The Tomlinson family are back in Doncaster together for Christmas Eve. Lottie Tomlinson posted a photo of son Lucky and fiancé Lewis Burton, with a hand-drawn Happy Birthday football card for Louis (possibly saying, “Happy 32nd Birthday, Dad”— And, someone is playing guitar behind Lucky).
I would hold my work bestie like that during finance review meetings. Guess I have to review our body language too if these are the standards for kids these days. LMAO.
Hi, can I chime in on Lewis Burton? He was a professional tennis player (unseeded) for a while, then became a tennis coach. He was dating Caroline Flack at the time of her death. She attacked him with a lamp and was arrested. The police decided to prosecute her as there was a lot of evidence. Lewis did not want the prosecution to go ahead. She was awaiting trial for the assault when she took her own life. I feel like he was hated by the press for this, seen as a contributor to Caroline’s death, when he was physically assaulted and injured by her, and she was court ordered to stay away from him.
Lewis and Lottie knew each other through Lou Teasdale (one of Carolines closest friends, who was with her the days before her death and one of the first on the scene afterwards). I think he and Lottie genuinely bonded while they both grieved (Felicité Tomlinson had died less than a year before Caroline).
There are lots of rumours of Lewis being in debt, using Caroline and others for money. He’s also flogging NFTs and such rubbish. So I get why people are dubious about him, but I also don’t think he’s as bad as people think.
I think the rumor was that Lottie also paid off a big debt for him? As far as I can tell, Lewis is a person of absolutely no accomplishment who has attached himself to tabloid gossip and rich women. He seems to thrive on this titillating sort of attention, while striving for nothing in life.
