The Three Doctors 1972
10/10
One of my favorites. Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee together in this episode is one of my favorite relationships in the whole show. The way they fight and insult each other is hilarious. Absolutely loved seeing Troughton in color. William Hartnell and The Brigadiers sassy comments were top notch as well.

Time Ram - Sensorites and Sensibility
It's Benton's big day out as the Third Doctor gets Rammed into the Hartnell-era story, The Sensorites! It's mayhem, molybdenum, and the Master as Jon Pertwee contends with a foe who wants to Make the Sense-Sphere Great Again! Featuring an acapella score and a brief lesson in economics.

✨💙Doctor Who portraits💙✨: Sergeant Benton of UNIT, who appears during the Second and Third Doctor eras. Graphite, Spring 2019, autographed by John Leneve at LFCC 2019. Really happy with how the details and likeness turned out in this one 😃✨ Gave a print of this drawing to Benton actor John Leneve at LFCC 2019 😃 (He was so nice and said he loved it and that he was gonna frame it, aww 😊).

Good lord this show. Where to even start. I've been in love with Doctor Who since I was six years old. And twenty years on, I'm still finding inspiration, joy, community, and comfort in it. I've cycled through five favourite Doctors (Jon Pertwee, you remain my boi), I've got Liz Shaw tattooed on my leg, my confirmation name is Romana, I spent my first ever paycheck at sixteen buying the fourth Doctor's scarf, I've been proposed to by John Levene, and my greatest achievement remains having my drawing published in Doctor Who Adventures (as pictured above). I've written countless fanfictions, a whole novel (!), and spent thousands of hours of my life drinking in every bit of this show - the episodes, the books, the audios, the comics, the annuals, even the weird PROBE series (like I say, a sucker for Liz Shaw). I've met so many of the wonderful people who've made this brilliant universe so alive. And I'm so excited for what's next.
Doctor Who, I 💙 you. Happy 60th. I look forward to every year still to come.

The Android Invasion 1975
8/10
Super good episode. Most of this season is fantastic. This one is really fun. It's nice to see old friends like Harry and Benton. I enjoy having the android doubles of everyone as well.

I don’t know who would want to know this, but John Levene (AKA the actor who played Sergeant Benton in Classic Who) has his own YouTube channel. It’s been around for just over a decade, and the last video was posted three years ago.
It includes compilations of his work as Benton and in other tv and films, but also footage from fan conventions and even videos of him doing tours of Salisbury, singing, playing the saxophone (?) and even one entitled (and I quote) “The Magnificent Benton”.
