What a performance from the Canadian Women at the Vancouver Sevens! They played outstanding rugby every time they were on the pitch, and even more so (with fantastic acrobatics!) in the Bronze Medal Final! I'm so chuffed that they got to do it in front of a roaring home crowd (and I more than ever want to attend the Canada Sevens in the near future!); and I'm excited to for the Los Angeles Sevens this weekend!

Here is Charlotte Caslick, who I have posted before but it's been a while. Since the last time she was in the Olympics. I am one of the only people on tumblr who posts her though, so that post is only like the 4th oldest post in her tag, which was once upon a time active but I guess Rugby 7s just doesn't have a huge fanbase on tumblr. That's ok, I am comfortable being the standard bearer. The Rugby World Series 7s is going on currently. Some of it is on NBC for my fellow Americans if you want to watch. I don't think anyone will but I will because my enjoyment of the sport and Charlotte Caslick are forever intertwined. 2016 is when I discovered the sport. Some say people had played it before then but I choose to think I discovered it and everyone was just waiting for me to watch it. I actually claimed it in the name of Spain. Anyway, I love the Olympics for lots of reasons and one of it is all the sports we normally don't get to see and I had seen Rugby before and it was fun but this was my first time seeing Rugby 7s and it was great. I dunno which I saw first, mens or womens but I caught it very early and watched it all and very early in I saw Australia and saw this very pretty girl streak across the field multiple times. She was very strong and very fast and I found her quite attractive and so I posted her. It turned out she was maybe the best in the world at what she does. She's certainly remained up there since. This weekend in Vancouver was a big deal for her as it was her 250th appearance in the Women's Series 7s, which was made note of as a big deal. It's wild because she's only 27 so still very much at the top of her game but she is an elder statesmen now I suppose. All strange but then 2016 was a long time ago now. I am posting her again though because I am a fan and I still think she is really pretty and I very much enjoy watching her play. She is still a fantastic mix of power and speed. Today I want to fuck Charlotte Caslick.

2024 HSBC SVNS CAPE TOWN (Day Official LIVE)
Ahead of the HSBC SVNS CAPE TOWN 2024 second round, Cape Town has extended a warm welcome to the world’s top rugby sevens teams. Prior to the event, the teams have been touring Cape Town. The Mother City is expected to have a lively festival atmosphere and an exciting show both on and off the field.
The competition between the 12 men’s and 12 women’s teams is already very entertaining, but there will be so much more going on all weekend long that Cape Town might well prove to be the largest party in the Sevens.

Indeed, the second leg of the HSBC SVNS Series will include “wall-to-wall” elite players, with the opportunity to witness both the men’s and women’s Springbok teams in action.
The Blitzboks are aiming for back-to-back wins after winning the first leg in Dubai.
But there will be a plenty more to discover. What about the Beach Club which features a swim-up bar a Sun Stage for live music. special spaces for hospitality lively food stalls and energetic DJs to keep the party going?

Perth SVNS
The 2024 Perth SVNS will take place in Perth at HBF Park on the weekend of the 26 and 28 January 2024.
Vancouver SVNS
The 2024 Vancouver SVNS will take place in Vancouver on the weekend of the 23 and 25 February 2024 at BC Place stadium.
Los Angeles SVNS
The 2024 Los Angeles SVNS will take place in Los Angeles on the weekend of the 2 and 3 March 2024 at Dignity Health Sports Park.
Hong Kong SVNS
The 2024 Hong Kong SVNS will take place in Hong Kong on the weekend of the 5 and 7 April 2024 at Hong Kong Stadium.
Singapore SVNS
The penultimate event of the first series, the 2024 Singapore SVNS, will take place in Singapore on the weekend of the 3 and 5 May 2024 at Singapore National Stadium.
Madrid SVNS
The weekend of May 31 and June 2, 2024 at the Civets Metropolitan in Madrid, will see the first Grand Final 2024 Madrid SVNS. To be named the Series champions, the top eight teams will square off. In a relegation play-off, the teams ranked ninth through twelfth will square off against the top four teams from a newly created Challenger Series to determine who will advance to the 2024–2025 season. For the next three seasons, the Grand Final will be held at the renowned location.
