My latest JJK oc: grade one sorcerer - Naomi Fowler

Born and raised in Melbourne, Naomi Fowler is a descendant of one of the less prominent sorcerer clans in Japan, utilising their inherited cursed technique passed down by her mother. Along with her teammate Kai Menzi, Naomi was selected to participate in a foreign exchange program to study in Tokyo while also hunting down a curse user organisation and the stolen cursed items.

Naomi uses her clan’s inherited cursed technique: cursed papertags, as well as a variety of cursed tools, favouring the Bō staff as her main weapon. Trained by her mother from an early age by the time she was 12 she was already considered a grade 2 sorcerer, at the end of her training in Tokyo both Naomi and Kai were ranked grade 1.

Clan inherited ability: cursed paper tags - Hunter’s Mark allows users to conjure talismans or marks on objects, allies or opponents, different marks granted different buffs or abilities

Predator mark: mark placed on an opponent granting the user enhanced senses, agility, and attack potency against marked targets

Detonated mark: A mark placed on an opponent explodes, the cursed energy detonating and damaging the target

Teleportation mark: A mark placed on either an opponent or an object can either teleport the user to the mark or vice versa Aspect of prey: after the user defeats an opponent marked with the Predator mark, the user can absorb the talisman and can then temporarily utilise the cursed technique or physical aspect of the target (more skilled users can instead use a form of curse manipulation)

Binding vow: the user of this technique makes a binding vow, in order to increase the effectiveness of the ability the user's cursed energy output is capped at 80% when the Predator mark isn’t active, however, when active the user is granted a x2 multiplier (at 100% output) when attacking a marked target

Reverse curse technique: alliance mark: the user can use reverse cursed energy to place a talisman on an ally, granting them the abilities and buffs provided by either the predator mark or the Aspect of prey, can also use a talisman made from reverse cursed energy to heal themselves or others

While the user of this technique can conjure multiple talismans of any type, only one ability can be activated at once. The strength and/or length of the effect of each mark is proportional to the amount of cursed energy put in when creating it, after a single use of a mark’s ability that specific talisman will be burned up.

I’ve been way too absorbed in Jujutsu Kaisen lately, a serious oc was bound to happen

-

Meet Shiori Okada, a special grade sorcerer.

Shiori is the reincarnation of an ancient sorcerer from the Heian Era. The sorcerer bonded her soul with a wolf cursed spirit. Mending the two as one. (I’ll draw her later).

Shiori ranked up to a special grade sorcerer due to her amount of cursed energy and knowledge of her abilities in past lives. She has an advance understanding of her abilities as a sorcerer but not a grasp on her cursed spirit. She behaves animalistic (very unpredictable as well) and can become a threat when her power reaches an overwhelming limit. Her spirit taking more control than her human.

Technique: Guard Dog

This technique allows Shiori to call her cursed spirit, Okami, from her soul to use its abilities. These abilities include: Claws, night vision, wolf jaws, and armor. Rare occasions, she is able to completely manifest Okami into its full wolf form to aid her in battle.

Fun fact:

- Shiori attended Jujutsu High with Gojo and Geto. Only being a first year. She isn’t fond of Gojo, but enjoyed Geto’s company. They would bond over the complexities of curses

- She dropped out of jujutsu High shorty after Geto left. The school became more restrictive of her and she decided to leave, believing she would not reach full potential.

- she gives into her cursed spirit needs and resides in forests, away from society. Over populated areas filled with cursed energy do not appeal to her. The forest grants enough cursed energy to entertain her and she lives a hermit lifestyle. Gojo knows exactly where she lives and visits her often to stay in contact. She’s a viable companion to have.

- She does not stand with curse users nor does she stand with the jujutsu society. She wants to do her own thing and abide by her own morals. She doesn’t think humans should be massacred but she doesn’t think it’s a sorcerers jobs to risk their lives protecting them. She’s been known to hunt humans that become lost in the woods but these are rare occasions. Gojo is aware of this.

- she’s very dog like, untrustworthy of strangers but once a bond is made, she’s loyal. Because of her dog-like nature, her fighting skills reflect this. She runs on all fours, granting her an extra speed boost and she will bite with her actual teeth. Her tactic of fighting is evasion to wear her enemies down. After her opponent is weakened, she uses brute force to take them down.

- She does not wear shoes. The bottom of her feet are scarred over. She’s also missing her top and bottom right canines. Her build is muscular with most muscle mass being in her legs. Height is 5’4”.

- Her past life in the Heian Era personally knew Sukuna. They had a confusing relationship. Shiori does not have ties to Sukuna but she feels hostile to him while he’s inside of a vessel and controlling one. Sukuna tries to get her to remember him but she doesn’t recall anything.

- personality wise, she’s laid back and calm usually. Playing off most situations in an indifferent way. She loves to fight, it feels like a game to her. Taunts are her main go to. She believes angering her opponents makes the fight more enjoyable and entertaining.

Personality:

Junko appears incredibly calm and composed in her manners, she barely does hand gestures while speaking often maintaining a soft smile and a soft voice.

Even if someone could have the impression of her flirting with them Junko can stay distant and strict even with her soft facial expressions and relaxing tone of voice.

Especially when she was younger she knew to be a beautiful woman and wanted to express it always caring about her physical appearance given also from the fact that she was raised in a noble family.

She is so good at looking self confident, Junko looks incredibly secure of her ideas and thoughts considering also her social status and the fact that she was the wife of the head of the clan. She seems to be caring but actually she shows no empathy for the other clan members, especially Ogi Zen'in and Toji Fushiguro while she acted as an highly manipulative woman towards Jin'ichi Zen'in and her own sons not seeing them actually as humans but only caring about their own strength, techniques and purposes.

Naoya was her favorite among her sons and she made him to believe that he could do everything he wanted in his life, even justifying his orribile behaviors, she wanted him to become the head of the clan and felt betrayed when Naobito gave to Megumi the title. But despite her condescending manners towards Naoya and the other sons she barely showed genuine affection to them having to raise them all almost the same time.

Junko has strong and controversial ideas thinking about the supremacy of cursed techniques and the desire to arrive to stronger techniques. That's why she brutally gaslight Ogi and his wife for having daughters "not strong enough". She is completely obsessed by strength given by the cursed energy and she is scared by everything that goes in a different way like the people affected by the heavenly restriction: she is horrified by Toji because, for her, he is the "black sheep" and the "different one" and even if she looks so self confident she is highly insecure and scared from what she doesen't know and tries to find a scapegoat like Toji or Maki.

Being a woman doesen't mean not being misogynistic: Junko shows a lot of interiorized misogyny especially towards Hanako, she always tells her to shut up in presence of the other family members especially if men and to have a better language in front of them, trying to teach her how a woman should behave. She has similar behavior to Mariko and Mai.

Rarely Junko has a physically violent side that tries to hide but it was showed with the death of Naoya: Junko brutally kicked the corpse of Maki's mother after discovering that she killed her son, revealing her unhinged disorder hidden too much.

Role in the story

Probably born in a side family or a distant relative of the Zen'in family (they can pratice inbreeding sadly) Junko knew from the start that she would have been the wife of an important member of the Zen'in clan. Even with her destiny already decided by others she managed to find the advantages of marrying Naobito: he would guarantee a life in luxury and she didn't mind giving him some sons and daughters.

After not much time from the marriage Junko had the first sons, Yutaka was the can leader and she was scared that he could pass the title to Ogi and not her husband.

Fortunately for her the first son and daughter of Ogi born dead while the sons of Junko had a good health even if for now none of them inherited the projection sorcery.

Junko considered poisoning Ogi as an option but he was weaker than Naobito that maybe would have become the head of the clan, instead of that she started to poison Yutaka slowly killing him that was obliged early to give to Naobito the title since his sons Toji and Jin'ichi weren't enough to become leaders. Junko discovered that also Ogi poisoned Yutaka at the same time contributing to kill him and trying to do the same with Naobito but being discovered by her.

The final victory was hers and when Maki and Mai were born she found another reason to bother Ogi and his wife.

Before that when she was pregnant of her latest sons she got close to Jin'ichi taking advantage to the absence of Yutaka as a father, making him to see her as a mother and slowly manipulating him with the purpose of putting him against Toji, she was horrified by Toji and wanted to throw him out of the family. Jin'ichi became incredibly envious of his younger brother even despising him for not having a technique.

That time young Jin'ichi had a future wife: Mariko, Junko convinced him that she was cheating on him with a member of the clan Kamo and pushed him to kill Mariko and to give all the fault to Toji, she also managed to provide to false proofs for it.

In 2007-08 Junko was one of the first Zen'in clan members that wanted Hanako to marry her last son Naoya. Even with this she was cruel with her also imposing her "feminine" clothes and manners. She was killed by Hanako's fans ten years later after trying to escape with Naoki and brutally kicking the corpse of Maki's mother after she discovered that she killed her favorite son(she came to visit the rest of clan discovering that they were all killed). She didn't oppose any resistance to Hanako.

Cursed technique

Drain: Junko's cursed technique allows her to suck up the cursed energy and vital strength from the opponent but only if they are wounded. After that she is obliged to pass the cursed energy and vital strength stolen to another person touching them. If she doesen't pass the cursed energy to others there will be bad consequences for her body. She can suck up the vital strength even from injured animals and the cursed energy from injured curses, she can also take the cursed energy present in an area.

Happy Birthday Geto hubby 🖤✨

If Geto wasn’t depressed and severely traumatized he’d become a teacher at Jujutsu Tech, be happily be married to Marisa and they’d have five beautiful children, Mimiko and Nanako their adopted daughters, Shinichirou and Imani and lastly their last born Seishu who I’ve drawn here. How the hell did he ever convince Marisa for a third biological kid only those two know, and he’s his daddy’s twin and has purple eyes. But here he is during his free period spending time with his infant son Sei, he is quite a babbler despite not knowing how to talk yet. He’s such a family man and an extremely proud dad 🥹

As always Marisa dressed that baby up in a Sonic themed onesie like his older siblings. He’s dressed as Shadow. Also happy birthday to Geto hehe

My first Jujutsu kaisen oc - Grade 1 sorcerer Kai Menzi

Kai Menzi is a foreign sorcerer originally from Melbourne. After a mission involving the return of cursed items stolen from Tokyo Jujustu high school, along with the curse users; Kai along with a teammate were select to participate in a foreign exchange program to study in Tokyo while also hunting down the rest of the curse user organization. Kai enrolled in 2005 and left before the end of the Hidden Inventory / Premature Death Arc.

While studying in Tokyo, Kai learned to use the New Shadow Style Techniques and became proficient in sword combat, which thy use in tandem with their innate cursed technique. Kai's cursed technique allows them to convert their cursed energy into electricity, damaging and paralysing opponents. Kai can also manipulate electricity from outside sources by injecting their cursed energy into them, they can also replenish their cursed energy by charging themselves like a battery.

Nikos Xenakis | 25 | He/him | Special Grade Sorcerer

History: Nikos transferred to Tokyo Jujutsu high school after a video of him went viral online for making a card ‘come to life’ when playing a card game with his friends. Although people thought the video was fake, he was recruited so he can learn how to use his abilities for good.

After graduating he wanted to prove to make his best friend Nanami proud, so he started to help those in need wherever possible.

Personality: Although he tries to hide it, he loves fighting with opponents. He tries to prove he has a better strategy when in a fight.

He believes some people just need a nudge in the right direction, but refuses to show mercy if a line has been crossed.

Trivia: -Has a crush on Utahime Iori.

-He makes his own cards, drawing each of them. The back of the cards is the symbol of Zahard from tower of god, his favorite webtoon.

-Is afraid of using his best card due to it taking over half a decade of putting cursed energy into it to finish. He also asked strong jujutsu sorcerers to put their energy in it when he was too exhausted. (Gojo, Geto, Nanami, Haibara)

Abilities: Domain Expansion - “Duel of Fates” calls forth his domain which makes him and his opponent duel in a card game. If he wins, he will instantly create a card that can exploit his opponents weakness.

Domain Amplification

Cards: Grade 4 - Wisp Swarm This creates a swarm of wisps that can try to overwhelm an enemy with numbers. They can also create a dense fog.

Grade 3 - Elementals This can spawn 5 different elementals: each contain a different type. Water - Can morph into any shape to fight an enemy. Fire - Produces light and heat. Wind - Produces an elemental that uses the power of the wind. Earth - An elemental that can help build/carve tunnels or form protective barriers. Lightning - Can move at the speed of light. It can transport up to 3 people.

Grade 2 - Frost Covered Guardian A guardian old and forgotten in a frozen landscape. This guardian will fight enemies with it’s great sword.

Grade 1 - Nebula Snake A snake that shimmers with the beauty of the cosmos. Some can get lost staring into the cosmic patterns.

Special Grade - Grim Herald of Desolation ??? This card took 6 years to make he does not know what this card is capable of. Use it as a last resort!
