A truth sandwich
Neale Hanvey MP is to be applauded for saying “No independence supporter should have been pleased to see the East Kilbride West by-election result”. It is truth of kind we lamentably seldom hear from politicians. Unfortunately, this high-point in his commentary does not survive well sandwiched as it is between folly and nonsense. The folly is yet another plea for unity with nothing offered…

Of course a TRA who threatens women is involved in porn
A trans activist who sent death threats to Scottish National Party Member of Parliament (MP) Joanna Cherry has been identified as an American man who creates transgender pornography, Reduxx can reveal. Sean Johnson, who is based in New Jersey, identifies as a woman and uses the name “Sylvie.”
Earlier this week, threats from Johnson prompted widespread concern for the safety of three politicians in the UK known for being critical of gender ideology. While the Metropolitan Police initially refused to open a case on the threats, they have since reversed their decision and will be investigating the tweets under the Communications Act of 2003.
On June 12, Johnson sent two menacing messages expressing a desire to commit violence against Cherry, stating, “I’d kill her with my bare hands if I ever saw her irl [in real life],” and “each of them should be murdered in broad daylight on a crowded street,” in reference to Cherry and two other MPs, Rosie Duffield and Neale Hanvey, who spoke during a Commons debate on Monday discussing the importance of maintaining the definition of biological sex within the Equality Act of 2010.
Johnson also called the MPs “Nazi bigots” who were “riled up over bathrooms” and commented, “There is no winning except with their violent ends."
Tumblr media
The aim of the Equality Act 2010 is to protect citizens in the UK from discriminatory treatment based on protected characteristics. Those characteristics include age, disability, marriage status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexuality, and “gender reassignment.”
However, controversy has ensued in recent years after an apparent clash between women’s rights and males who make a legal claim to a female “gender identity.” The ongoing debate prompted Trade Secretary Kemi Badenoch, who is also Minister for Women and Equalities, to suggest clarifying the definition of “sex” by adding the qualifier “biological,” to distinguish between women and men who claim to be women.
Monday’s debate in the House of Commons related to the definition of biological sex and how best to protect the rights of women to single-sex spaces and services.
During the debate, MP Cherry was seen to be visibly amused and exacerbated as one of her pro-gender ideology colleagues read out a statement rejecting the concept of biological sex. Cherry was then subject to derision from trans activists, some of whom called her reaction “unprofessional.”
London’s Metropolitan Police force initially deemed the threats directed at Cherry and her colleagues to be below the threshold of criminality, prompting outcry on social media. Through her Twitter, Cherry reiterated her concerns that the matter wasn’t being taken seriously.
Harry Potter author JK Rowling even became involved, mocking the Met Police for their lack of action with a joke that referenced how “misgendering” is often treated as a “hate crime.”
But on Wednesday, the Met Police revised their decision and clarified that they would be opening a case.
“On Tuesday, June 13 the Met was made aware of a tweet received by a serving MP. The contents were assessed and it was deemed it did not meet the criminal threshold for an offense,” the statement read.
Tumblr media
“The matter was logged for intelligence purposes. However, we have today, June 14, become aware of a further tweet linked to the same account and with these being taken together, we will now be investigating this matter for potential criminal offences under the Communications Act 2003.”
While the Twitter account which published the threats was hastily deleted, Reduxx has investigated and determined the identity of the individual involved as belonging to Sean Johnson of New Jersey, USA.
Johnson violently opposes single-sex services and provisions to safeguard women’s privacy, and uploads pornography of himself “as a woman” to PornHub.
Tumblr media
Several videos are described by Johnson as involving his “girldick,” a term repeatedly used to caption and title his explicit content.
In addition to using the name “Sylvie,” Johnson has also adopted the moniker “Bellatrix,” which is associated with his pornography. In a now-deleted Twitter post, Johnson says he chose the name after a female character in JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series “for ironic purposes,” as he “hope[s] it disgusts her to have a trans woman go by her character’s name.”
Johnson uses she/her, they/them, or it/its pronouns according to his multiple online profile pages, claims to be “poly-aroflux panromantic,” and has listed a series of personality disorders in one instance.
In a profile linking to his PornHub page, Johnson explains that he has begun creating adult content in order to “get money for laser hair removal, face surgeries, and support for bottom surgery in the future.”
He also invites viewers to suggest sexual activities and offers “personal custom content” for “the right price.”
A recent Instagram post under the handle @ditzykonuichi reveals that Johnson recently altered his sex marker on his legal identification to say “female.
Tumblr media
While Johnson has been taking estrogen since 2022, prior to his “transition,” he utilized several different profiles and names on social media, where he can be seen interacting with multiple trans activist influencers, including Chelsea Manning and YouTuber ContraPoints.
Among his many deactivated Twitter accounts are the handles @transmutedmoon, @bellatweetrix, @demonslutAU, and @bloodbathmcgraw.
Tumblr media
Johnson did not appear to be located in the United Kingdom when he made the threats towards Cherry, Harvey, and Duffield.
Feminist researcher Joanne Doors separately uncovered and provided information revealing Johnson appears to be in Wildwood, New Jersey based on an Amazon wish list account she found. Among the items on the wishlist uncovered by Doors include sex toys, trans pride merchandise, striped stockings, and fishnet clothing items.
Disturbingly, Johnson claims to be in custody of a child. On his LinkedIn, he states that he is a “dedicated stay at home parent” who was “looking for work,” though the profile picture associated with the account suggests it has not been updated since 2021. Prior to deactivating his Twitter, some users caught a snapshot of Johnson wearing an employee tag associated with America’s Best, an eyeglasses store which has a franchise a short drive away from Wildwood.
Tumblr media
Reduxx has passed all relevant information on to the London Metropolitan Police, and has invited them to be in contact for any additional concerns they might have.
This is not the first time threats have been directed towards prominent women critical of gender ideology.
JK Rowling has experienced a barrage of violent harassment online, but two threats in particular have been escalated to police concern due to the level of chilling detail.
Last summer, Rowling called out Twitter’s lack of policy enforcement after an account which released her address with a threatening message was allowed to remain active for days despite reports.
Originally posted by user @fuckfinegael, the quote retweet featured two images — one of Rowling with her address overlayed on her face and a pipe bomb in the corner, and the other of an Improvised Munitions Handbook. The guide, originally published by the US Army in 1969, was created for the purposes of teaching soldiers how to create explosives and weapons using limited resources.
In her tweet of the screenshot, Rowling clarified she had covered her family’s address to prevent further circulation. The threatening message had been in direct response to a post Rowling had made in support of a male detransitioner.
More recently, Reduxx revealed a gay man in Scotland had been behind a number of disturbing threats targeting Rowling, Kellie-Jay Keen, and MP Rosie Duffield.

A video from 1st March 2024 of a debate in the UK House of Commons about a conversion therapy ban.
My partner insisted I watch this after I got in from a long and difficult day. It's encouraging to know that there are some Tories who will attempt to protect LGBTQIA+ people. I don't know anything else about Alicia Kearns but this is good.
youtube
[Video transcript taken from Hansard:
Alicia Kearns, Conservative Party, MP for Rutland and Melton: I am often asked why I fight for a ban on conversion therapy. People say, “Surely there must be some personal connection. Surely you must have some personal history,” but I do not. In fact, there is no one in my family who is LGBT; we may be the only family in the UK without someone who is LGBT. The reason I do it is because fundamentally, as a Conservative, I have a duty to defend individual freedoms. I believe that the state should stay out of people’s lives, but it should protect the most vulnerable—defend those who others seek to harm, and recognise that the first and foremost duty of any Government is to protect their people.
This is not some woke frontier for politicians to weaponise for clickbait, and I am shamed by the debate that is increasingly taking place on conversion therapy. I remember the first debate I secured in this place on conversion therapy. It was moderate; we sat and debated the intricacies of legislation that was not yet there. Unfortunately, that has changed.
People in positions of trust are abusing those who they tell they are sinful, broken and need correcting, which causes lifelong hate. There are survivors in this place—in Parliament. The reason I fight so hard is that so many LGBT colleagues do not feel that they can come here and be labelled as fighting for themselves. They should be free to do that, but sometimes they cannot, and—do you know what?—allyship matters. We have a duty in this place to not impose our own personal views on things, but recognise that our rights—potentially to religious freedoms—can be protected while we also protect those who live a life different from ours.
Neale Hanvey, Alba Party, MP for Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath: The hon. Lady has made a really important point about LGB people coming to this place and feeling safe to argue their position on this important matter. I have experienced the most horrendous bullying in this place because I take a contrary view, or a more guarded view, than some in the LGB community. In fact, people in the LGB community are often referred to as “bigots”, “transphobes” and other slurs just because we have concerns about legislation such as this and want to make sure that young LGB people are protected —and trans people. Does the hon. Lady agree that that rule must apply to all sides of any debate, not just to the side that she favours?
Alicia Kearns: The hon. Gentleman is entirely right, but there was one letter missing in his LGB: the letter T. We do not divide the LGBT community in this place. Members can say that they have concerns about what we are doing, but by removing the T, the hon. Gentleman is suggesting that transgender people do not exist. He is suggesting that they are less than other LGB people, and I will not stand for that, because it was trans people who stood with gay people at Stonewall; it was trans people who fought alongside them for LGB rights. I will happily discuss the intricacies of legislation with the hon. Gentleman, but when he chooses to eradicate, that is wrong.
Miriam Cates, Conservative, MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge: Will my hon. Friend give way?
Alicia Kearns: No, I will not give way on this point, because I will not hear more erasure of a transgender community. We can discuss the intricacies, but that I will not stand for.
I am not going to go into the arguments about the Bill, because the hon. Member for Brighton, Kemptown (Lloyd Russell-Moyle) did an exceptional. job. He went out and met every single person, organisation and lobby group and listened to all their views, even if he disagreed with them—and that includes the LGB Alliance, who have also removed the T—and I have supported him. He has done a phenomenal job.
The hon. Gentleman has set out what the Bill does. It protects religious leaders, who can still guide their flocks. Health practitioners can still support and challenge people, and parents are protected. That is why all major faith groups back the Bill, why the royal colleges back it, and why exploratory therapy is protected. This is a compromise Bill, and I say to Members who wish to oppose it, “Search within yourself, because you have a duty to protect children and a duty to allow professionals to do their job, and you need to recognise that some people’s objections are not to the nuances in the Bill.” The only people who fear a ban on conversion therapy are quacks and charlatans who profit from bigotry and misery. Conversion therapy causes lifelong harm. This is a moderate Bill and a compromise Bill, and it does not go as far as the Government’s proposals. [Interruption.] The hon. Member may chunter and laugh, but I am appalled—[Interruption.] I will happily give way to him if he asks, rather than chuntering.
Danny Kruger, Conservative, MP for Devizes: I apologise for chuntering. I was simply amused by the suggestion that this is a moderate Bill. This is not a moderate speech that the hon. Lady is making. The hon. Member for Brighton, Kemptown (Lloyd Russell-Moyle) made a very good speech, recognising that there are legitimate views on the other side of the debate. The hon. Lady talks about erasure, but she dismissed the comments of the hon. Member for Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath (Neale Hanvey), suggesting that his view was completely invalid. I respect her arguments and her wish to pursue this Bill, or this kind of legislation, but can we please have a debate with more civility?
Alicia Kearns: I would suggest that the ultimate failure of civility is to erase a member of the LGBT community —to erase an entire group. I am happy to discuss the nuanced points, but I will not do so if Members want to suggest that transgender people do not exist, or that we do not really have a definition in law of what transgender people are. They exist in law and they exist in this place, and they exist in the hon. Member’s constituency as well.
The Government should back this compromise Bill, because love is not a pathology, and transgender people are not a pathology: they do not need treatment. I say, very simply, to those people, “You are seen in this place and you are heard in this place, and very many of us back you and will protect you.”

An ill-conceived Bill
Power is not given. Power is only taken. By asking for this power, Neale Hanvey implies acceptance of the British state's 'right' to withhold it. When you ask someone to say yes, you acknowledge their right to say no.
Neale Hanvey’s Scotland (Self-Determination) Private Members’ Bill is fundamentally flawed in a number of ways. It is flawed that it concedes to the British parliament the authority to veto the right of self-determination that is wholly vested in the sovereign people of Scotland. He is asking that the British political elite graciously grant the Scottish Parliament the legislative competence to…

Olympic Ice Hockey: UK Government urged to give COVID-19 financial support to ice hockey
The ice hockey community in the United Kingdom has called on the Government to provide financial support to teams in the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. With the 2020-2021 Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) season previously being due to start in September, it has now been moved to December with the organizers of the league warning that reduced attendances and staging games behind closed doors not possible.
Winter Olympic fans from all over the world are called to book Winter Olympic 2020 tickets from our online platforms for Winter Olympic Tickets. Olympic Ice Hockey fans can book Olympic Ice Hockey Tickets from our ticketing marketplace exclusively on reduced prices.
Tumblr media
A cross-party campaign in the UK Parliament has urged the Chancellor Rishi Sunak to provide support for the sport with fears that professional clubs could cease to exist. Neale Hanvey, Member of Parliament for Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath has spoken of the "worrying impact" on teams in the league, including the team in his constituency, the Fife Flyers, who lost out financially when last season was ended early.
According to Fife Today, the Fife Ice Arena, where the Flyers play their home matches and is also home to curlers and skaters, remains closed. In his weekly column in the Fife Free Press, Hanvey said: "This is a sport that in normal circumstances provides at least £6 million ($8 million/€6.5 million) to the UK Treasury each year.
To protect that income requires proper support. That's why last week I joined a cross-party campaign to push the chancellor to provide financial support for the UK-wide Elite Ice Hockey League. We're talking about a small measure of UK Government support to save a sport that boasts a bigger indoor audience than any other.
All 10 EIHL teams have pledged their commitment to next season, but many have already said that a restriction on crowds would not be viable. There are three teams from the league in Scotland with the Flyers being joined by the Dundee Stars and the Glasgow Clan, while Cardiff Devils represent Wales and the Belfast Giants come from Northern Ireland.
The other five teams hail from England with these being the Guildford Flames, Coventry Blaze, Manchester Storm, Sheffield Steelers, and the Nottingham Panthers. Already, some clubs have released personnel, with Cardiff Devils reportedly being one of those to cut staff due to financial problems.
Britain was a founding member of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) in 1908 and were Olympic champions in 1936 and World Championship silver medalists in 1937 and 1938. In recent years, the men's team have re-established themselves among the world's leading nations.
Tumblr media
They qualified for the top division of the World Championship in the Czech Republic last year for the first time in 25 years and, against the odds, avoided relegation. Britain was due to take part in this year's Championship in Switzerland before it was canceled because of COVID-19.
It means they will play in the top tier again next year when the tournament is due to be co-hosted by Minsk and Riga.  Britain has been placed in Group A which includes, among others, Olympic champions Russia. Britain is currently ranked 20th in the world by the IIHF, their highest-ever position.
Olympic 2020 admirers can get Winter Olympic Tickets through our trusted online ticketing market place. Sportticketexchange.com is the most dependable way to book Olympic Packages.
