Look he has nine wings!

Something I enjoy about this specific picture of Cain. Besides the nine plus wings in counting and the brass bird skulls he's using as shoulder pads (which some fans have speculated to be modeled after or made from the alien lifeforms found dead in the OG Ark) Is the lady that often appears on Cain's lance. His lance almost always sports a woman on it, sometimes she's very distinct sometimes she's vague. Only once was it obviously Lilith. When it came to Lilith, I knew it was symbolic of him absorbing her nanomachines, in a way stealing or eating her soul. But, for the other times I liked to imagen she was a woman from Cain's past. Maybe a lover or Rem figure who died before he did, or Cain had to let go for whatever reason. Someone he either wanted to protect or was protected by. Her image wavering between distinct and vague representing the two personalities that resided in his body. The alien technology who's AI wants to destroy all live on Earth and the man he used to be.

Muse #1 - ABEL KNIGHTLORD ( or Nightroad since there are so many spellings for the Crusnik siblings I swear ).

Age: 900+ ( ageless ) ( manga, anime, light novels )

Abel Nightroad, also known as Crusnik 02 and born Abel Knightlord, is the main protagonist of Trinity Blood. He is a member of the AX division of the Vatican Ministry of Holy Affairs who is referred to by his codename, "Crusnik" as an agent of the AX.

Originally, Abel hated humans because of their role in the creation and experimentation for the Red Mars Project in which Abel himself was part of, but he ultimately changed his mind after the death of Lilith Sahl.

Abel appears most often as a clumsy and silly man who is completely unfit for his job. If he is in the company of others, his reactions tend to be comically exaggerated and ridiculous, which often leaves everyone around him exasperated or embarrassed. However, most of his day-to-day actions and reactions are a facade, when he is alone or caught off guard, his personality is typically fairly quiet and morose.

In private, Abel is also far more competent and thoughtful than he pretends to be, but in battle, he usually attempts to disarm or subdue rather than kill, but if the situation calls for killing, he is not averse to doing so, though in some instances this is somewhat inconsistently portrayed, activation of his Krusnik nanomachines adds a detached and ruthless quality to his personality so long as the activation was purposeful.

If the nanomachines reach the forefront of Abel's consciousness, as they did in one particular case of incidental 80% activation, he essentially loses his humanity and becomes little more than a sapient, bloodthirsty weapon of mass destruction. Despite being nearly unstoppable in his 80% fused form, Abel only uses his Krusnik abilities as a last resort, mostly out of shame; as such, he is far more likely to transform if nobody else is around.

Due to Abel's genetically enhanced nature, he is extremely intelligent and this combined with his pre-Armageddon lifespan gives him exceptional skill at manipulating even the most advanced technological systems.

Abel displays many odd quirks throughout the series; such as putting thirteen sugars lumps in his tea and is always short of money. He is noted as having terrible luck as well.

Although Abel usually maintains a childish and goofy demeanor, he is unable to forgive himself for his past atrocities. He refers to himself many times as a 'sinner' and a 'monster'. He does not argue with other character's accusations of himself as such, rather he is more likely to agree with them. Because he considers himself a sinner, he has made his life's goal to protect the humans, although his goal for destroying Cain Knightlord is not completely for selfless reasons.

Trinity Blood Canon: Summa Theologica, it is stated that Abel does not really have a solid religion, however, he believes in the goodwill of fate.

Abel's arcana in Thores' tarot cards is the "fool", a reference to his personality and status as the main character. In the Throne of Roses arc of the manga, Abel is depicted as a black-eared the "White Rabbit", as opposed to his white-eared brother, Cain Knightlord.

Praise me! It took me part of the night, but I know treasure was to be found if I just kept digging! Here are some Trinity Blood model sheets of Seth, Lilith, Kate and Mirka I dig up!

I like the Mirka and Seth ones and It's incredibly nice to see the Lilith ones up close. Like I said before the Iblis arc should have been in full for the anime!

I will keep digging to see if I can find more model sheets from the anime. Can't make promises, but I will try to see what I can find.

Im suprised that anime version of Mirka won this round, Lilith and Astha got the second and third place respectively.
