I think the sleep deprivation I had a few hours ago didn't let me appreciate Jungkook's cameo (someone commented in one of my posts that it was a cameo and I loved it jaajaj) in Jimin's Wlive properly but now, after having watched the video more carefully, I have some comments to make:

1, I've said this several times but really the way Jimin's face lit up when he saw Jungkook was there was priceless. I don't know if it was my imagination or my phone but his face even seemed to turn red.

2. It's endearing the way Jimin genuinely gets shy whether other members see his work or not, that's not right, he gets shy to see the other members see his work or not, that's not right, he gets shy seeing the other Members appreciating/watching/listening to his work. And I think that's what happened today and why he almost immediately said to Jungkook: bye. It's the same reaction he had when he saw Hobi's comment and understood that he was watching the Wlive and therefore the documentary as well.

3. I know we have already said it several times, but it's funny how they don't flinch when one of them gets too close to the other, for example today when Jungkook approached Jimin's microphone, Jimin didn't move his head to avoid such proximity, he did the opposite! he lowered his head to see what Jungkook was doing? The same when Jimin stretched out his arm to touch Jungkook, Jungkook immediately moved closer for Jimin to touch him and when Jimin decided to touch his chest, he didn't even flinch.

4. This is something I think we're all familiar with Jikook so I don't think it's something new but it's funny how awkward they can get when they're together. nervous, not knowing what to say almost and giggling all over the place. Always giggling all over the place. And that's not a negative thing, it doesn't mean they're not close or that they don't get along quite the opposite! and that's what makes it funny. And that's why they can't do Wlives together. We have plenty of evidence and zero doubt about it.

5. It was cute how Jimin kept an eye on Jungkook until he finally left, he followed him with a little smile on his face. Although he might not want Jungkook to stay and watch the documentary with him out of shyness, he was genuinely happy that Jungkook had come.

6. Lastly, I love how Jungkook is always supporting Jimin in his projects. Obviously, he supports all the members but it is clear that he has paid special attention to Jimin's projects. He said he just finished rehearsing and was leaving but he still stopped by to watch Jimin do his Wlive. That's too cute.

Those two minutes of them together made me wish even more for a Wlive of them but at the same time, I don't know if I could handle a Wlive of the two of them together. After all, during those two minutes, I kept smiling, to the point that I couldn't see anything because my eyes are small like Jimin's and because I didn't know if I should see all that. I don't know if it happens to you, but I get shy when those two are alone in front of the camera.

Okay, I guess we all watched the Wlive again but this time with subtitles and the confusion about Joon's comments about elbows and MMA were cleared up… right? I understood that Joon was basically asking if Jimin went into fight/MMA mode when Jungkook was snoring. Which means they slept together. Why that was so funny, I don't know. And in the words of the great Kim Taehyung 'elbowing him in the face while they slept was a gift?.. or is it a gift…to us? And did anyone else notice how Jimin slyly shook his head when Tae asked that? but back to the gift, how does that work? I love how confused Tae was during that part. He definitely represented me.

The other question I have now is, why when Joon said that Jimin and Jungkook did do something fun and Jungkook seemed to unconsciously respond and confirm that they did in fact do something fun, he seemed surprised that he said that and then he and Jimin reacted the way they did? Were we being punked? Were they exaggerating? A bit of both? I guess I’m still confused 😭

I would love if Jikook were living together in New mansion. But I think it's very unlikely. One, Jimin already spoke about them wanting separate spaces. Two, I definitely think they'll continue to have two different addresses even after Military. Three, saw somewhere Jimin's property he invested way back in 2018 will be the most expensive apartment complex in SK by 2026. It's currently under renovation. So most probably he'll be moving there and JK to his apartment.

Just sharing my opinion coz I saw some jikookers being so confident about them moving to his mansion because Jimin looks like he's moving out and JK's will be ready by 2025. Timelime fits but fellow jkkrs, don't be disappointed if they don't move together as it's so unlikely.

Yes, but I believe Jimin was referring to wanting it after living together as 7 members for such a long time. Although their accommodations improved over time, there were still 7 men living in the same space. Wanting something of their own after that was normal and necessary. The fact that he admitted that he, along with Jungkook and Yoongi or Jin, were the last to leave the dormitory they shared can be understood as it not being urgent for him.

This is something I think not many Jikookers will refute. Given the social context in Korea and the prevalent homophobia in the country, it's obvious that if they decide to live together, they must maintain that facade. Currently, many Jikookers believe they are doing just that.

This is information that came out of nowhere a few days ago and started circulating here on Tumblr and Twitter, so I wouldn't give it much credibility. That said, it's true that Jimin bought that property many years ago, and it was said to be undergoing renovations, but that doesn't necessarily mean he will live there. He might sell or rent it. He might decide to live in it, but we don't know, and the fact that it's being renovated or that it's supposed to be this or that by 2026 doesn't mean anything. Jungkook has had the property in Itaewon for a couple of years and has never lived in it. He rented it for a while, and now it seems like he's building something, but that also doesn't mean he will live there.

You speak and seem to criticize Jikookers who have opinions and are "being so confident" that Jimin and Jungkook will live together, but here you are sure of the opposite. And both are opinions. Why should yours have more credibility? You talk about a timeline, but that doesn't make sense because we don't have a real timeline for anything. Everything is based on what we believe we know, and all of that is interpreted in different ways, it's true, but one is not more accurate than the other. Both are subjective opinions.

I always find the difference between international and korean shippers/supporters interesting. I know you don't read fanfiction but on ao3 (the biggest international ff site) taekook is always the most written about bts ship and I just came across a reddit post that on the Korean version of ao3 jikook is the biggest male kpop ship. I think the distinction always gets me because k-army showed me that it's not just a cultural difference but there IS something there

We all know that the dating culture in Korea is quite unique, special, and very active, and the dynamic between Jimin and Jungkook resonates a lot with that dating culture. Whether it's the way they talk to each other, their tendency to wear the same clothes or coordinate their outfits, the way they look at each other, or the special dates they spend together, etc.

It's common to see the Korean side of Jikook fans going crazy over the way Jungkook says Jimin's name, for example. Many have tried to explain that it's not just what he says but how he says it. The tone of his voice or the onomatopoeia of his expressions are highlighted.

That's why interactions between Jimin and Jungkook are widely used in "Y/N" or "self-insert" stories in Korea.

After watching the Bangtan Bomb again, I thought about something. Jimin and Jungkook's part was shorter; it felt a bit rushed, and I wondered why. Perhaps because only the two of them could appear on camera? Even though Hobi and Yoongi were there, they couldn't be in the video, and neither could Jimin and Jungkook's families, but it felt… different. Maybe I noticed the difference due to the extra emotional weight that moment held for me. Perhaps there were just too many emotions at that moment; it was evident that Jimin and Jungkook were nervous and sad, but their part felt more melancholic, more…sad.

I agree with you. It's been a bit annoying to read how many fans argue about who made the decision for whom because many make it sound like one of them somehow sacrificed themselves for the other and I don't think that's the case. This had to be a decision that worked for both of them. That they both wanted and maybe needed, even if the reasons were a little different for each.

Many have talked about Jimin needing Jungkook but we have seen that for years Jungkook has needed Jimin to be his emotional support. Jimin is the one who wiped Jungkook's tears, who cheered him up when he was too hard on himself, and who ran to him when Jungkook had an accident because he thought he would be crying. Jungkook on the other hand, seems to be Jimin's safe place, the one who makes him laugh, the one who gets him out of his head. The one that Jimin always says is there to protect him. The one who often calms any insecurities Jimin may have.

It is mutual support. It's 'I'll be there for you as much as you are there for me'. Maybe sometimes one needs to give 70% because the other can only give 30% but that's how human relationships are. And that's how I think their relationship is.

This is something that Jimin and Jungkook wanted to do. This is something that maybe Jimin and Jungkook needed to do.

They decided to do it this way because Jimin needs Jungkook as much as Jungkook needs Jimin.

Or they did it this way because they both wanted this way.
