These old posts will remain, but will not be updated going forward. So in the future, if you want to see all of the rec lists we've already made, please refer to the new Index!
The new index is also ordered alphabetically instead of chronologically. The themed lists curated by the SKFA team and the rec lists compiled for reader requests have been separated and the SKFA Author Spotlight list can be found on a separate tab.
Though the new index is hosted on a separate site outside of Tumblr, all the links will bring you back to the rec lists posted here on Tumblr.

Do you have any fics you recommend where sesskag are either already together OR they get together rather early? I'm looking for fics where the meat of the story is them working through issues in their relationship or dealing with problems *as a couple* ya know?

I have to say this was a very challenging request!
Most fics seem to focus on the build of Sesshoumaru’s and Kagome’s relationship with the romance as a goal.
Many of the established relationship fics that I can think of are one shots mostly centring on domestic fluff.
Most of the the kind of fics where SessKag get together early feature an arranged marriage/marriage of convenience trope where they might be together but not really yet a couple.
And in the fics where they’re already together, from what I’ve see typically there has been or will be something causing them to separate, so again, they’re not really being a couple as such...
