China desarrolla “con éxito” vacuna contra coronavirus

La Academia Militar de Ciencias Médicas de la República Popular China aseguró este martes haber desarrollado “con éxito” la vacuna recombinante contra el coronavirus, y señaló que se prepara para su producción “a gran escala”, de acuerdo a un comunicado emitido por Ministerio de Defensa este país.
La vacuna ha sido aprobada para el inicio de los estudios clínicos en humanos, de acuerdo a normas internacionales y reglamentaciones nacionales, señala el organismo.
Los detalles en la base de datos de registro de ensayos clínicos chinos muestran que una prueba de “Fase 1” que examinará si la vacuna experimental es segura en humanos tiene como objetivo reclutar a 108 personas sanas para que participen del proceso entre el 16 de marzo y el 31 de diciembre.
El ensayo será realizado por la Academia Militar de Ciencias Médicas y la firma de biotecnología CanSino Biologics RIC, reportó la agencia Reuters.

La droga fue desarrollada en el espacio de un mes por un equipo de investigación liderado por la ora Chen Wei, reconocida por su estudios sobre los virus del SARS y del Ébola. De hecho, parte del trabajo estuvo basado en el estudio de vacunas existentes contra el Ébola.
“La vacuna es el arma científica más poderosa para terminar con el coronavirus”, indicó Chen, de 54 años, en una aparición ante la cadena china CCTV, citada por el Daily Mail.
“Si China es el primer país en inventar un arma así y logramos nuestras patentes, eso demostrará el progreso de nuestra ciencia y la imagen de un país gigante”, expresó la experta.
Se cree que el COVID-19, una nueva cepa de coronavirus, surgió en diciembre en la ciudad de Wuhan, en el centro de China. Desde entonces no ha parado de expandirse por todo el mundo, llegando a convertirse en una pandemia.
En total, se han confirmado 195.892 casos de coronavirus, aunque se cree que el número real podría ser mucho mayor debido a la falta de métodos de prueba para toda la población. En tanto se han reportado 7.865 muertes y 80.840 recuperados.
China, el país más afectado, tiene 81.058 casos confirmados con 3.230 muertos y 68.798 curados. Mientras que en Italia, el segundo foco más grande del mundo, se han confirmado 31.506 casos con 2.503 muertes y 2.941 recuperados.
Pero aunque China parece haber logrado contener el brote en su territorio, los contagios no paran de crecer en Europa y el virus se está expandiendo por América.
Además de China, otros países se encuentran desarrollando vacunas contra el Covid-19.
Este martes la primera voluntaria recibió una inyección con un ARN mensajero que no la expone al virus, en el Instituto de Investigación de Kaiser Permanente en Seattle, Estados Unidos
Esta candidata a vacuna, conocida con el código mRNA-1273, fue desarrollada por los NIH y la compañía biotecnológica Moderna Inc., con sede en Massachusetts. No hay posibilidad de que se contagien los participantes porque las vacunas no contienen el coronavirus en sí.
Así lo explica un paper de la Universidad de Cambridge: “A diferencia de una vacuna normal, las vacunas de ARN funcionan al introducir una secuencia de mARN (la molécula que le dice a las células qué construir) que está codificada para un antígeno específico de la enfermedad, una vez producida dentro del cuerpo, el sistema inmunitario reconoce el antígeno, preparándose para luchar contra lo real”.

Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) Triggers Hype In Wall Street After Coronavirus Vaccine Announcement But Critics Cry Faul
Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) recently revealed that the preliminary results of its coronavirus vaccine trial have yielded positive results leading to a surge in its stock price, but the announcement also yielded some criticism.
The U.S-based biotech revealed that the initial results of its coronavirus vaccine were promising. This was enough to encourage positive sentiments regarding the stock’s performance on Wall Street. However, it also provoked criticism as the company was accused of using the announcement to jack up its stock price.
Critics believe that the company is using the information to boost its stock performance, and some have even called for an investigation, citing market manipulation. The company reportedly sold about 17.6 million of its shares at $76 per share, hours after the company announced the promising preliminary findings from the COVID-19 vaccine trials. To put it to perspective, the company’s share price was $48, which means the company managed to raise roughly $1.3 billion. This move raised eyebrows, with some believing that the company illegally took advantage.
A former official of the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission believes that the company’s actions warrant an investigation. This is not the only incident that has shed the spotlight on the company for potentially illegal practices. Two of the company’s executives, the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Financial Officer, reportedly sold their shares reportedly worth $30 million on May 18 and May 19. The executives have been accused of insider trading since they sold the shares at a time when they were aware that the trial findings would favor the stock performance.
However, the stock sales were carried out through automated insider-trading plans called 10b5-1 plans. Companies use such plans you shield their executives against insider trading accusations. Interestingly, the stock price plummeted not long after the share sales. However, it still retains upside potential, especially thanks to investors expecting the company to profit from the coronavirus vaccine sales once it is deployed into the market. Moderna is one of the companies spearheading the search for a coronavirus vaccine and one of the most promising yet.

Ανέφερα στις 4 Φεβρουαρίου 2021 ότι η Moderna περιγράφει το νέο της «εμβόλιο»ως «λειτουργικό σύστημα υπολογιστή», αλλά τότε δεν ήξερα ακόμη ότι ο Zaks είχε μιλήσει γι’ αυτό πριν από τρία χρόνια,αποκαλύπτοντας πλήρως το ψέμα που διαδίδουν τασυστημικών Μέσων Μαζικής Εξαπάτησης ότι «τα εμβόλια mRNA δεν αλλάζουν τον γενετικό μας κώδικα».
Ο Zaksδεν θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ξεκάθαρος όταν έλεγε το 2017 ότι «στην πραγματικότητα χακάρουμε το λογισμικό της ζωής»,και αποκάλυπτε ότιη εταιρεία του (Moderna) δούλευε ένα εμβόλιο που δεν θα ενεργούσε όπως κάθε άλλο εμβόλιο που είχε δημιουργηθεί μέχρι τότε, λέγοντας:
«Φανταστείτε εάν αντίνα δώσουμε στον ασθενή την πρωτεΐνη ενός ιού, να δώσαμε στα κύτταρά του τις οδηγίες για το πώς θα φτιάχνουν αυτή την πρωτεΐνη,για το πώς το σώμα μπορεί να φτιάχνει το δικό του εμβόλιο».
Σύμφωνα με τον Zaks, χρειάστηκαν δεκαετίες για την καταγραφή της αλληλουχίας του ανθρώπινου γονιδιώματος, η οποία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2003.«Και τώρα μπορούμε να το κάνουμε σε μια εβδομάδα».
Στη συνέχεια,το 2017, αποκάλυψε τα σχέδια της εταιρείας του είναι να παρασκευάσει μεμονωμένα «εμβόλια»για τον καρκίνο, προσαρμοσμένα στις ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες των μεμονωμένων καρκινοπαθών «επειδή κάθε καρκίνος είναι διαφορετικός».
Είναι ενδιαφέρον ότι μια από τις πιο πιθανές καταστροφικές παρενέργειες του εμβολίου mRNA είναι η αλληλεπίδρασή του με καρκινικά κύτταρα.
Σύμφωνα με μια μελέτη στο Κέντρο Καρκίνου SloanKettering της Νέας Υόρκης, το mRNA έχει την τάση ΝΑ ΑΠΕΝΕΡΓΟΠΟΙΕΙ τις πρωτεΐνες που καταστέλλουν τον καρκινικό όγκο, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι μπορεί να προάγει την ανάπτυξη καρκινικών κυττάρων.
Τα «εμβόλια» της Moderna και της Pfizer είναι πειραματικά εμβόλια mRNA. Η FDA έχει χορηγήσει σ’ αυτά μόνο «Άδεια Χρήσης ΈκτακτηςΑνάγκης» [EUA] και θα παραμείνουν υπό δοκιμήέως το… 2023. Ωστόσο η κυβέρνηση, τα συστημικά Μέσα Μαζικής Εξαπάτησης και οι φαρμακευτικές εταιρείες τα προωθούν σαν να είναι εγγυημένα ασφαλή.

● Αυτή η συστηματική εξαπάτηση θα κριθεί από την ιστορία ως μία από τις πιο εγκληματικές ιατρικές πράξεις που έχουν διαπραχθεί ποτέ κατά της ανθρώπινης φυλής.

● Η αλαζονική δήλωση του Δρ.Zaksγια τη δημιουργία του «εμβολίου»-FrankensteinmRNA, σύμφωνα με την οποία «οι επιστήμονες πιστεύουν ότι μπορούν να ξαναγράψουν τον γενετικό κώδικα»(όπως υποστηρίζει):
(α)διαψεύδει απολύτως τον συστηματικά καλλιεργημένο και διαδομένο μύθοότι αυτά τα «εμβόλια»mRNAδεν αλλάζουν τον γενετικό κώδικα,και
(β) διαλύει τις ψευδαισθήσεις όσων ότι μπορούν να βελτιωθούν με ένα γενετικό «λίφτινγκ» από κάποια σοβαρά διαταραγμένα άτομα που υποδύονται τους «επίγειουςθεούς».

•Ο ΔρZaksολοκλήρωσε την ομιλία του το 2017,λέγοντας: «Ας σκεφτεί κανείς τί προσπαθούμε να κάνουμε. Κατανοήσαμε τις πληροφορίες και τον τρόπο που μεταδίδονται σε ένα κύτταρο. Το γενετικό υλικό ενός ατόμου είναι «το λογισμικό της ζωής»(όπως είπε οπολύς ΔρZaks).Εάν αυτό ισχύει, τότε προκύπτει ένα κρισιμότατο ερώτημα: Ποιος πρέπει να έχει απόλυτη εξουσία επί του γενετικού κώδικα («λογισμικού»)κάθε ανθρώπου; Απ’ την απάντηση σ’ αυτό, εξαρτάται το παρόν και το μέλλον της ανθρώπινης υπόστασης.
Σε αντίθεση με όσα πιστεύουν οι διαταραγμένοιτρωγλοδύτες που ασχο��ούνται με την τροποποίηση του γενετικού υλικού του ανθρώπου (αυτοί οι δήθεν «επιστήμονες» της γενετικής κοπτο-ραπτικής – «άνθρωποι» άνοες,ανενδοίαστοι και παθολογικά άπληστοι για χρήμα και εξουσία),οι ζωντανές υπάρξεις δεν είναι μηχανές. Και ιδιαίτερα οι άνθρωποι που συμβαίνει να διαθέτουν σώματα, ψυχές και ελεύθερη βούληση.
Συνεπώς, όποιος προσπαθεί επιβάλλει την εφαρμογή μιας πειραματικής «θεραπείας»που τροποποιεί που αλλοιώνει το γενετικό υλικό του ανθρώπου, παραβιάζει βάναυσα τον Κώδικα της Νυρεμβέργηςπου απαιτεί την ενημερωμένη συναίνεση για οποιαδήποτε ιατρική πράξη ή πειραματική θεραπεία,αλλά και το διεθνές δίκαιο στο οποίο έχει ενσωματωθεί ο Κώδικας της Νυρεμβέργης.Δηλαδή, διαπράττει ένα έγκλημα κατά της ανθρωπότητας για το οποίο θα παραμένει εσαεί υπόλογος.

Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ:MRNA) Releases Positive Data For Its Coronavirus Vaccine Candidate In Human Trials
Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ:MRNA) has released positive data from its first human trials for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, demonstrating that the healthy volunteers who received the vaccine developed antibody responses.
Moderna’s vaccine in humans shows positive immunity response
The company which had partnered with the National Institute of Health in developing the vaccine indicated that there were significant immune responses from the small number of human volunteers. The trial conducted by the US NIH mainly focused on the safety of the vaccine and if it elicits an immune response.
Already the company is planning to commence a mid-stage study in Late July. Modern targets the vaccine for emergency use by fall, but this appears to be too optimistic considering there is no vaccine development in history that has had such a short timeline. However, Dr. Tal Zaks, the chief medical officer of Moderna, indicated that if the company's future studies turn positive, they could benefit from the vaccine by January. He added that this was good news that everybody has been waiting.
According to WHO, the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company is among eight developing COVID-19 vaccines that are already conducting human trials. The other companies include Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:INO) and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) in the US and another in the University of Oxford in the UK and four in China.
The vaccine makes the body produce neutralizing antibodies
Moderna vaccinated dozens of health volunteers and already has measured immune response through the production of antibodies in eight of them. The eight participants showed the development of neutralizing antibodies to coronavirus in levels over what is seen in those who have recovered naturally from COVID-19. The neutralizing antibodies attach to the virus and thus preventing it from attacking body cells.
Dr. Paul Offit of NIH said that the antibodies developed binds to the coronavirus and then prevents it from infecting other cells. The NIH has also tested the vaccine in mice, and it showed that vaccinated mice didn’t have replication of the virus in the lungs after exposure.

Moderna Inc planea que el precio de la vacuna que desarrolla contra el coronavirus sea 50 a 60 dólares, una cifra mayor que lo que otros fabricantes de vacunas han acordado cobrar a los gobiernos, informó Financial Times el martes citando fuentes con conocimiento del tema.
El precio se aplicaría a Estados Unidos y otrospaíses de altos ingresos, según el reporte on.ft.com/334eV4g
Un portavoz de Moderna dijo que la compañía estaba en conversaciones con los gobiernos sobre el suministro potencial de la vacuna ARNm-1273, pero no dio detalles sobre los precios “dada la naturaleza confidencial de las discusiones y contratos”.
El precio propuesto de Moderna de 50 a 60 dólares por tratamiento, o 25 a 30 dólares por dosis, es más alto que el divulgado por Pfizer Inc y su socio alemán BioNTech en un acuerdo con el gobierno de Estados Unidos, que es de 39 dólares por tratamiento o 19,50 dólares por dosis.
