just an inch or so from Wolfwood's upturned face. His flower petal covered, leaking Plant cock slowly dribbled forth sticky nectar from it's crown, a little right now, but Vash, and Wolfwood, both knew this would be grow much worse the longer they went on.
Which Vash imagined was what Wolfwood had in mind in the first place.
"You have asked to have yourself Baptized today," Vash said, his voice echoing through the expanded pulpit. "In doing so, you are accepting the responsibility of training yourself in the practice of faith. It will be your duty to upkeep God's commandments, by loving God and others. Do you clearly understand what you undertaking?"
Wolfwood grinned lopsided, and nodded. "Of course, Reverend."
"Then the church welcomes you with great joy, my child. In it's name, I claim you for Chris our Savior by the sign of his cross. I now trace the cross on your body-" Vash took a small nudge of a step forward, and lifted his cock to Wolfwood's mouth.
Slowly, he traced the symbol of a cross across his pouting lips, leaving a shining path in its wake.
"We now ask God to give this child new life in abundance," Vash whispered, and carefully spread his crown along Wolfwood's lips, before stroking his hand up and down his aching erection. A bit of nectar spilled forth and fell to Wolfwood's lips, where he lapped it up with a desperate tongue.
This entire situation had no right being this insanely delicious.
"Do you reject sin, so as to live in the freedom of God's children?"
Wolfwood nodded, and Vash pushed his crown forward, into his hot, wet mouth - but only by one small inch.
"Do you reject the glamour of evil, and refuse to be mastered by sin?"
Wolfwood moaned a yes, his mouth vibrating around Vash's cock.
Vash gave him another inch, sinking slow into that beautiful fucking mouth, the underside slick against his soft, velvet tongue.
"Do you reject Satan, father of sin and prince of darkness?"
Wolfwood's tied hands lifted and fell to his own dick, shoving the thick girth between his palms. It looked obscene, watching his dark crown appear amongst the rosary binding the tops of his hands, the glittering beads looking at odds against the sexual sight.
Vash fucking loved it, and took it as a yes, and shoved his dick in a couple more inches than he meant to.
"Do you believe in God, the Father almighty, the creator of Heaven and No Man's Land?"
Wolfwood began jerking himself off the best he could with his hands completely bound, and nodded, fast, desperate, and Vash gave him another inch. He felt his throat closing around his cock now, constricting ever so slightly as he grew nearer.
"Do you believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting?"
Wolfwood moaned, the slick sound his own menstruations filling the pulpit now, his throat choking around the girth. He sounded beautiful as Vash pushed in the rest of the way.
He immediately began thrusting deep into his throat, choking him, spilling his semi-leaking nectar into his throat, and Wolfwood took it. He took every inch as it slipped passed the resistance, he kept his tongue flat, his mouth pliant, completely giving up everything for the control of Vash's cock.
Vash curled his free hand into Wolfwood's hair to keep him steady, and fucked into him hard.
He relished in the sounds of his choking. Of his sputtering. Of the sight of drool leaking down his chin and lips, of his hands trying to go faster and faster on his own erection, the sound of the cross jangling against the beads becoming louder and louder.
The intoxicating environment of it all proved too much for Vash, though. He'd not touched his own dick in weeks, and neither had Wolfwood, the two of them too busy during their travels to have time for each other's naked bodies, so he knew he wouldn't last long.
The familiar tendrils of white hot pleasure coursing through his stomach came as no surprise, and he gasped through it, quickly trying to rasp out the rest of the sacrament to keep this hot little roleplay going.
"Is it your will to be Baptized by me in the faith of the church?"
Wolfwood made a noise that sounded like a mix of a sob and a desperate yes, please!
Vash had heard enough.
He yanked his cock from Wolfwood's mouth, and took it in his hand once more. Fast and slick, he jerked himself from base to crown as fast as he could, hard and quick.
His orgasm hit him in a swirl of heat.
"I Baptize you in the name of the Father-"
Nectar and seed mixing together shot forth and landed in a glittery string on Wolfwood's cheek.
"And of the Son-"
Another pulse landed on his chin.
"And of the Holy Spirit."
The full burst of his sweet smelling orgasm hit Wolfwood in the open, waiting mouth, landing on his tongue in a torrent of sticky sweetness, and he drank it, lapped it up, his hands going faster and faster along his own cock.
When he swallowed, Vash yanked his head backwards, staring down at him with strength and a pounding in his chest. Wolfwood's dazed, glassy eyes met him, face covered in Vash's seed, throat bobbing with little mewls of heated sound.
"I have freed you from sin, given you a new birth by water and the Holy Spirit, and welcomed you into this holy place," Vash said with a gruff, deep, dark tone in his voice, sultry - it surprised even him, and Wolfwood seemed to fucking love it, if the way he moaned louder was an indication.
The clattering of his cross and beads increased, till it was echoing around the church in tandem with Vash's prayers and Wolfwood's moans.
"I anointed you with the chrism of salvation, so you may live always as a member of my body, sharing everlasting life with me, and only me-"
A shout of reverent prayer left Wolfwood's lips, as white spend shot from between the rosary and overflowed onto his bound hands. It coated the glittering cross in a terrible, sinful display of religion.
Holy fuck.
Holy fuck.
Vash felt on the verge of a panic at the sheer attraction he'd just felt toward the man on his knees in front of him, and Wolfwood, once his body subsided from it's tremors and after shocks, looked up at Vash with a small smile on his sullied face.
"Amen."

The Substitute
God’s perfectly holy, righteous, and just character demanded that he punish sin, hence sinners, appropriately. In order for sinful human beings to avoid such eternal condemnation God expressed his loving-kindness and chose to punish a fully adequate substitute― exclusively, Jesus Christ―thus allowing sinners to receive mercy.
On the cross Jesus Christ, the willing substitute, became the object of God’s just wrath against sin making it a certainty that the redemption of man clearly came at God’s expense. And like many Christian doctrines, the atonement contains considerable divine mystery. The truth about Christ's sacrifice on the cross is inexhaustible through human reflection. Nevertheless, let's look at some biblical word pictures surrounding the "atonement," with help from Shai Linne;
Regeneration: the Holy Spirit's true work in His love to the elect, who receive new birth from above. Expiation: means God's removed my filthiness Ohe old testament type was the goat into the wilderness. Redemption: we've been freed from slavery to sin and His very own blood is the price He paid, my friend. Propitiation: means since the Lamb has died His work is finished- God's wrath is satisfied. Adoption- means God is now my Father I got the hottest Poppa and by the Spirit holler Abba. Reconciliation: means there's no more enmity God is now a friend to me, and we're no longer enemies. Justification: God declares us righteous. Sanctification: we're being made into His likeness. Glorification: that's what happens at the finish when God conforms believers perfectly to Christ's image!
God's grace is magnificent, He slayed His innocent Son- through faith and repentance we get the benefits.
What is faith? Faith is a gift from God- when we receive this we trust and treasure the person and finished work of Jesus. What is Repentance? Repentance is turning from your sin and trusting Christ as the Spirit cleanses you within. What is grace? Oh, grace is unmerited favor, our inheritance major, 'cause we cherish the Savior.
Right, and if I may quote again, we were doomed with Satan but believers get Jesus' righteousness through imputation.
What is Imputation? God takes Jesus' righteousness amount through faith he credits it into the Christian's account.
Anything else? Well, I guess this overview must suffice but none of this is possible apart from union with Christ.
And finally, once you know the ways of the Lord then the only thing that you can say is Soli Deo Gloria!
The solution to man's greatest problem, the sin that separates a person from God, is found in the perfect life, sacrificial death, and glorious resurrection of the God-man, Jesus Christ. God's perfect love and justice meet together for all to see in the atonement. As the apostle, John declared:
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. [1 John 4:10]

Proverbs: God's Wisdom for Daily Living
Devotional Scripture:
Proverbs 15:10-12(KJV): 10 Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die. 11 Hell and destruction are before the LORD: how much more than the hearts of the children of men? 12 A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him: neither will he go unto the wise. Proverbs 15:10-12(Amp): 10 There is severe discipline for him who forsakes God's way, and he who hates reproof will die (physically, morally, and spiritually). 11 Sheol (the place of the dead) and Abaddon (the abyss, the final place of the accuser Satan) both are before the Lord; how much more than the hearts of the children of men? 12 A scorner has no love for one who rebukes him, neither will he go to the wise (for counsel).
Thought for the Day
Verse 10 - Correction and reproof keep a man on the path of life. Just as a child requires correction to learn the things that will help him grow and mature properly, we all need the correction of our heavenly Father to avoid the things that can destroy us. Notice that the death spoken of is physical, moral, and spiritual. All who are without Christ are spiritually dead, though they do not know it. Only with Christ and by His guidance can we safely journey through this life.
"And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins: Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)" (Ephesians 2:1-6).
Verse 11 - If hell and the place of the dead are visible to God, how much more are men's hearts visible to Him? We may be able to deceive people into thinking that we are good Christians, but God sees our hearts. If we are not walking in the truth, He knows it. We will reap what we sow. If we belong to Christ, our lives should show it.
Verse 12 - Fools despise correction and their pride keeps them from coming to the wise ones for guidance. Their lusts and desires lead them. If they do not repent and turn to Jesus, their end will be hell. The Lord does not desire that anyone should perish, but because He has given each of us the gift of free will, we choose whom we serve, either God or Satan. We may think we can choose to serve ourselves, but this is not an option. If we serve ourselves, we are serving Satan. God has given us, His children, the task of sharing the Gospel with those around us so that they will have the opportunity to accept Christ as their Savior and escape hell (2 Peter 3:9). May we welcome the Lord's correction so that we will not open the door for Satan to attack us through our rebellion and sin. May we also pray for and witness to the lost so that they may be saved and escape the torments of hell.
Prayer Devotional for the Day
Father God, thank you that You are a good Father to me. Deliver me of any rebellion that would cause me to ignore Your leading in my life. Strengthen and help me, so that I will always be an obedient child. I do appreciate Your patience toward me. Give me patience with those around me who do not know You. Let me share the gospel in love with each of them. Thank you, for delivering me from hell. I am grateful for the promise of Your presence with me in this life and the promise of heaven to come. Lord, watch over all of Your children and keep us from evil. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen. From: Steven P. “My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast and confident! I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to You.” —Psalm 57:7 (AMP)
“O God, my heart is steadfast [with confident faith]: I will sing, I will sing praises, even with my soul.” —Psalm 108:1 (AMP)
“A Steadfast Heart” By Joyce Meyer:
“In order to experience victory in our lives and achieve great things for God, it is crucial that we choose to be determined. The Bible says that Jesus steadfastly and determinedly set His face to go to Jerusalem (Luke 9:51 AMPC), and we can do the same thing as we live for God. If we are going to accomplish anything worthwhile, it is important we “steadfastly and determinedly” set our face in that direction and not give up.
When you receive Christ as your Savior and Lord, Satan will oppose you at every turn. He wants you to give up! The devil is not going to roll out a red carpet for us just because we decide to receive Christ. But Jesus has already overcome the devil. Satan is a defeated foe. His opposition is not strong enough to stop you if you are close to God, walking in His strength and will for your life.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that everything in life should be easy for us. Ask for God’s help, receive His grace, and be determined to do the will of God, to stay positive and happy, and to walk in the peace of God no matter what.
Prayer of the Day: Father, please help me to be determined to accomplish great things for You. Strengthen me to not give up, even when facing opposition.” Amen.🙏

Yes all good points. And it is likely that there are lots of Jewish roots here.
There's also that conspiracy theory that Diana had the holy blood (descendent of JC) and that this plan was cooked up years ago to have a savior king and that Catherine was key to that plan bringing together a mix of Tudor and Stuart blood (Diana) and Plantagenet blood (Catherine) together with the Holy Blood making George the most British and most divine King ever! Preceded by the Sun King William born at Summer Solstice to raise the Savior King.
*DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.*
Last I checked having Jewish heritage wasn't a crime. And after all, JC was a rabbi and million of Christians believe he is the way.
Many rabbit holes and burrows with this post on Quora. But if you are interested in the secrets, do read the Holy Blood and Holy Grail. A very good historical research piece.
Then you have this...
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
Foretelling of a King, a saviour King. That would be George.
Any wonder why George was called George?
The legend of Saint George and the Dragon describes the saint taming and slaying a dragon that demanded human sacrifices. We celebrate St. George's Day on April 23 — the anniversary of his death in 303 AD. The patron saint of England has captivated British imaginations since the Crusades and the Hundred Years' War.
St George is the patron saint of England.
The English flag is St Georges cross.
Prince George was born on 22 July. 22 is a master number. Signaling an evolved being. Of a spiritual mastery nature.
But guess who was born on St Georges day and could be the Divine King to save us on the day of reckoning?
Prince Louis! That is who is born on 23 April.
And then with the spiritual mastery of George and the saintly quality of Louis, where diez that leave Charlotte.
Well her feast day is 2 May.
Saint Athanasius of Alexandria
Also known as
• Athanasius of Egypt
• Champion of Christ's Divinity
• Athanasius the Great
• Champion of Orthodoxy
• Father of Orthodoxy
• Greek Doctor of the Church
• Holy Hierarch
• Pillar of the Church
And let's face it, Prince Philip brought in the Greek Orthodox blood to the Royal family.
Any one who has bred bloodlines to create the near perfect horse, dog or cat would understand that you bring in and mix celebrated lines of near perfection in order to achieve the best of the best.
So in this hundreds year old conspiracy or prophecy... is that the Universe or God, or the Knights Templar, or the Freemasonry (take your pick) have been pulling the strings behind the scenes to create a King of Kings in time for the Apocalypse. In time to defeat Satan and the depraved, and the evil (and the democrats) . And bring us to perfect purity in time for judgement day.

Satanic Illuminati royalty dies at 87. The Bible says lose your soul. You can't sell it. Satan worshippers can repent of their sins & worship Jesus Christ & get forgiveness from God. The satanic Illuminati is anti-Christ & they love the numbers 13 & 33. Revelation 13 is the chapter that talks about the 1st & 2nd Beast (the Antichrist & the False Prophet) demanding the Mark of the Beast. Mark 13:13 says that we will be hated  for the name of Jesus, but if we endure as followers of Jesus Christ until the end then we will be saved from damnation in Hell. They love the number 33, because Jesus possibly died at 33 & 33% of the angels were kicked out of heaven with satan & turned into fallen angels/demons that are condemned to the eternal Lake of Fire. We'll get the crown of eternal life if we keep our faith in Jesus Christ until we die. Pay attention to how many news or movie statistics have 13 or 33 in them. The Antichrist & rapture are close. Go to Messiah2030 on YouTube to see how 53 Bible prophecies point to 2030 being the return of Jesus Christ. Watch Pope Francis and His Lies: The False Prophet Exposed, on YouTube. Fasting & praying to get closer to God, studying scripture daily, praising Jesus, sharing scripture, obeying Jesus, praying for everyone, loving God more than everything, loving everyone sincerely, remembering that it's people versus demons influencing people praying about everything in Jesus' name & trusting God's perfect will, word & timing are essential in these last days. The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Matt. 18:7 Temptations are inevitable, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting. Watch Died Suddenly on Rumble. The vaccines are killing people. Research it. Pray for everyone that got a vaccine. Look up Dr. Peter A. McCulloughThe Image of the Beast technology from Revelation 13 is live & always active & against people. Microsoft patented #060606 from Rev.13 The Mark of the Beast/Antichrist. Guard your eyes, ears & heart. It's like the Eagle Eye movie. Father, I pray for everybody to know the gospel of Jesus Christ, to know that they are loved by you, & can be forgiven. In Jesus' name. Amen. Movies & secular music promote pride, lust, blasphemy, violence, greed, gluttony, witchcraft, hate, drugs & alcohol. Guard your heart. People that die without Jesus Christ as their Lord, God & Savior get judged & then get thrown into the Lake of Fire Revelation 20:15. Watch John MacArthur sermons on YouTube, the gotquestions app & a Bible app that reads to you. Put the New Testament on repeat. God warns Christians to not associate with Christians that have sex outside of marriage or are drunkards 1 Cor 5:9-11. 1 Peter 4:7 The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers. W.W.J.D? Be holy, humble, pure, sober, loving & meek. Glorify God & please God with your thoughts & behavior. GOD WARNS US TO FLEE LUST & PRIDE. Friends should draw you closer to holiness & Jesus Christ. If they pull you towards sin more than holiness then you should walk away. Obey Jesus Christ. Fellow Christians, please share this. 🙏

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: - 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV
This is the primary message of the Gospel Truth of Christ. It is the basis of our Christian faith. Paul is telling the Corinthians that this is the teaching that they must hold fast to. We have been saved to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. What does being saved mean to you? When I read the Gospel books and the letters from the Apostles to the churches, I understand that being saved means that the gates of Heaven have been opened to me; but that I must choose to enter them.
Many doors and gates are open to us each day of our lives. Some of these, we choose to enter and others we walk past, some of them we walk past quickly! If we accept the fact that we are saved by Jesus Christ, it comes with the responsibility to share the Good News and to work with Jesus to bring a message of love and the need for justice to a world that is not always open to it. Christianity is more than a belief system - It is a way of life! We can walk through the doors of prayer, compassion and forgiveness, or we can walk through the doors of envy, discrimination and indifference. It's not enough to claim Jesus Christ as your Savior if you don't let Him lead you to His Truth and salvation and to the gates of the Kingdom.
Jesus is our Savior and He is also our LORD and King and that demands loyalty. Remember the Israelites: Things didn't work out so well when they were unfaithful and worshiped idols. We are not immune from worshiping idols either. We may not build altars to Baal, but some may build shrines to their favorite sports "idol." Others might put actors and actresses, singers or money or even themselves first in their lives over putting God first. Walking through these doors leads us to damnation and away from God and the gates of Heaven, not toward them. We need to believe in and follow Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ and we need to follow the road to the Kingdom of Heaven. God sent His only begotten Son to save us and open the gates to the Kingdom of Heaven to us. May He help us keep our eyes on the prize. The only one that truly matters!
Thank God for His strength and guidance when we are faced with sin. Thank Him for His mercy and grace. Through Bible study and prayer, God reveals His wisdom and guides us to see opportunities to grow closer to Him and grow spiritually. He gives us direction to live our lives according to His Holy Word and will. We must make God top priority everyday! May we be motivated to spread God's Holy Word and Gospel Truth to all the Earth, knowing that it is the only hope of all those lost in their sins. Let us not hold out a false hope for men to be saved without the Gospel, but instead, strive to do our part to get the Gospel out to a lost and dying world.
Leaning on Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ through prayer and His Holy Word and Spirit strengthens us and our knowledge and wisdom about God and His Gospel Truth, exposing these imposters. May God help us to seek and lean on Him daily to gain the strength, wisdom and spiritual discernment needed to expose Satan and his imposters who seek to destroy us and God's ultimate Truth. Everyday, we must remember to share Jesus Christ's Gospel Truth with the world and to thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for the grace that He poured out for us on the cross at Calvary. He has freed us from the burdens of sin and from the eternal damnation of Hell. In all we say and do, may all praise, honor and glory always be given to Him and His Kingdom of Heaven.
With renewed minds, hearts and wills, let us serve Him humbly and faithfully out of pure love and grateful rejoicing. May He remind us of His presence and to remain at peace, fully knowing that all will be well because He is always with us. Let us seek Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ today and everyday with all our heart and being, looking for His love, light and will for our lives with each step we take. Let us seek to please Him with our thoughts, words, and deeds and seek to advance His Kingdom of Heaven and His glory with our lives. Let us seek Him from a pure and humble heart, and when we so seek, we believe Him and His promise that we will find. May He help us all to be more sensitive to the teaching ministry of His Holy Word and Spirit, relying on Him and allowing Him to speak to us and guide us every step of our Christian journey.
God gave us the Holy Bible - His living and Holy Word - to let us know of Him and His abiding love and care as well as guide and prepare us for all our lives. May He help us encourage one another as we continue our walk with Him and our duty to Him daily. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for being present for all our new beginnings and all our lives. May He redirect any anxiety we feel as He provides countless opportunities for growth and change. May we humble ourselves before God always, asking Him to forgive our sins and make our hearts and lives anew through His Holy Word and Spirit. May He help us make Him and His Holy Word top priority, so we can grow spiritually and grow in our relationship with Him as we apply it to our daily lives. Thank God that we can focus on Him and everything about Him, for that is what keeps us sane and at peace. May our words and actions always be a reflection of Him and His Holy Word and Spirit and will.
May He help us to always walk in His grace and Holy Spirit, not by our own measure. May He give us the humble humility to know that our freedom and eternal salvation is found only in Him, so that His grace may sustain us, and we may never lose sight of His love and light and mercy. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for calling us to Him and to serve Him. May He equip us to do all that He has called us to do so that as He works through us, He may use us to produce fruit, to reach others, and to encourage all brothers and sisters in Christ. May He work all of these things in us and through us for His Kingdom and His glory. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for all His creation, for His miraculous ways and for everything He does and has done for us! Keep the faith and keep moving forward in your walk with Jesus! He loves us and He knows what is best for us. Seek, follow and trust in Him - Always!
Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for His Holy Word and for sending His Holy Spirit so that we might have His grace, not only to awaken us and transform our hearts in our spiritual rebirth and guarantee our eternity with Him, but to also call upon Him whenever we are in need. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for all the reminders of His love and mercy and faithfulness within His Holy Word. He is bigger than any challenge or circumstance in our lives. Knowing this within our minds and our hearts, nothing can deter our faith in Him and His Truth. May we all accept Him and His eternal gift of salvation and ask that He would transform our hearts and lives according to His will and ways. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for His Holy Spirit who saves, seals and leads us. May we always thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for His almighty power and saving grace. For He is our strength, and He alone is able to save us, forgive our sins and gift us eternal salvation and entry into His Kingdom of Heaven.
May we make sure that we give our hearts and lives to God and take time to seek and praise Him and share His Truth with the world daily. May the LORD our God and Father in Heaven help us to stay diligent and obedient and help us to guard our hearts in Him and His Holy Word daily. May He help us to remain faithful and full of excitement to do our duty to Him and for His glorious return and our reunion in Heaven as well as all that awaits us there. May we never forget to thank the LORD our God and our Creator and Father in Heaven for all this and everything He does and has done for us! May we never forget who He is, nor forget who we are in Christ and that God is always with us! What a mighty God we serve! What a Savior this is! What a wonderful LORD, God, Savior and King we have in Jesus Christ! What a loving Father we have found in Almighty God! What a wonderful God we serve! His will be done!
Thanks and glory be to God! Blessed be the name of the LORD! Hallelujah and Amen!

𓆩Chapter 9.5 - And I scream through shattered glasses𓆪
𓆩 Previous 𓆪 ♱ 𓆩 Masterlist 𓆪 ♱ 𓆩 Next 𓆪
CW: Domestic abuse, lady whumpee.
Tumblr media
If they said one more thing, Katherine would scream. Scream at them to shut up, to stop acting like she was lucky to be with him. They bought his savior act, and looked at her as a shrew. Just the way her personal devil wanted.
A wine in glass in one hand, she listened to the wives of Joseph's friends complaining about their husbands. They weren't her friends. They didn't want to, and he didn't allow her to. Yet, they played pretend in the hellish suburban act.
The straw that broke the camel's back was a simple phrase.
"Joseph seems so sweet to you," Amelia said, "unlike the brute I have at home."
Katherine didn't register any other words that came from her mouth after that.
Sweet? She squeezed the cross hanging around her neck, trying to keep herself calm. But it was to no avail. Her blood boiled. She wanted to laugh. She wanted to cry. She wanted to scream, yet she couldn't. She couldn't, because he never let her scream.
Before she knew it, the glass had been thrown to the floor, shattering into a thousand tiny pieces. All eyes turned to her.
Joseph's eyes met hers as soon as he walked in. 'Bad decision, Kate', they said with a familiar tone she could hear in her bones.
She knew all too well what came next. The same sick, satanic ritual to keep his image.
He came to her with a fake, worried face after quickly understanding what happened, and held her chin.
"Oh, Kate. Are you unwell again? Poor thing. You should rest now, come."
If only God would help her, open their eyes and have any of them hold her arm and tell him to not take her away. But they had done this many, many, many, many, many, many times. They both knew no one would do anything. And they both knew she couldn't do anything.
She stood and let him take her to their room - his room more than hers - with each step increasing her terror and dread.
They had done this many, many, many, many, many times. But it never made it easier.
Joseph locked the door behind them and leaned on it.
"What were you hoping to accomplish, hm? I know you are smarter than this. I know you understand there was only one outcome for the little outburst you had earlier. Don't you?"
"Yes…" She croaked, stuck in place by pure fear.
"Undress."
She dug her nails into her palms and bit his lips, but didn't move.
"Undress, Katherine. I'm not going to ask you one more time."
Katherine took her dress off with shaky hands, letting it fall to the floor. Then, she knelt by the bed and gripped the sheets before he decided to force her too.
The moments he took to get his instrument of torture lasted an eternity. The first blow of the crop came without a warning, making her yelp.
"Quiet," he warned.
She gritted her teeth so hard she was sure they would crack. But they didn't. They didn't all the other times. And they didn't crack this time as Joseph mercilessly flogged her, surely enjoying every second of it.
He only stopped when she was a sobbing mess and her back was raw, as he usually did. He sat at the bed close to her and held her chin, wiping her tears.
"You understand why I do that, don't you?" He repeated a similar speech to all previous times. "I want us to have a happy married life. We can't have that if you keep throwing tantrums."
It was a lie. They both knew. She came to know her tormentor and that made her even more frightened, as she understood he enjoyed watching her squirm and fight to no avail.
And then he said those disgusting words, so sweet she could have believed, if he hadn't tried to kill her and break her in every way he knew. "I love you, Kate."
'Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name,' she prayed, as she always did when he said that, 'please, listen to the prayer of your servant.'
'I know you have a plan. I know this must be your will. But I can't bear this anymore.'
'Please, take him away. Please, take him away to Hell where this sinner belongs.'
'Before I become a sinner by doing it myself.'

Building His Worldwide Church
https://www.unitedbyprayer.com/united-by-prayer-wall/building-his-worldwide-church
The Church was not to be founded on Peter the person, but upon the eternally significant confession of faith about the person of Christ that God revealed to him. For over 2000 years, the Lord Jesus has been Building His Worldwide Church. The Church consists of all those that have trusted His name. They are the called-out ones, men and women that have been called out of the dark kingdom of Satan and placed into the glorious kingdom of His dear Son. The Church that Christ has been building is different from any other group of people, it has been built up of men and women of all races and languages, Jews and Gentiles who are being united to form a new temple, a residence for God where Christ is the Head.  We are living stones who have put our faith in the confession that Peter once made, so many years ago: "JESUS is the Messiah. JESUS is the Christ, the anointed One. JESUS is the Son of the living God." And on this confession of faith, Jesus said, "On this Rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
"And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Our United Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You that we are Your children and that Christ is the Rock of our salvation. Thank you for building a worldwide church of believers in you. Let us all understand Lord, the Church is not a building, it is  of all those that have trusted in Your name that are of the Church of believers in You. May we build our confession of faith upon Christ and Christ alone, Who is our precious Savior and loving Friend. In His name we pray, AMEN.

Daily Prayer Covering
Dear Heavenly Father, I pray this prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I bind, rebuke and bring to no effect; all division, discord, disunity, strife, wrath, murder, criticism, condemnation, pride, envy, jealously, gossip, slander, evil speaking, complaining, lying, false teaching, false gifts, false manifestations, lying signs and wonders, poverty, fear of lack,
fear spirits, deceiving spirits, religious spirits, hindering spirits,
retaliatory spirits, occult spirits, witchcraft spirits (including Jezebel,
Delilah, and Apollyon the Destroyer), spirits of antichrist and all familiar and
territorial spirits.
I bind all curses that have been spoken against me. I bless those who curse
me, and pray blessings on those who despitefully use me. I bind all spoken
judgments made against me, and judgments I have made against others. I bind the power of negative words from others, and I bind and render useless all prayers not inspired by the Holy Spirit; whether psychic, soul force, witchcraft,
or counterfeit tongues that have been prayed against me.
I am God's child. I resist the devil. No weapon formed against me shall prosper.
I put on the whole armor of God. I take authority over this day, in Jesus name.
Let it be prosperous for me, and let me walk in your love, Lord.
The Holy Spirit leads and guides me today and fills me with all needed gifting and
graces. I discern between the righteous and the wicked. I take authority over
Satan and all his demons, and those people who are influenced by them. I declare
Satan is under my feet and shall remain there all day.
I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am God's property. Satan, you
are bound from my family, my mind, my body, my home, and my finances. I confess
that I am healed and whole. I flourish, am long lived, stable, durable,
incorruptible, fruitful, virtuous, full of peace, patience and love. Whatsoever
I set my hands to do shall prosper for God supplies all my needs. I have all
authority over Satan, all demons, and beasts of the field.
God, I pray for the ministry You have for me. Anoint me God for all you have
called me to do for You. I call forth divine appointments, open doors of
opportunity; God ordained encounters and ministry positions.
I claim a hedge of protection, by the Precious Blood of Jesus, around myself,
spouse and children (names), throughout this day and night. I ask You God, in
the name of Jesus, to dispatch angels to surround me, my spouse, my children,
godchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, today and everyday, and to
put them throughout my house and around our cars, souls and bodies. I call on
Your holy angels to protect my house from any intrusion and to protect me and my
family from any harmful demonic or other physical or mental attacks. I ask all
of this in the name of Jesus.
"God indeed is my savior; I am confident and unafraid. My strength and my
courage is the Lord, and He has been my Savior" (Isaiah 12:2).
Amen.
The Daily Prayer Covering has been around for many years. I’ve been praying it for 25+ years. I am unsure of the author. It’s obviously packed with scriptural reference and Holy Spirit anointed. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and make His face to shine upon you, may you walk in His peace today.
In His Amazing Love,
Beauty for Ashes-Hope and Healing in Jesus Christ

Daily Devotionals for December 15, 2023
Proverbs: God's Wisdom for the Day Devotional Scripture:
Proverbs 30:20-23 (KJV): 20 Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness. 21 For three things the earth is disquieted, and for four which it cannot bear: 22 For a servant when he reigneth; and a fool when he is filled with meat; 23 For an odious woman when she is married; and a handmaid that is heir to her mistress. Proverbs 30:20-23 (AMP): 20 This is the way of an adulterous woman: she eats and wipes her mouth and says, I have done no wickedness. 21 Under three things the earth is disquieted, and under four it cannot bear up: 22 Under a servant when he reigns, a (empty-headed) fool when he is filled with food, 23 An unloved and repugnant woman when she is married, and a maidservant when she supplants her mistress.
Thought for the Day
Verses 20-23 - These verses describe an array of people who are types of rebellious sinners who cause trouble for others.
An Adulterous Woman: This woman simply does what she does, in the same way a person would eat a meal and wipe his mouth after they finish. She is so hardened, that she feels no guilt and claims she has done no wrong. The Bible tells us that we are all sinners in need of a Savior and that we must confess our sins and ask God to forgive us; only then can we be cleansed (1 John 1:8-10).
A Servant When He Reigns: People suffer when a servant who is not trained for the office of a king obtains that position.
A Rebellious Fool When He Is Prosperous: The Hebrew word for "fool" in this verse indicates a vile, ungodly person who rejects God's Word. Only the rich in ancient times had an abundance of food; thus "filled with meat" indicates prosperity. An ungodly person uses position and money selfishly and often for evil purposes. Nabal, (1 Samuel 25:2-38) and modern-day mobsters are examples of this kind of fool.
An Odious Woman Who Marries: A bitter woman with hateful characteristics can cause much trouble and make life unpleasant for her family and others. Marriage tends to give a woman a degree of authority and respectability, increasing the pride of a woman with bad character. The Bible instructs women not to become busybodies. "And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not. I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, and give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. For some are already turned aside after Satan" (1 Timothy 5:13-15).
A Servant Who Is Heir To Her Mistress: There have been instances throughout history of maids persuading mistresses to make them heirs of their possessions, or servant girls who displace mistresses in the affections of their husbands. When servile, mean-spirited people come into a position of power, however slight, they are prone to become proud and use whatever advantage they can to promote themselves.
Each situation is bad enough in itself, but if all of these were true in the life of one person, it would be unbearable. If the servant who reigned was a bitter, adulterous woman, who was also a prosperous rebel and had gained her position by displacing her mistress, this would be an unbearable combination. God calls us to be holy, whatever our position or status (1 Peter 3:3-5).
Prayer Devotional for the Day
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for liberating women to be what You have called them to be. Lord, may we, as women, please You first, and secondly please our husbands. Lord, may we have a submissive spirit toward our mates and seek to minister and serve them as You would. Lord, purify my heart and create a right spirit in me. May Christian marriages be an example of Your love on this earth. Deliver us from all quarreling, bitterness, and anger, and give us a meek and quiet spirit, which is, in Your sight, of great price. I ask in Jesus' name.  Amen.

The answer to everything. Fix your eyes on Him …Who is The Word - if we keep Him in front of our eyes and ears and mind, we will walk above every circumstance. We might start to feel ourselves sink like Peter and we feel fear come into our chest, but if we put our eyes back on Him, He pulls us right out of there!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💕💕💕
“For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.” Isaiah‬ ‭50‬:‭7‬
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus!
(James Smith, "Christ Exalted, Saints Comforted, and Sinners Directed" 1855)
"I have set the Lord always before me!" Psalm 16:8
With the Lord always before us . . .
our faith will be strong,
our hope will be vigorous,
our humility will be deep,
our penitence will be abiding,
our evidences will be satisfactory,
and our example will be bright!
Let us, therefore, set the Lord always before us . . .
to meditate upon His love, grace, and goodness;
to admire His holiness, condescension, and patience; and
to commune with Him, as our Friend and loving Father, from day to day.
Then we shall not . . .
fear men,
dread death, or
be alarmed at the convulsions that take place in our world!
Our confidence will be strong,
our peace will flow like a river, and
our righteousness like the waves of the sea.
It is when we take the eye off the Lord, and look into SELF, that . . . our doubts, fears, and unbelief--arise and work,
Satan gains an advantage over us, and the world fascinates or frightens us!
Let us therefore, look . . .
out of self,
away from the world,
above our trials,
and look simply to Jesus!
This is the way to . . .
enjoy peace,
grow in grace, and
abound in every good work.
Let us look away from sin, to Jesus making atonement for it!
Let us look away from guilt on the conscience, to Jesus as bearing the iniquity of our holy things before the Lord!
Let us look away from imperfect duties deserving punishment, to His magnificent righteousness!
Let us look away from our cold hearts and lifeless prayers, to His constant and all-prevalent intercession!
We shall never maintain . . .
peace in our consciences,
evenness in our walk, or
consistency in our lives,
but as we keep the Lord always before us!
Therefore . . .
if we wish to be happy,
if we desire to be holy,
if we would die in peace,
let us look simply, only, always, and in everything--to Jesus!
O Savior, may I set You before me as. . .
my fountain of supply,
my source of comfort,
my rock of strength,
my way of salvation,
and my bright example!
"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith!" Hebrews 12:2

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1
Fix your eyes on Him… Who is The Word.
