Return of the Jedi’s Tamtel Skreej (who?!) sketch on @ICCC’s card stock from their show last year. These blanks were produced by Topps peer Andrew Perkins. I believe the holographic signature strip bits on the back were added by hand, so a reasonable amount of work had gone into these before a pencil even touched its surface.
