i dislike dreaming freedom with a passion because of the toxicity of siyun and jeongmin.
let’s start with siyun!
i think that since siyun is viewed as a handsome ML who cares deeply about jeongmin, many excuse the emotional and mental toll he’s had on her. he’s been selfish for 9/5ths of the story and though he seems to be making progress, it’s only happened after he’s gotten what he’s wanted: a clear declaration that jeongmin isn’t going to leave.
he’s in love with her because she’s the only person who hasn’t left.
but what if it had been a different person who told him that they weren’t going to leave??
I mean wouldn’t he act in the same manner?? In love where he uses violence and aggression to get what he wants??? In love to a point where they have to walk on eggshells in fear of making him mad over meeting people other than him??
His love is based on a concept, on a mindset he has : that those that don’t leave = deserve his love. which is fine and good!
I mean- when you love a person for who they are AND they say they won’t abandon you- who wouldn’t want to have a person like that as a partner
but I’m wondering just how deep his love actually goes for jeongmin as a person. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the only thing he’s talked about up to this point is that jeongmin had saved him because she didn’t leave him. that she is his light at the end of the tunnel and that he couldn’t live without her because she is all that he has.

what else do love about her?? does she have no other retaining qualities?? no other reason to be loved?? ( like he looked down on the fact that she would be concerned about a friend if they were hurt than be concerned about him first- rather than view her selflessness as admirable)
he is so focused on himself, on his desire to be loved, that he is blinded. he can’t see jeongmin as an individual to be loved, but rather- as an outlet to his own inner feelings of being wanted and loved.
i understand that he cares for her, but his care for her is based on his own selfish desires.
onto jeongmin!
jeongmin is also flawed in many ways as well. unfortunately, she is a victim of bullying and has developed a certain mindset in regards to care and love from seeing her father and mother interact.
she loves him, so she wants to fix him! seems noble right? and it is! but not to the point of excusing his actions towards herself and others under the thought that “ i need to stay by his side (to fix him)”
when you want to stay by someone’s side, you’ll do everything you can to make sure they are in a good place! Mentally, emotionally, morally, every -ly you can think of!
Staying by someone’s side means also helping them in every way possible- which means telling them when they are wrong.
but jeongmin has failed to do that- when he’s dead wrong,( which with the count of times he’s been dead wrong is astounding), she brushes it off because “ I’m all he has!” shouldn’t that make you want to MORESO give correction so that way the person stays away from bad and does good?? ( her mindset has lead to an even larger misunderstanding between her and siyun, namely that he mostly thinks his actions are okay- but only bad when they hurt her and not bad across the board)
she’s allowing her love for him to cross her boundaries and standards ( namely that she hates violence in every form because of having witnessed so much of it in her life) to allowing it to cross OTHERS boundaries too ( note that sora choi was uncomfortable and brought up that siyun was a little weird and wasn’t normal for reacting the way he did when A FRIEND touched her)
conclusion: i think both of them have a slightly twisted sense of love that needs to be delved into. and i think once they are delved into and fully understood as to how they intertwine- it will bring full circle as why this manwha is named “ dreaming freedom”

Charlie first met you when you were quite new to Hell and ever since she found you, you became her most loyal friend. You are a girl with quite only a few words and glare at anybody 6 feet under whoever talks or laughs at Charlie’s ideas.
That’s when you met Alaster, he found you delightful and Charming in your own way.
You can make anything happen just by a dream, A dream into reality and that makes you dangerous. A target at hell that’s why he has his shadow following you around. The last time you went all berserk is when someone was flirting with Alastor so you used your own powers to kill the bitch.
You didn’t think Alastor would noticed but nope he did notice and he found it hot. So he decided to play around with you for a bit.
“Hello my dear! I was wondering if you have seen the new resident? What was her name? Ah yes Bonnie” He asked you making your eye twitch in annoyence making you wonder why he’s asking about her
“Sadly I haven’t seen her Alastor maybe she just left feeling pressured for doing so much for just redemption” You stated without looking from your book. He raised an eyebrow at you at your smart excuse before seeing your frustration making him smile even more.
“Ah I see, You seemed to know a lot more than your saying my dear” Alastor commented making you huff putting your book down.
“What’s the need of needing her now, Alastor?” You questioned before walking away but before you can do that he grabbed your hand pulling you back towards him.
“My dear, it was all jokes but I must say jealousy does suit you” He smirk making you roll your eyes in disbelief. “I do wonder what happened to Miss. Bonnie?” He asked making you finally give in as you pulled him down to kiss you.
but before he could react you pulled away “Are you done talking about the bitch now? I think she knew what she was doing when she was flirting with you” You said making him hide his blush at your bold statement and action.
“My dear we’re far from talking about her now, it’s just us now”

“Of course My Dear, just us alone” He replied leaning down for another kiss.
Vox:
You glare at Valentino as he hid behind your Fiancé, Vox raised his eyebrows at you two before seeing you genuinely angry. “My Darling What has you so angry” He asked you making you continue to glare at Valentino.
“I saw him hitting Angel dust making him bruised” You huffed before finally lunging at Valentino making Vox hold you back as Valentino screeched in shock. “IM GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU BITCH” You yelled at him eyes pure black before Vox carried you out the house.
“My Darling no offense but please calm the hell down, you gonna make all hell scared of you” Vox stated calmly.
This reminds him of himself when he has tantrums way too much now he sees how you feel during those. You continued to scream curses at Valentino making sure he hears you loud and clear.
He moved you to both yours bedroom moving you to your bed, “Vox-“Shh baby let us just lay here for a second” He interrupts you making you huff in frustration. You wrapped your arms around his neck anyway ms as he hugged your waist.
“I’m not gonna forget what he did, I’m actually gonna kill him” You stated making him chuckle.
“I’m sure he deserves it anyways baby” He stated with you. Putting his hands under your shirt before rubbing your back making you even more calm than usual.
“Your trying to distract me” You stated knowing he is because everytime your mad at Valentino or Velvette he would do more physical touch either in public or not. You loved his touch maybe that’s why it was easy for you to calm down usual you’ll use your lucid dreaming by now.
“It’s work isn’t it?” He smirked making you blush before sighing still thinking about your friend making Vox frown.
“I’ll tell Valentino to not hit his clients but I can’t guarantee it my darling” Vox mumbled making you smile again. He noticed it making him glad you’re happy again.
“Really? Thank you so much baby!” You said excitedly kissing him all over his face making him love the attention and affection.
“I’ll do anything for you absolutely anything” He said before kissing your lips before pulling you closer.

The Truth Untold
CEO! Jeonghan
Y/n’s son goes missing and there’s only 13 suspects that last seen her son. One of them happens to be her husband, Jeonghan.
Bad clue inspired
It has been approximately three months since Jeongmin was last seen. Y/n was restless. Her beautiful baby boy was missing and she was a wreck. What made it worse was that fact that her husband, CEO Yoon Jeonghan, was not really bothered by the fact that he was missing.
Where was the caring father that he showed Jeongmin? Where the loving man that put his family first?
She was anxious and nervous by this. It’s as if her status as a detective meant nothing in this moment. The court and other officials forbade her from digging into the case. This was a family related case and she wasn’t allowed to have any bias towards anyone.
That caused her to get even more mad. No matter what, she’ll find her precious baby boy.

She decided to visit an old friend. A friend that go way beyond her and Jeonghan’s history together.
“Hmm~ What’s this? Miss goodie two shoes at my office~?”
She looked almost defeated as she had to ask him for help.
“Seokjin, please help me”
Kim Seokjin. A man that has so many underground connections, that even he forgets who he knows. They coincidentally met one night when his wife was kidnapped and he had to turn to a real detective instead of intel from the mafia organizations. Her time and devotion to find his wife was admirable to him that he kept her around for certain small tasks. However, Y/n distances herself from him as the rise of scandals among officials were coming out at a rapid speed. She didn’t want to harm her or his reputation so she kept a safe distance from him. His, obnoxious behavior, seems to have never changed like all those years ago.
“My, my~ you seem so desperate. What’s the special occasion~?”
She looked to the side and sighed. She didn’t want to regret this but he was making a bit difficult to not.
“My son is missing and the court is not really taking it seriously.”
His eyebrow quirked up as he smirked slightly.
“So I’ve heard. Well then, what’s my repayment?”
“Jin, you still owe me for helping you find your wife all those years ago”
He heartily laughed as his smirked broadens.
“You’re right I suppose. However, your husband is a very powerful man. If we get caught, it’ll only plummet you and your career as detective. I’m protected by Mafia Law. Only you know how your husband acts so proceed with caution. You’re aware of all this right?”
She nodded. “I know. I’m ready to take any precautions moving forward. Just please help me find him”
“Very well then Miss Y/n, it’s a pleasure to work with you again.”
He shook her hand to seal the deal.

It’s been officially four months since her son has been missing. Her and Jin were able to list out 13 possible candidates that could’ve known what happened to her son.
One and two. Choi Seungcheol and Lee Jihoon.
Business partners and close childhood friends. Stick together like glue and never make a decision without consulting each other. They own the music academy that Jeongmin used to attend.
Three and four. Lee Seokmin and Boo Seungkwan.
Both music teachers at Jeongmin’s music academy. Jeongmin often spent extra time after classes to stay with either one of them for extra practice.
Five. Seo Myungho.
His personal bodyguard slash butler that has been assigned by Jeonghan to protect Jeongmin. He’s almost everywhere with Jeongmin and does almost everything with him.
Six and seven. Lee Chan and Kwon Soonyoung.
Both run a dance studio that the music teachers frequent. They’ve been seen with Jeongmin plenty of times.
Eight and nine. Joshua Hong and Hansol Chwe.
They both are assistants to Yoon Jeonghan and Lee Jihoon respectively. They seems to be very close despite working at two separate companies.
Ten. Jeon Wonwoo.
Personal tutor and mentor of Jeongmin. Spend a lot of time with Jeongmin after school and often takes him out for ice cream as a reward.
Eleven and twelve. Kim Mingyu and Moon Junhwi.
Personal chefs at the Yoon residents. Often seen with Jeongmin making dinner or desserts. They always take him out to fields and farms to let him pick fresh vegetables and fruits of his liking.
Thirteen. Yoon Jeonghan.
Jeongmin’s father and Y/n’s Husband. A wealthy and power man that over looks almost all of Korea’s wealth. His influence is unmatched and he knows it. He was the last official person to ever see Jeongmin before he went missing.

She dissected through their entire schedule. Making notes and comments about their daily lives. She needs to see a solid pattern before making any assumptions about any of them. Her increasing anxiety was keeping her on edge.
Jeonghan seemed to have noticed this slight change in her. He watched her look out into the calm and cool night from the balcony. He hugged her from behind and rested his chin in her neck.
“You okay baby?”
She only hummed a response and continue looked at the night scene.
“You know everyone’s trying their best to find Jeongmin. Don’t you worry your pretty little head. He’ll be back before you know it.” He says as he gently kissed down her neck.
“Are they really? It’s been four months Jeonghan. I want my son now.”
“Shh, honey. He’ll be back before we even know it. We’ll see the truth behind his disappearance and everything will be fine”
Oh, how true this statement is. However, the outcome is not what is to be expected.

Her eyes raked through the various pages of information about these men. Their every move and decision was document. What was the cause of this?
How are these men connected?
Do they really know what happens to Jeongmin?
These questions and thoughts are flooding her brain. She constantly is reminded that her beautiful son is not with her and it kills her everyday.
Her husband doesn’t seem to be bothered by their son’s disappearance. It irks her so much as he doesn’t care about their only son’s disappearance.

Jeongmin and Siyun: Both are lucid dreamers who meet in their dreams and come pre traumatized from both parental issues and severe bullying. Neither are in a good place for a relationship, but Jeongmin enters one with him anyways to give him a reason to keep living and to have someone to stay by his side. Siyun becomes possessive of her and violent towards those around her, but currently they seem to be working on things.

tw - talk on mental disorders, unhealthy relationships (kind of), Vox being a micromanaging dictating asshole.
Jax x Lucifer (Luciax)…
• Honestly, when I wrote your first matchup I was a little stumped trying to find a male character that would fit with you aside from Angel. Now that the show is out and we have a good view of Lucifer, I would’ve had him first place instead of Alastor. You two just fit each other tbh.
• He enjoys the fact your chill, as I think that anyone who’s too strict or uptight makes him uncomfortable.
• The way you act so nicely to him, and genuinely enjoy your time with him..it’s sweet. Like a candy apple!
• Lucifer is a very awkward guy, so he understands and is extremely patient when you have those awkward moments. All he asks is that you’re patient with him too, which I don’t ever see being a problem.
• Oh, and he also can get really loud when he talks too. Especially when he’s excited over something.
• He can also get very silly when he talks. I headcanon he’s one of those bitches that talks super fast when they’re ranting about something or just talking about something they like.
• You both can be rule breakers together. I mentioned this before, I just don’t see him doing something like murder, but even then I don’t see you doing something like that either.
• He’s glad you genuinely care for him..and would take care of him like the dad you are. He jabs right back at you with the same fatherly like love too. I can see you two often fighting for who can be the most loving.
• He canonically suffers from depression, so he helps you as best as he can because of how much he can relate to it. Often times he’s a shoulder to cry on, or a person to give some advice.
• He stims with you! He’s come to realize how regulating it can be. His favorites are jumping and flapping his wings!
• He thinks your ugly laugh is really cute..he might tease about it but seeing any genuine parts of you makes him really happy.
• Lucifer adores animals just like you! In fact, since he’s now at the hotel more often you’d often get to see Keekee and Razzle!
• He spoils you with a lot treats. I don’t even think he’s aware that too much can make you sick. Even if you mention it, he keeps saying his power is at your desire. Even if it’s not okay he wants to please you as much as he can.
• I’d imagine he turns himself into a marketable plushie so you can kiss him. He also stays in his plushie if you want to cuddle, or just need something to squish!
• Lucifer is a giant man-baby tbh. So when you baby him, it’s the best fuckin feeling in the world. In return when you need it, he loves to do it to you!
• He watches a lot of anime and shows with you, though definitely sucks at keeping quiet and give his full commentary throughout it all.
• He’s a very touchy person, so that may or may not become an issue. I know you mask it, but I think the truth will eventually come out. At that point he might become distant for a little while until he figures out other ways to show affection. Like through gift giving! I say physical touch and gift giving.
• He’s smaller then you by quite a bit, so please make fun of him for it. Just tease though, because on a certain degree I don’t think he likes talking about his height too much.
• LUCIFER EATS UP EVERY STYLE YOU DO! Every outfit is like it’s own art piece, and it really gets him excited to see how creative you are!
• He’s also very interested in your hobbies! Gaming, anthropology, music, dancing, art, science, and cooking are the ones he most likely participates in with you!
• Especially music and dancing . We all know damn well that guy is a theater kid.
• He happens to know a lot of languages due to being (at one time) a higher power. It’s very easy for him to pick up everything you say! He even likes to flirt right back or say a snappy comment if you come out of nowhere with something.
• He overall loves how much of a creative and fun person you can be, and often matches how excitable and passionate you are. It makes him not feel so alone in a world we’re other often shut out his dreams, so to him, you’re everything his dreams could ever ask for.

• So you and Vox..I’m not sure how the two of you would’ve met or clicked, so I’ll leave that up to your imagination.
• He’s another person who likes how chill you can be. He has a hard time dealing with people that are temperamental or irrational, so having you as the type of person who’s easy going and not absolutely freak the fuck out all the time is good.
• He also likes his alone time, so if you can respect his he’ll respect yours
• Loud talking can annoy the fuck out of him. Sometimes he can handle it, mostly if the situation is already super hype. Though if he’s working and needs a minute of silence, he might bluntly just tell you to shut the fuck up.
• If he’s in a good mood, he might just start boosting about how much he loves you, and will often do things for you out of nowhere. I recommend loving him back during those times as well, as when he’s not in this mood he can get particularly nasty and moody.
• Vox can be silly sometimes when he wants, which much like the last headcanon you should feel more comfortable to be more silly yourself. You should immediately cut it off when he’s working, as he definitely won’t tolerate it then and will probably get mad at you.
• He also gives you your favorite snacks to shut you up, lol.
• He can easily catch onto you though, so hiding anything will be hard to do. He’s especially pushy, and will get pissed off if you don’t let him help you or give you advice. Most likely because it leaves him feeling anxious, which is something he can’t have considering his overlord status. Any weakness is a massive threat.
• He’s also very quick witted, and often keeps up with your jabs at the same speed you do.
• He helps with your anger issues as best as he can, though that’s mostly when it benefits him. It’s nothing he’s not used to dealing with, considering how pissed off Val can get on a regular basis.
• He actually gives really good advice and is good at keeping you in check, though unfortunately as I mentioned it’s often for his own image as an overlord. He wouldn’t want to be know for a bitchy boyfriend, would he?
• Your ugly laugh make him laugh, so all in all I think it’s a good thing! Just little bits and pieces of you are the special parts Vox holds dear
• He often has to hold you back from fights, since starting them in Hell (especially when you aren’t an overlord, which I assume you’re not.) is 50/50. He doesn’t want to see your sorry ass getting hurt, so instead he’ll take care of it if he has the time, or will leave it to his contractors.
• He doesn’t vent often same as you, nor do I think he finds a need to dwell on such subjects either. If the time comes where he absolutely needs it, he’ll count on you first and foremost, considering you’re the closest person he can trust as an Overlord that won’t ruin his image.
• Likes to prank you by shocking you with your plushies. He often leaves little electric shocks in the furry plushies you have, and when you go to kiss them you get zapped. He finds it fucking hilarious, but I guess in your own way you can see it as him giving you a goodnight kiss back.
• Very rarely does he like to be babied. I don’t think he necessarily minds it, but he just doesn’t want you to get too fatherly/motherly, ESPECIALLY in public. However, I do think if he’s in a particular happy mood he’ll baby you!
• He watches anime and shows with you as well, but like Lucifer, Vox is the type of guy to give his own commentary throughout the whole thing. Like damn, you seen the Finale episode? Bro wouldn’t shut tf up.
• Vox gets a little nervous when you cry. Sure, he knows how to deal with temperament issues and some sadness, but when it gets to a point when you’re crying over something that genuinely makes you sad, he starts to get sad himself. At those times he often retaliates and gets mad at you, or just makes fun of you for crying.
• He makes fun of your height too, an often uses you as an arm rest. The overlords are well for 6’5 from what I gather, so you’re really small to them.
• He does like your style, and often points you to Velvette for other fashion stuff, as it’s not really something he’s into.
• If you’re ever into wearing suits or dresses though, he loses his shit. Full on head over heels.
• I think his TV head doubles as a computer cause of the way he had a computer error on his screen when Alastor pissed him off in Stayed Gone, so if you two are bored he’ll become your gaming TV lmao.
• He can also play your favorite music for you, and be your very own encyclopedia, I think. I’m not really sure how his TV head works but hopefully as we learn more we can get more of the picture.
• If he can play music from his TV head though, I think it would be really cute if he helps you fall asleep with a lullaby (though that might be a lame thing since I was in little space for almost all of this fucking week lol.)
• He spoils you rotten with gifts if you behave for him, mostly because he’s an overlord and he can; plus he appreciates you being under control just for his own image.
• Roasts the hell out of you when you get your words wrong. At the end of the day he doesn’t mean super bad by them since he is your lover, it’s simply not easy to avoid his teasing, especially when it boosts his self esteem.
• He thinks you’re extremely talented with all the crafty things you do, but with often exploit it to profit off of it for the both of you, even if you don’t want to.
• I think with some circumstances you guys could work, though be weary, as he’s sometimes too focused on what he’s doing to care for you all the time, which may or may not be an issue. Just know that he loves you, even if he’s not there all the time or doesn’t show it as well as others might.

Blot-like snakes comes out from her shadow amd attacks the enemies. She can control them to certain extent. But when angry, she wouldn't control them at all and those snakes will attack just anyone, friend or foe. Those snakes can extend themselves up to 2 metres and also shoot poison. She can only use it up to 15-30 minutes once a few days. It could result in an overblot if she stubbornly, consistently use it. The venom of the shadow snakes are lethal, and Lin's own venom can act as the antidote... But it will still hurt, just not deadly!

She was born in a secluded place in Sunset Savanna. It was a large family. She had a lot of aunt and uncles, many elder people, married and singles, and many siblings. She remembers playing with them and being happy. Until eventually they disappeared one by one at the age of 10. She was very confused and asked her parents, but they refused to tell her why. They shut her mouth, only said 'sorry'.
Until she found out what was happening. At her 10th birthday, she was taken to a dark and cold room, needles pierced her skin and ink intruded her flesh. What shocked her the most was that these act are done by none other than her so called family members. Even her father and mother avert their gaze and neglected her shouts and screams.
The twisted fate of a snake descendant, why her mother has those scale tattoo all over her body, as well. They perform that so called tradition to pass over the venom of an ancient snake, mixing the ink with small poison dose. There were only a few success that only Lin survived and all her older siblings were... gone. And it'll keep happening, her younger siblings are taken as well... one by one, they leave her.
She remembers not going out anymore and only hide away in her small, cramped room. But those people would drag her out to test if she's producing venom properly. From her developed canines that are now fangs, they would draw venom from time to time. With a boost of magic attributes, she would often go out of control and destroy her pillows out of stress. Tearing them with her teeth. And then it became her whole bedroom, the garden and such. She wanted to flee from that place. That's all she knows. She doesn't want to see her little siblings going to their doom one after another.
Such that one day she ended up going berserk and those venomous snake come out of her back, causing a wreck to the house she hated so much. Those people were finished by her. Gladly, those snakes avoided the only child that were left. Her cousin whose 10th birthday is that day. When she gained consciousness back, she cried, much to the surprise of the little boy. Apologizing to have killed his family. He didn't know what to say as well, but he was scared of her for sure. But she only protected him from being dragged by those adults. He was grateful.
They went to the nearest town and reported that their house was attacked by wild animals, they were accepted by an orphanage. Lin didn't like living there as well she started working out of the orphanage and saved up enough money to buy a small rumored-to-be-haunted apartment in a quite cheap price for her and her cousin brother and moved there with the assistance of her delinquent friends.
She got invited to the nrc shortly after much to her inconvenient. She managed to keep her brother in the apartment and often visit him to restock his food and such.

She wears a full body suit to cover her scale mark tattooes. Because she gets strange gazes if she walks around without covering them. For the sake of blending in, she likes covering from her neck to toes.
