idk when they did it, but I logged on to my youtube account today to see that Google had CHANGED MY FLIPPING ACCOUNT NAME from the one I CHOSE for it to some unholy amalgamation of numbers and the fakename I used to make that account and I am Annoyed >:( >:( >:(

anyway I spent the morning fiddling with personal info to try and get it to display the account name instead but idk -_- -__- Obvsl there's SOME way to get it back cuz other ppl have old-style pseuds but either it's through some other method or it takes awhile for google to update their unholy spyware cuz my comments are still displaying under that stupid appellation. Gods, I cant imagine how frustrating that must be to ppl who used their actual assigned names when making gmail accounts 15 fucking years ago; the info I put there isn't even 'real' and it STILL feels like a violation X| WHO THE FUCK IS GOOGLE TO DECIDE HOW I SHOULD BE SEEN BY OTHERS?!?!?!

Hi, I woke up today to texts from someone I love in frozen South Dakota. She's had a rough run of things lately, child support keeps being late and she's had car issues lately that she's fortunately been able to cover herself, but it's eaten into the very tiny savings she'd finally built up.

She has been taking on as much work as she can get cleaning houses to try to make up for missing child support, but her kids keep getting sick from school and then getting her sick which has made this challenging.

Today her autistic 9 yo was too sick to go to school and so my loved one had to call out of work to stay home and take care of the kiddo, while also being pretty sick herself.

She's done some math and these are the expenses she can't figure out how to cover:

$275 rent $80 medicine $45 phone bill $20 gas $20 replacement noise canceling headphones for autistic kid $20 gas $5 shampoo and conditioner $5 feminine pads

Would any financially secure adults be able/willing to help this little family with even a dollar towards meeting these needs?

Wanna help a poor 23 year old and her young child?

R is 23 years old and has a young child with her abusive ex, who is not kind to the child either.

R can only get her half of her kid’s time when she can drive to do pick ups and drop offs.

She works, but she has very little money left over after making rent. She has no living parents and her siblings live well below the poverty line.

She needs to raise $1877 more to get a functional used car.

R’s kiddo’s spring break starts in a week, March 24th. The kid is supposed to be with R for all of spring break, but unless R can get the funds, R’s abusive ex will have the kid the whole time and that would be really hard on both R and the child.

If not even 10% of my followers contributed one dollar each, R could get a car and parent her child again.
