Villain nervously looked at his gloved hands. Those damn claws of his priced them again, the only pair left.
He was grumbling to himself while walking down the halls. Supervillain gave them to him as a gift and now they are all destroyed. It's disrespectful not to wear them but also to wear them damaged. Only one more option left...

Civilian cursed under their breath from being woken up by their ringtone. "Hello?" their raspy voice answered
Villains spoke softly for once in his life "Civilian, I'm so sorry for waking you up but my claws tore my gloves up!"
Civilian sighed "Wake me up when you get here." before hanging up and dropping their head back on the pillow.

Tac wasn’t sure what to expect when you cornered him, but the sudden question bursting from your lips definitely hadn’t been it.
“Do you glue little metal balls to your head???”
He stares at you, totally bewildered while he process the question and then he barks out a laugh. Your face is immediately red, but you don’t flinch, so at least you’d expected him to react like this.
“what?” he snickers, trying to figure out your thought process there because what a fucking wild conclusion to jump to?
“I just!!” you start, flailing a hand in his direction, eyes locked on his forehead, “I can’t figure out how it works? You don’t exactly have skin to pierce!”
Tac’s snickering is getting difficult to contain, and your red face absolutely isn’t helping matters.
“no, sweetheart, i don’t glue shit to my head, what the fuck? they’re tacks,” he explains, pulling one of the tacks out of the scarred crack in demonstration. You gape at him, eyes flicking between the tack and his eyes.
“…Tac has tacks…” you say, clearly not thinking through your words before you say them. Which is fine, because the statement has him howling with laughter.
He knew there was a reason he liked you.
